Spoločnosť SOFER s.r.o. plánuje v rámci projektu diverzifikovať výrobu vo svojej existujúcej prevádzkarni na výrobu nových produktov, ktoré doteraz spoločnosť nebola schopná vyrábať. Spoločnosť plánuje obstarať a uviesť do prevádzky CNC 5 – osé obrábacie centrum, Horizontálne vyvrtávacie obrábacie centrum, Softvér pre sledovanie a vyhodnocovanie prevádzky obrábacích strojov a CAD/CAM softvérový balík pre vysokopresné obrábanie kovov a ich zliatin. Cieľom projektu je zvýšiť technologickú úroveň žiadateľa prostredníctvom inovačných aktivít a dosiahnuť inováciu produktu. Nové produkty, vysokopresné obrobky s presnosťou obrábania až 0,002mm a Veľkoformátové tvarovo-zložité vyvrtávané telesá, sú pre firmu nové, nakoľko vzhľadom na absenciu technológií ich spoločnosť nie je schopná v súčasnosti vyrábať. Realizáciou projektu dôjde k priamej podpore v oblasti špecializácie automobilový priemysel a strojárstvo, nakoľko spoločnosť pôsobí v rámci dodávateľsko – odberateľského reťazca strojárskej výroby, ako aj z dôvodu, že nové technológie umožnia výrobu širokého spektra vysokopresných obrobkov a veľkoformátových obrobkov, hlavne pre automobilový, dopravný a strojársky priemysel. Nové technológie vysoko rýchlostného obrábania umožnia obrábanie všetkých druhov zliatin, penového hliníka, kompozitných materiálov a nehrdzavejúcej ocele. Realizáciou projektu spoločnosť obslúži pre ňu nové trhy, dôjde k nárastu tržieb a pridanej hodnoty, čím sa dosiahne zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti spoločnosti. Projekt bude realizovaný v prevádzke prijímateľa na adrese Továrenská 1465/7, 064 01 Stará Ľubovňa. Miesto realizácie je plne pripravené na realizáciu projektu. As part of the project, Sofer s.r.o. plans to diversify the production in its existing plant for the production of new products, which the company has not yet been able to produce. The company plans to procure and commission CNC 5 – axis machining center, horizontal boring machining center, software for monitoring and evaluation of the operation of machine tools and CAD/CAM software package for high-precision machining of metals and their alloys. The aim of the project is to raise the applicant’s technological level through innovation activities and to achieve product innovation. New products, high-precision workpieces with precision machining up to 0.002 mm and Large-format shape-complex boring bodies are new for the company, as due to the lack of technology, the company is not able to produce them at present. The project will be directly supported in the field of specialisation automotive and mechanical engineering, since the company operates within the upstream – downstream chain of engineering production, as well as because new technologies will allow the production of a wide range of high-precision workpieces and large-format workpieces, especially for the automotive, transport and mechanical engineering industries. New high-speed machining technologies will allow machining of all kinds of alloys, foam aluminum, composite materials and stainless steel. By implementing the project, the company will serve new markets for it, there will be an increase in sales and added value, thus increasing the company’s competitiveness. The project will be implemented in the operation of the beneficiary at Továrenská 1465/7, 064 01 Stará Ľubovňa. The place of implementation is fully prepared for the implementation of the project. Dans le cadre du projet, Sofer s.r.o. prévoit de diversifier la production dans son usine existante pour la production de nouveaux produits, que l’entreprise n’a pas encore été en mesure de produire. L’entreprise prévoit d’acheter et de commander CNC 5 — centre d’usinage axe, centre d’usinage horizontal, logiciel pour le suivi et l’évaluation du fonctionnement des machines-outils et le logiciel CAD/CAM pour l’usinage de haute précision des métaux et de leurs alliages. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le niveau technologique du candidat par le biais d’activités d’innovation et de réaliser l’innovation en matière de produits. De nouveaux produits, des pièces de haute précision avec usinage de précision jusqu’à 0,002 mm et des corps de forage de forme complexe de grand format sont nouveaux pour l’entreprise, car en raison du manque de technologie, l’entreprise n’est pas en mesure de les produire à l’heure actuelle. Le projet sera directement soutenu dans le domaine de la spécialisation automobile et mécanique, puisque l’entreprise opère dans la chaîne amont — aval de la production d’ingénierie, ainsi que parce que les nouvelles technologies permettront la production d’une large gamme de pièces de haute précision et de pièces de grand format, en particulier pour l’automobile, le transport et l’ingénierie mécanique. Les nouvelles technologies d’usinage à grande vitesse permettront l’usinage de toutes sortes d’alliages, de mousse d’aluminium, de matériaux composites et d’acier inoxydable. En mettant en œuvre le projet, l’entreprise servira de nouveaux marchés pour elle, il y aura une augmentation des ventes et de la valeur ajoutée, augmentant ainsi la compétitivité de l’entreprise. Im Rahmen des Projekts plant Sofer s.r.o., die Produktion in seinem bestehenden Werk zur Herstellung neuer Produkte zu diversifizieren, die das Unternehmen noch nicht produzieren konnte. Das Unternehmen plant, CNC 5-Achsen-Bearbeitungszentrum, horizontales Bohrbearbeitungszentrum, Software zur Überwachung und Auswertung des Betriebs von Werkzeugmaschinen und CAD/CAM-Softwarepaket zur hochpräzisen Bearbeitung von Metallen und deren Legierungen zu beschaffen und in Betrieb zu nehmen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das technologische Niveau des Antragstellers durch Innovationstätigkeiten zu erhöhen und Produktinnovationen zu erreichen. Neue Produkte, hochpräzise Werkstücke mit Präzisionsbearbeitung bis 0,002 mm und großformatige formkomplexe Bohrkörper sind neu für das Unternehmen, da das Unternehmen aufgrund des Mangels an Technologie derzeit nicht in der Lage ist, sie zu produzieren. Das Projekt wird direkt auf dem Gebiet der Spezialisierung Automobil- und Maschinenbau unterstützt, da das Unternehmen innerhalb der vor- und nachgelagerten Kette der Engineering-Produktion tätig ist, sowie weil neue Technologien die Herstellung eines breiten Spektrums von hochpräzisen Werkstücken und großformatigen Werkstücken ermöglichen, insbesondere für die Automobil-, Transport- und Maschinenbauindustrie. In het kader van het project is Sofer s.r.o. voornemens de productie in haar bestaande fabriek te diversifiëren voor de productie van nieuwe producten, die de onderneming nog niet heeft kunnen produceren. Het bedrijf is van plan om CNC 5 — as bewerkingscentrum, horizontaal boorbewerkingscentrum, software voor monitoring en evaluatie van de werking van werktuigmachines en CAD/CAM-softwarepakket voor uiterst nauwkeurige bewerking van metalen en hun legeringen aan te schaffen. Het project heeft tot doel het technologische niveau van de aanvrager te verhogen door middel van innovatieactiviteiten en productinnovatie te realiseren. Nieuwe producten, zeer nauwkeurige werkstukken met precisiebewerking tot 0,002 mm en grootformaat vorm-complexe boringen zijn nieuw voor het bedrijf, omdat het bedrijf vanwege het gebrek aan technologie momenteel niet in staat is om ze te produceren. Het project zal rechtstreeks worden ondersteund op het gebied van specialisatie automobiel- en machinebouw, aangezien het bedrijf actief is in de upstream — downstreamketen van de technische productie, en omdat nieuwe technologieën de productie mogelijk zullen maken van een breed scala aan hoogwaardige werkstukken en grootformaatwerkstukken, met name voor de automobiel-, transport- en machinebouwsector. Nell'ambito del progetto, Sofer s.r.o. prevede di diversificare la produzione nel suo stabilimento esistente per la produzione di nuovi prodotti, che l'azienda non ha ancora potuto produrre. L'azienda prevede di acquistare e commissionare CNC 5 — centro di lavoro asse, centro di lavoro di foratura orizzontale, software per il monitoraggio e la valutazione del funzionamento delle macchine utensili e pacchetto software CAD/CAM per la lavorazione ad alta precisione di metalli e loro leghe. L'obiettivo del progetto è innalzare il livello tecnologico del richiedente attraverso attività di innovazione e realizzare l'innovazione dei prodotti. Nuovi prodotti, pezzi di alta precisione con lavorazioni di precisione fino a 0,002 mm e corpi di forma-formato di grandi dimensioni sono nuovi per l'azienda, in quanto a causa della mancanza di tecnologia, l'azienda non è in grado di produrli al momento. Il progetto sarà supportato direttamente nel campo della specializzazione dell'ingegneria automobilistica e meccanica, dal momento che l'azienda opera all'interno della catena di produzione ingegneristica a monte — a valle, oltre che perché le nuove tecnologie consentiranno la produzione di una vasta gamma di pezzi di alta precisione e pezzi di grande formato, in particolare per l'industria automobilistica, dei trasporti e dell'ingegneria meccanica. Como parte del proyecto, Sofer s.r.o. planea diversificar la producción en su planta existente para la producción de nuevos productos, que la empresa aún no ha podido producir.
