Cette action vise à créer une synergie entre les différents acteurs de l’emploi, de la formation, de l’insertion par l’activité économique et des outils de la métropole sur le territoire de l'est lyonnais. Au travers de l’exploitation statistique de nos bases de données, des grandes orientations politiques, des indicateurs emplois ainsi que de notre expertise et connaissance du territoire, la mission identifie et anime une série d’action visant l’accès et la pérennisation des publics souffrant de précarité. Pour ce faire, UNI-EST met en place différentes actions dont : une diffusion des opportunités portées par la métropole une animation territoriale permettant l’essaimage des bonnes pratiques sur le territoire et la bonne inclusion de chacun des acteurs aux démarches mises en place. la mise en place d’actions visant à coupler emploi / formation, L'appui aux service de la métropole Un travail de fond avec les branches professionnelles, les entreprises, les OPCA et les centre de formation La mise en œuvre, diffusion et harmonisation du dispositif clause d’insertion la mise en place d’action de découverte métier sur des secteurs identifiés à destination des publics et référents, L’alimentation de bases de données et la complétude d’un observatoire La remonté d’information aux organismes d’Etat tel que l’ANRU, la direction départementale du travail Une partie de la définition de ses actions est « à géométrie variable » car elle s’apprécie tout au long du déroulement de l’action en réaction à des orientations spécifiques et attentes de nos financeurs, des identifications de niches, des sollicitations emploi, des besoins des publics et de ceux qui les accompagnent ainsi que le tissu économique local. La connaissance des entreprises, de la typologie de nos publics et des métiers en tension sont, par exemples des faisceaux pertinents d’identification de leviers d’action. (French)
