Le projet consiste à offrir un cadre de cohérence et une animation locale qui, à travers la mise en réseau des acteurs du territoire, permettra d'optimiser l'efficacité des structures productrices et/ou utilisatrices de l'information géographique sur le territoire régional. Il est conçu autour des objectifs suivants : -le partage des référentiels IGN et d'autres producteurs de données avec les collectivités et les services de l'Etat associés, -la mise en oeuvre d'applications et d'outils de travail collaboratifs, -la mise en place d’un plan de communication associé aux moyens techniques et humains nécessaires au pilotage du projet au niveau régional. L’opération se compose de 3 actions : -L’administration et la refonte du site www.geo-centre.fr -La mise en œuvre d’un groupement de commande pour l’achat de licences IGN au bénéfice des membres du GIP RECIA -L’animation régionale autour de l’Open Data à travers l’organisation de réunions et la mise en place de groupes de travail Ces actions s’inscrivent dans la continuité du projet de mise en oeuvre du portail régional géo-centre, soutenu en 2016. Résultats escomptés : Appropriation par le citoyen du site www.geo-centre.fr et augmentation du taux de fréquentation Augmentation du nombre de collectivités adhérentes au GIP RECIA, bénéficiant de la prestation proposée Publication des données en OpenData Cette opération est complémentaire du portail e-administration sOlaere, également financé par des fonds FEDER (French)

The project consists of providing a framework of coherence and local animation which, through the networking of the actors in the territory, will make it possible to optimise the efficiency of the structures producing and/or users of geographical information in the regional territory. It is designed around the following objectives: —the sharing of IGN repositories and other data producers with the associated authorities and departments of the State, -implementation of collaborative applications and working tools, -the establishment of a communication plan associated with the technical and human resources necessary to manage the project at regional level. The operation consists of 3 actions: —The administration and redesign of the website www.geo-centre.fr —The implementation of an order group for the purchase of IGN licences for the benefit of GIP RECIA members -Regional animation around Open Data through the organisation of meetings and the setting up of working groups These actions are part of the continuation of the project to implement the regional geo-centre portal, supported in 2016. Output expected: Citizen ownership of the website www.geo-centre.fr and increase in attendance rate Increase in the number of communities participating in GIP RECIA, benefiting from the proposed service Publication of data in OpenData This operation is complementary to the sOlaere e-administration portal, also financed by ERDF funds (English)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, einen Rahmen für Kohärenz und lokale Animation zu schaffen, der durch die Vernetzung der Akteure des Gebiets die Effizienz der Produktions- und/oder Nutzungsstrukturen der geografischen Informationen in der Region optimieren wird. Es ist auf folgende Ziele ausgerichtet: —die gemeinsame Nutzung der IGN-Repositorys und anderer Datenproduzenten mit den assoziierten staatlichen Körperschaften und Dienststellen, -die Einführung von Anwendungen und kollaborativen Arbeitsinstrumenten, – die Erstellung eines Kommunikationsplans in Verbindung mit den technischen und personellen Mitteln, die für die Leitung des Projekts auf regionaler Ebene erforderlich sind. Das Vorhaben besteht aus 3 Aktionen: —Verwaltung und Neugestaltung der Website www.geo-centre.fr —Umsetzung einer Auftragsgruppe für den Erwerb von IGN-Lizenzen zugunsten der Mitglieder der GIP RECIA -Regionale Animation rund um Open Data durch die Organisation von Sitzungen und die Einsetzung von Arbeitsgruppen Diese Maßnahmen sind Teil der Kontinuität des 2016 unterstützten Projekts zur Umsetzung des regionalen Geo-Center-Portals. Erwartete Ergebnisse: Aneignung der Website www.geo-centre.fr und Erhöhung der Besucherquote Erhöhung der Zahl der an der GIP RECIA teilnehmenden Gebietskörperschaften, die die vorgeschlagene Leistung erhalten Veröffentlichung der Daten in OpenData Diese Operation ergänzt das e-Administrationsportal sOlaere, das ebenfalls aus EFRE-Mitteln finanziert wird (German)

Het project voorziet in een kader van samenhang en lokale dynamisering die, door middel van netwerken van de actoren op het grondgebied, het mogelijk zullen maken de efficiëntie van de structuren voor de productie en/of gebruikers van geografische informatie op het regionale grondgebied te optimaliseren. Het is opgezet rond de volgende doelstellingen: —het delen van IGN-registers en andere gegevensproducenten met de geassocieerde autoriteiten en departementen van de staat, -tenuitvoerlegging van samenwerkingstoepassingen en werkinstrumenten — het opstellen van een communicatieplan in verband met de technische en personele middelen die nodig zijn om het project op regionaal niveau te beheren. De actie bestaat uit 3 acties: —Het beheer en herontwerp van de website www.geo-centre.fr —De implementatie van een bestelgroep voor de aankoop van IGN-licenties ten behoeve van GIP RECIA-leden — Regionale animatie rond Open Data door de organisatie van vergaderingen en het opzetten van werkgroepen Deze acties maken deel uit van de voortzetting van het project ter uitvoering van het regionale geocenterportaal, ondersteund in 2016. Verwachte output: Burgereigendom van de website www.geo-centre.fr en toename van het aantal gemeenschappen dat deelneemt aan GIP RECIA, profiterend van de voorgestelde dienst Publicatie van gegevens in OpenData Deze operatie is een aanvulling op het sOlaere e-administration portal, dat ook wordt gefinancierd uit EFRO-middelen. Il progetto consiste nel fornire un quadro di coerenza e animazione locale che, attraverso il networking degli attori del territorio, consentirà di ottimizzare l'efficienza delle strutture che producono e/o utenti dell'informazione geografica nel territorio regionale. È progettato intorno ai seguenti obiettivi: —la condivisione di archivi IGN e altri produttori di dati con le autorità e i dipartimenti associati dello Stato, -attuazione di applicazioni collaborative e strumenti di lavoro, — l'elaborazione di un piano di comunicazione associato alle risorse tecniche e umane necessarie per gestire il progetto a livello regionale. L'operazione consiste in 3 azioni: —L'amministrazione e la riprogettazione del sito web www.geo-centre.fr —L'attuazione di un gruppo di ordini per l'acquisto di licenze IGN a favore dei membri di GIP RECIA — Animazione regionale intorno ai dati aperti attraverso l'organizzazione di riunioni e la costituzione di gruppi di lavoro Queste azioni fanno parte della continuazione del progetto di implementazione del portale geocentro regionale, sostenuto nel 2016.
