Le projet Mantinum est un acte architectural et paysager fort qui doit à la fois redonner une attractivité touristique à la citadelle et garantir une offre complémentaire de lieu d'animation temporaire. Ce projet doit être l'occasion de créer de nouvelles relations entre TERRA NOVA, la ville haute et TERRA VECCHIA, le vieux port. La création d'une liaison verticale, d'un théâtre de verdure et la restauration du jardin Romieu vont permettre de valoriser les atouts patrimoniaux du centre historique et de la citadelle, de les rendre accessibles à un large public en synergie avec la nouvelle stratégie touristique d'une destination labellisée "ville d'art et d'histoire". The Mantinum project is a strong architectural and landscape act that must both restore tourist attraction to the citadel and guarantee a complementary offer of temporary entertainment venues. This project should be an opportunity to create new relationships between TERRA NOVA, the upper city and TERRA Vecchia, the old port. The creation of a vertical link, a green theatre and the restoration of the Romieu garden will make it possible to enhance the heritage assets of the historic centre and the citadel, to make them accessible to a large public in synergy with the new tourist strategy of a destination labeled “city of art and history”. Das Projekt Mantinum ist ein starker architektonischer und landschaftsbildender Akt, der sowohl die touristische Attraktivität der Zitadelle wiedererlangt als auch ein ergänzendes Angebot für temporäre Animationen garantieren soll. Dieses Projekt soll die Gelegenheit bieten, neue Beziehungen zwischen TERRA NOVA, der Oberstadt und TERRA VECCHIA, dem alten Hafen, aufzubauen. Die Schaffung einer vertikalen Verbindung, eines grünen Theaters und der Restaurierung des Romieu-Gartens wird es ermöglichen, das Erbe des historischen Zentrums und der Zitadelle aufzuwerten und sie einem breiten Publikum in Synergie mit der neuen Tourismusstrategie eines Reiseziels mit dem Titel „Stadt der Kunst und Geschichte“ zugänglich zu machen. Il progetto Mantinum è un forte atto architettonico e paesaggistico che deve sia ripristinare l'attrattiva turistica alla cittadella e garantire un'offerta complementare di intrattenimento temporaneo. Questo progetto dovrebbe essere l'occasione per creare nuove relazioni tra TERRA NOVA, la città alta e TERRA VECCHIA, il vecchio porto. La creazione di un collegamento verticale, un teatro verde e il restauro del giardino di Romieu consentiranno di valorizzare il patrimonio del centro storico e della cittadella, per renderli accessibili ad un grande pubblico in sinergia con la nuova strategia turistica di una destinazione denominata "città dell'arte e della storia".
