le territoire de l’Indre se caractérise par son hyper-ruralité qui se traduit par un certain nombre de handicaps pour ses habitants (éloignement du numérique, taux de chômage élevé, niveau de qualification plus faible que la moyenne nationale…) et pour ses entreprises (difficultés à attirer et garder des cadres de haut niveau notamment). Le projet HUB 36 vise à développer les synergies nécessaires à la croissance du territoire. En créant un écosystème propre à stimuler l’émergence d’une économie créative et collaborative à l’échelle locale, et à déployer une offre attractive de services et de formations au sein d’un tiers-lieu d'innovation numérique - le HUB 36 - basé dans une ancienne manufacture textile (l'usine Balsan©). Le projet Hub36 consiste à accueillir des porteurs de projets d’éco-conception, de co-design, axés sur le numérique, et à mettre à disposition un lieu adapté (action1) et un accompagnement sur mesure (action 2) pour permettre l'accès à des solutions d'innovation produit, process et numérique. Dans ce milieu propice à l’innovation et au développement de l’entrepreneuriat, des projets pourront émerger et, à chaque étape du cycle de vie du projet, le porteur bénéficiera d’un accompagnement adapté à ses besoins, grâce aux ressources de la CCI Indre et de son réseau de partenaires. the territory of Indre is characterised by its hyper-rurality, which results in a number of handicaps for its inhabitants (distance from the digital world, high unemployment, lower qualifications than the national average...) and for its enterprises (difficulties in attracting and retaining high-level managers in particular). The HUB 36 project aims to develop the synergies necessary for the growth of the territory. By creating an ecosystem that stimulates the emergence of a creative and collaborative economy at the local level, and to deploy an attractive offer of services and training within a third-place of digital innovation — the HUB 36 — based in a former textile factory (the Balsan© factory). The Hub36 project consists of hosting developers of eco-design, co-design, digital-focused projects and providing a suitable location (Action1) and tailor-made support (Action 2) to enable access to product, process and digital innovation solutions. In this environment conducive to innovation and the development of entrepreneurship, projects can emerge and, at each stage of the project’s life cycle, the promoter will benefit from support tailored to his needs, thanks to the resources of the Indre CCI and its network of partners. Das Hub36-Projekt umfasst die Aufnahme von Trägern digitaler Ökodesign- und Co-Design-Projekte sowie die Bereitstellung eines geeigneten Ortes (Aktion 1) und maßgeschneiderter Begleitung (Aktion 2), um den Zugang zu Produkt-, Prozess- und digitalen Innovationslösungen zu ermöglichen. het grondgebied van Indre wordt gekenmerkt door zijn hyperraliteit, die leidt tot een aantal handicaps voor haar inwoners (afstand tot de digitale wereld, hoge werkloosheid, lagere kwalificaties dan het nationale gemiddelde...) en voor haar ondernemingen (moeilijkheden bij het aantrekken en behouden van managers op hoog niveau in het bijzonder). Het project HUB 36 heeft tot doel de synergieën te ontwikkelen die nodig zijn voor de groei van het grondgebied. Door een ecosysteem te creëren dat de opkomst van een creatieve en deeleconomie op lokaal niveau stimuleert, en een aantrekkelijk aanbod van diensten en opleidingen in te zetten binnen een derde plaats van digitale innovatie — de HUB 36 — gevestigd in een voormalige textielfabriek (de Balsan©-fabriek). Het Hub36-project bestaat uit het hosten van ontwikkelaars van ecologisch ontwerp, co-design, digitaal gerichte projecten en het bieden van een geschikte locatie (actie 1) en ondersteuning op maat (actie 2) om toegang tot product-, proces- en digitale innovatieoplossingen mogelijk te maken. il territorio di Indre è caratterizzato dalla sua iperrurale, che si traduce in una serie di svantaggi per i suoi abitanti (distanza dal mondo digitale, elevata disoccupazione, qualifiche inferiori alla media nazionale...) e per le sue imprese (difficoltà nell'attrarre e mantenere dirigenti di alto livello in particolare). Il progetto HUB 36 mira a sviluppare le sinergie necessarie per la crescita del territorio. Creando un ecosistema che stimoli l'emergere di un'economia creativa e collaborativa a livello locale e dispiegando un'offerta attraente di servizi e formazione all'interno di un terzo posto dell'innovazione digitale — l'HUB 36 — con sede in una ex fabbrica tessile (la fabbrica Balsan©). Il progetto Hub36 consiste nell'ospitare sviluppatori di progetti di progettazione ecocompatibile, co-progettazione, digital-focused e fornire una location adeguata (Azione1) e un supporto su misura (Azione 2) per consentire l'accesso a soluzioni di innovazione digitale, di processo e di prodotto.
