Problem koji Projekt adresira je neadekvatna pristupna širokopojasna infrastruktura. Cilj Projekta je izgraditi širokopojasnu mrežnu infrastrukturu nove generacije kombinacijom državnih potpora i vlastitih investicijskih sredstava operatora, koja će omogućiti brzi i ultra-brzi širokopojasni pristup svim potencijalnim vrstama korisnika na području Projekta, stanovima, poslovnim i javnim korisnicima, na utvrđenih 7.741 "bijelih" adresa na prostornom obuhvatu Projekta. Navedeni korisnici time će moći koristiti suvremene informacijsko-komunikacijske usluge koje se pružaju ili će se u skladu s daljnjim razvojem tržišta moći pružati preko elektroničkih mreža nove generacije. The problem that the addressing project is an inadequate access broadband infrastructure. The objective of the Project is to build new generation broadband network infrastructure through a combination of state aid and operators’ own investment means, which will provide fast and ultra-fast broadband to all potential user types in the project, apartments, business and public users, to the established 7.741 “white” addresses on the project. These users will be able to make use of modern ICT services provided or to be provided through new-generation electronic networks in line with further market developments. (English)

Cilj Projekta je izgraditi širokopojasnu mrežnu infrastrukturu nove generacije kombinacijom državnih potpora i vlastitih investicijskih sredstava operatora, koja će omogućiti brzi i ultra-brzi širokopojasni pristup svim potencijalnim vrstama korisnika na području Projekta, stanovima, poslovnim i javnim korisnicima, na utvrđenih 7.741 «bijelih» adresa na prostornom obuhvatu Projekta. Das Problem, das mit dem Projekt angegangen wird, ist eine unzureichende Breitbandzugangsinfrastruktur. Ziel des Projekts ist der Aufbau einer Breitbandinfrastruktur der neuen Generation durch eine Kombination aus staatlichen Beihilfen und eigenen Investitionsmitteln des Betreibers, die einen schnellen und ultraschnellen Breitbandzugang für alle potenziellen Nutzer im Projektbereich, Wohnungen, Unternehmen und öffentliche Nutzer zu den identifizierten 7.741 „weißen“ Adressen zum räumlichen Anwendungsbereich des Projekts bieten wird. Diese Nutzer können somit von modernen Informations- und Kommunikationsdiensten profitieren, die im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung des Marktes über elektronische Netze der neuen Generation bereitgestellt werden oder erbracht werden können. Het probleem dat het project aanpakt, is ontoereikende breedbandtoegangsinfrastructuur. Het project heeft tot doel een breedbandnetwerkinfrastructuur van de nieuwe generatie op te bouwen door middel van een combinatie van staatssteun en eigen investeringsmiddelen van de exploitant, die snelle en ultrasnelle breedbandtoegang zal bieden aan alle potentiële soorten gebruikers in het projectgebied, appartementen, bedrijven en openbare gebruikers, tot de geïdentificeerde 7.741 „witte” adressen over de ruimtelijke reikwijdte van het project. Deze gebruikers zullen dus kunnen profiteren van moderne informatie- en communicatiediensten die worden aangeboden of kunnen worden geleverd via elektronische netwerken van de nieuwe generatie naarmate de markt zich verder ontwikkelt. Il problema che il progetto affronta è l'inadeguatezza dell'infrastruttura di accesso alla banda larga. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di costruire un'infrastruttura di rete a banda larga di nuova generazione attraverso una combinazione di aiuti di Stato e risorse di investimento proprie dell'operatore, che fornirà un accesso rapido e ultraveloce a tutti i potenziali tipi di utenti nell'area del progetto, appartamenti, imprese e utenti pubblici, ai 7.741 indirizzi "bianchi" identificati sull'ambito territoriale del progetto. Questi utenti potranno così beneficiare dei moderni servizi di informazione e comunicazione forniti o potranno essere forniti attraverso reti elettroniche di nuova generazione con l'ulteriore evoluzione del mercato. El problema que aborda el proyecto es una infraestructura de acceso de banda ancha inadecuada. El objetivo del proyecto es construir una infraestructura de red de banda ancha de nueva generación a través de una combinación de ayudas estatales y recursos de inversión propios del operador, que proporcionará un acceso rápido y ultrarrápido de banda ancha a todos los tipos potenciales de usuarios de la zona del proyecto, apartamentos, empresas y usuarios públicos, a las 7.741 direcciones «blancas» identificadas sobre el ámbito espacial del proyecto. De este modo, estos usuarios podrán beneficiarse de los servicios modernos de información y comunicación prestados o a través de redes electrónicas de nueva generación a medida que el mercado evolucione aún más.
