Projekta mērķis ir Valkas pilsētas degradētās teritorijas atjaunošana, atbilstoši pašvaldības attīstības programmai, lai veicinātu ilgtspējīgas ražošanas teritorijas izveidošanu un uzņēmējdarbības attīstību, palielinātu privātās investīcijas, sekmētu nodarbinātību un ekonomisko aktivitāti pašvaldībā. Projekta ietvaros plānota divas aktivitātes: ražošanas teritorijas izveidošana Varoņu ielā 37A, 39A, Valkā un Parka ielas seguma atjaunošana (2.kārta).Projekta ietvaros atjaunotā degradētā teritorija nodrošinās šādu iznākuma rādītāju rašanos:-Atjaunota Valkas pilsētas degradētā teritorija 3,9189 ha platībā, kas pielāgota jaunu komersantu izveidošanai un / vai esošo komersantu paplašināšanai.-Jaunizveidotas 45 darbavietas atjaunotajā degradētajā teritorijā.-Atjaunotajā degradētajā teritorijā esošie komersanti veikuši nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos 2 600 000 EUR apmērā.Projekta īstenošanas laiks no 2017.gada jūlijs līdz 2019.gada novembrim.Projekta kopējās izmaksas 3 836 395,64 EUR, t.sk., attiecināmās izmaksas 3 286 368,03 EUR un neattiecināmās izmaksas 550 027,61. EUR. 2 595 572,35 EUR ir ERAF finansējums, 137 412,65 EUR valsts budžeta dotācija un Valkas novada domes līdzfinansējums 553 383,03 EUR attiecināmajām izmaksām un 550 027,61 EUR neattiecināmajām izmaksām. The aim of the project is to restore degraded territory of Valka city, in accordance with the municipality’s development programme, in order to promote sustainable production area and business development, increase private investments, promote employment and economic activity in the municipality. Within the framework of the project two activities are planned: Construction of industrial territory at Varoņu iela 37A, 39A, Valka and restoration of Parka Street cover (2nd stage).Reconstructed degraded area within the project will ensure the emergence of the following output indicators:-Reconstructed degraded area of Valka city with an area of 3.9189 ha adapted for setting up new merchants and/or expansion of existing merchants.-New 45 jobs in the restored degraded area with an area of 3.9189 ha, the total costs of the year enterprises to build up and/or expansion of existing merchants.-News 45 jobs in the restored degraded area of the city.-Renewed in the degraded territory, the total cost of the year, the total costs of the project, and the non-financial investment in the 2017th project. EUR 2595572,35 is ERDF funding, EUR 137412,65 state budget grant and Valka Municipality Council co-financing of EUR 553383,03 for eligible costs and EUR 550027,61 for ineligible costs. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de restaurer le territoire dégradé de la ville de Valka, conformément au programme de développement municipal, afin de promouvoir la création d’une zone de production durable et le développement des entreprises, d’augmenter les investissements privés, de promouvoir l’emploi et l’activité économique dans la municipalité. Deux activités sont prévues dans le cadre du projet: création d’une zone de production dans les rues 37A, 39A, Valka et Parka (2e étape).Le territoire restauré du projet assurera l’émergence des indicateurs de réalisation suivants:-Rénovation du territoire dégradé de Valka avec une superficie de 3,9189 hectares adaptée à la création de nouveaux commerçants et/ou à l’expansion des commerçants existants.- 45 nouveaux emplois dans la zone dégradée restaurée.-Dans le territoire dégradé restauré, les commerçants ont réalisé des investissements non financiers dans leurs propres investissements incorporels; et des actifs fixes d’un montant de 2 600 000 EUR. 2 595 572,35 EUR sont un financement du FEDER, une subvention du budget de l’État de 137 412,65 EUR et un cofinancement du conseil du comté de Valka à hauteur de 553 383,03 EUR pour les coûts éligibles et de 550 027,61 EUR pour les coûts inéligibles. Ziel des Projekts ist die Wiederherstellung des degradierten Gebiets der Stadt Valka im Einklang mit dem kommunalen Entwicklungsprogramm, um die Schaffung eines nachhaltigen Produktionsgebiets und der Geschäftsentwicklung zu fördern, private Investitionen zu erhöhen, Beschäftigung und Wirtschaftstätigkeit in der Gemeinde zu fördern. Im Rahmen des Projekts sind zwei Aktivitäten geplant: Schaffung einer Produktionsfläche auf den Straßen 37A, 39A, Valka und Parka (2. Stufe).Das restaurierte Gebiet des Projekts wird die Entstehung folgender Output-Indikatoren gewährleisten:-Erneuertes degradiertes Gebiet Valka mit einer Fläche von 3,9189 Hektar für die Gründung neuer Händler und/oder Ausbau bestehender Händler.- 45 neue Arbeitsplätze in der wiederhergestellten degradierten Fläche.- Im wiederhergestellten degradierten Gebiet haben die Händler nichtfinanzielle Investitionen in eigene immaterielle Investitionen getätigt; 45 neue Arbeitsplätze in der wiederhergestellten degradierten Fläche. 2 595 572,35 EUR sind EFRE-Finanzierungen, 137 412,65 EUR staatlicher Budgetzuschuss und Valka County Council Kofinanzierung in Höhe von 553 383,03 EUR für förderfähige Kosten und 550 027,61 EUR für nicht förderfähige Kosten. Doel van het project is het herstel van het aangetaste grondgebied van de stad Valka, in overeenstemming met het gemeentelijke ontwikkelingsprogramma, om de totstandbrenging van een duurzaam productiegebied en bedrijfsontwikkeling te bevorderen, particuliere investeringen te verhogen, de werkgelegenheid en de economische activiteit in de gemeente te bevorderen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di ripristinare il territorio degradato della città di Valka, in conformità con il programma di sviluppo comunale, al fine di promuovere la creazione di un'area di produzione sostenibile e lo sviluppo delle imprese, aumentare gli investimenti privati, promuovere l'occupazione e l'attività economica nel comune. Nell'ambito del progetto sono previste due attività: creazione di un'area di produzione nelle strade 37A, 39A, Valka e Parka (2a fase). Il territorio restaurato del progetto garantirà l'emergere dei seguenti indicatori di output:-Rinnovato territorio degradato di Valka con una superficie di 3.9189 ettari adattati per la creazione di nuovi commercianti e/o l'espansione di commercianti esistenti.- 45 nuovi posti di lavoro nella zona degradata restaurata.- Nel territorio degradato ripristinato, i commercianti hanno effettuato investimenti non finanziari nei loro investimenti immateriali propri; e immobilizzazioni per l'importo di 2 600 000 EUR.Consegna del progetto dal luglio 2017 al novembre 2019. El objetivo del proyecto es restaurar el territorio degradado de la ciudad de Valka, de acuerdo con el programa de desarrollo municipal, con el fin de promover la creación de una zona de producción sostenible y el desarrollo empresarial, aumentar la inversión privada, promover el empleo y la actividad económica en el municipio. En el marco del proyecto se prevén dos actividades: creación de una zona de producción en las calles 37A, 39A, Valka y Parka (2.a etapa).El territorio restaurado del proyecto garantizará la aparición de los siguientes indicadores de realización:-Territorio degradado renovado de Valka con una superficie de 3.9189 hectáreas adaptada para la creación de nuevos comerciantes o ampliación de comerciantes existentes.- 45 nuevos puestos de trabajo en la zona degradada restaurada.- En el territorio degradado restaurado, los comerciantes han realizado inversiones no financieras en sus propias inversiones intangibles; y activos fijos por un importe de 2 600 000 EUR. 2 595 572,35 EUR son financiación del FEDER, 137 412,65 EUR subvención del presupuesto del Estado y cofinanciación del Consejo del Condado de Valka de 553 383,03 EUR para los costes subvencionables y 550 027,61 EUR para los costes no subvencionables.
