Projektom je predviđena rekonstrukcija ovojnice zgrade koja obuhvaća četiri građevinske mjere (toplinsku izolaciju vanjskih zidova, toplinsku izolaciju stropa prema negrijanog tavana i izolacija dijela temelja i sokla, izolaciju kosog krova iznad grijanog dijela), te dvije strojarske mjere (Ugradnja visokoučinkovitog plinskog kondenzacijskog kotla te ugradnja dizalice topline za pripremu PTV) a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2. The project provides for the renovation of the building envelope comprising four structural measures (thermal insulation of external walls, thermal insulation of the ceiling to an unheated attic, insulation of part of the foundations, insulation of the part of the roof above the heated part), and two engine mechanical measures (construction of a high efficient gas condensing boiler and the installation of heat pumps for DHW generation), all with the aim of reducing energy input and harmful CO2 emissions. Le projet prévoit la reconstruction de l’enveloppe du bâtiment, qui comprend quatre mesures de construction (isolation thermique des murs extérieurs, isolation thermique du plafond vers le grenier non chauffé et isolation d’une partie de la fondation et du jus, isolation du toit incliné au-dessus de la partie chauffée) et deux mesures mécaniques (Installation d’une chaudière à condensation de gaz à haut rendement et installation d’une pompe à chaleur pour la préparation de TVP) toutes afin de réduire la consommation d’énergie et les émissions nocives de CO2. Das Projekt sieht die Rekonstruktion der Gebäudehülle vor, die vier Baumaßnahmen umfasst (Wärmedämmung von Außenwänden, Wärmedämmung der Decke in Richtung des unbeheizten Dachbodens und Isolierung eines Teils des Fundaments und Safts, Isolierung des geneigten Daches über dem beheizten Teil) und zwei mechanische Maßnahmen (Installation eines hocheffizienten Gaskondensators und Einbau einer Wärmepumpe zur Vorbereitung von PTV), um den Energieverbrauch und die schädlichen CO2-Emissionen zu verringern. Il progetto prevede la ricostruzione dell'involucro dell'edificio, che comprende quattro misure costruttive (isolamento termico delle pareti esterne, isolamento termico del soffitto verso la soffitta non riscaldata e isolamento di parte della fondazione e del succo, isolamento del tetto inclinato sopra la parte riscaldata), e due misure meccaniche (installazione di una caldaia a condensazione a gas ad alta efficienza e installazione di una pompa di calore per la preparazione di PTV) il tutto al fine di ridurre il consumo energetico e le emissioni nocive di CO2.
