L'opération se compose d’une action qui se décline sur 3 communes rattachées au PLIE UNI -EST : Saint-Fons, Saint-Priest, Vénissieux. L’organisation est similaire sur chaque commune. **L'accompagnement renforcé spécifique AI repose sur deux méthodologies** : 1 **/ Méthodologie d’accompagnement global,** le référent de parcours a pour fonction d’articuler l’ensemble du parcours d’insertion. Il permet de : * poser le diagnostic socio professionnel, * gérer les problématiques périphériques à l'emploi. Il permet * Conduire le travail d'élaboration et de validation du projet professionnel pour construire les étapes du parcours vers le retour à l'emploi et les actions de recherche d'emploi pour la sortie durable avec le participant à partir des offres d'emploi, le démarchage d'intérim ou la recherche d'organismes de formation adaptés au projet professionnel. 2/ Méthodologie à partir des mises en situation de travail filières métiers soit en s'appuyant sur les supports de mise à disposition de personnel de l'AI, soit sur l'offre de formations professionnalisantes et qualifiantes mobilisée par l'AI, soit les outils d'évaluation et d'accompagnement dans l'emploi spécifique à l'association. L'enjeu de cet accompagnement renforcé est d'organiser la mobilisation de la méthodologie la plus efficace en fonction des besoins de la personne. L'objectif est que la personne acquiert de l'expérience, des compétences (savoir-être, savoir-faire) et par la résolution des freins sociaux (santé, logement, famille,...) développe ses potentialités d'emploi. Les participants sont suivis par le référent selon les modalités du cahier des charges. La fréquence des entretiens, généralement d'une heure mensuelle en moyenne, est fonction de l'état d'avancement du projet. La complexité de certaines situations, nécessite parfois des rencontres plus fréquentes (difficultés familiales, urgences financières ou souffrance psychologique). En revanche les participants qui sont en attente de sortie pour emploi sont vus moins régulièrement. L'accompagnement personnalisé tend à articuler temps individuels et temps collectifs. Des ateliers sont programmés en fonction de l'avancée des parcours et des besoins repérés. (French)

The complexity of certain situations, sometimes requires more frequent encounters (family difficulties, financial emergencies or psychological suffering). On the other hand, participants who are waiting to leave for employment are seen less regularly. Personalised accompaniment tends to articulate individual time and collective time. Die Organisation ist in jeder Gemeinde ähnlich. **Die verstärkte spezifische Folgenabschätzung stützt sich auf zwei Methoden**: 1 **/Methodologie der globalen Begleitung,** der Bezugsperson hat die Funktion, den gesamten Eingliederungsweg zu artikulieren. Ziel ist es, dass die Person Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten (Know-how, Know-how) und durch die Lösung sozialer Hindernisse (Gesundheit, Wohnung, Familie usw.) ihr Beschäftigungspotenzial entwickelt. Die Teilnehmer werden von dem Referenten nach Maßgabe der Leistungsbeschreibung überwacht. Die Häufigkeit der Befragungen, in der Regel eine durchschnittliche monatliche Stunde, hängt vom Stand des Projekts ab. Die Komplexität bestimmter Situationen erfordert manchmal häufigere Begegnungen (Familienschwierigkeiten, finanzielle Notlagen oder psychisches Leid). Dagegen werden die Teilnehmer, die auf einen Arbeitsplatzaustritt warten, weniger regelmäßig gesehen. Persönliche Begleitung neigt dazu, individuelle und kollektive Zeiten zu artikulieren. De deelnemers worden door de referent gevolgd overeenkomstig het mandaat. De frequentie van interviews, meestal een uur gemiddeld, hangt af van de voortgang van het project. De complexiteit van bepaalde situaties vereist soms frequentere ontmoetingen (familiemoeilijkheden, financiële noodsituaties of psychologisch lijden). Aan de andere kant worden deelnemers die wachten om te gaan werken minder regelmatig gezien. Persoonlijke begeleiding heeft de neiging om individuele tijd en collectieve tijd te articuleren. L'organizzazione è simile in ogni comune. **Il sostegno specifico rafforzato all'IA si basa su due metodologie**: 1 **/Metodo di accompagnamento globale,** il riferimento del percorso ha la funzione di articolare l'intero percorso di inserimento. Permette di: * fare la diagnosi socio-professionale, * gestire i problemi periferici sul lavoro. Consente di guidare il lavoro di elaborazione e convalida del progetto professionale per costruire le fasi del percorso verso il ritorno al lavoro e le azioni di ricerca di lavoro per l'uscita sostenibile con il partecipante da offerte di lavoro, lavoro temporaneo o la ricerca di organizzazioni di formazione adattate al progetto professionale. 2/Metodologia basata sul collocamento in settori commerciali, sia sulla base del sostegno per la fornitura di personale IA, sia sulla fornitura di formazione professionale e qualificata mobilitata dall'IA, o gli strumenti di valutazione e sostegno nell'impiego specifico dell'associazione. La sfida di questo sostegno rafforzato consiste nell'organizzare la mobilitazione della metodologia più efficace in base alle esigenze della persona. L'obiettivo è che la persona acquisisca esperienza, competenze (conoscenze, know-how) e risolva le barriere sociali (salute, alloggi, famiglia, ecc.) sviluppi il proprio potenziale occupazionale. I partecipanti sono seguiti dal referente conformemente al mandato. La frequenza delle interviste, di solito un'ora media, dipende dall'avanzamento del progetto. La complessità di certe situazioni, a volte richiede incontri più frequenti (difficoltà familiari, emergenze finanziarie o sofferenze psicologiche). D'altro canto, i partecipanti che attendono di lasciare un posto di lavoro sono visti meno regolarmente. L'accompagnamento personalizzato tende ad articolare il tempo individuale e il tempo collettivo. I workshop sono programmati in base all'andamento dei percorsi e alle esigenze individuate. (Italian)
