Lai veicinātu Daugavpils pilsētas Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas attīstību un nodrošinātu labvēlīgu vidi uzņēmējdarbības attīstībai, ir nepieciešams turpināt esošās infrastruktūras uzlabošanas darbus, kas sekmētu konkurētspējas palielināšanu un saimnieciskās darbības attīstību pilsētas teritorijā.Projekta “Daugavpils pilsētas Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas publiskās infrastruktūras attīstība II kārta” mērķis ir Daugavpils pilsētas Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas revitalizācija, veicot publiskās infrastruktūras sakārtošanu privāto investīciju piesaistei, tādējādi veicinot pilsētas teritoriālo izaugsmi un jaunu darba vietu radīšanu.Plānotās projekta galvenās aktivitātes:1. Pamatojošās tehniskās dokumentācijas izstrāde, t.sk. būvekspertīzes veikšana;2. Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas infrastruktūras atjaunošana Daugavpils pilsētā II kārta: 2.1. Spaļu ielas pārbūve posmā no Smilškalna ielas līdz zemes gabalam ar kadastra apzīmējumu 05000070506, Daugavpilī, ar nepieciešamajiem inženiertīkliem; 2.2. Mendeļejeva ielas pārbūve posmā no Višķu ielas līdz zemes gabalam ar kadastra apzīmējumu 0500 007 1614 un ceļa posma pārbūve no Mendeļejeva ielas līdz Ziemeļu industriālās zonas 1. kārtas izbūves robežai, Daugavpilī, ar nepieciešamajiem inženiertīkliem; 2.3. Spaļu ielas pārbūve posmā no Slāvu ielas līdz Smilškalna ielai un piebraucama ceļa pārbūve no Spaļu ielas līdz zemes gabalam ar kadastra apzīmējumu 05000071213, Daugavpilī; 2.4. Jaunas ēkas būvniecība potenciālās ražotnes izveidošanai un infrastruktūras izveide Mendeļejeva ielas rajonā, Daugavpilī.3. Autoruzraudzības pakalpojumu sniegšana saskaņā ar spēkā esošajiem LR būvnormatīviem;4. Būvuzraudzības pakalpojumu sniegšana saskaņā ar spēkā esošajiem LR būvnormatīviem;5. Projekta publicitāte.Projekta rezultāti: revitalizēta degradētā teritorija 30 ha platībā, radīta 161 jauna darba vieta un piesaistītas privātās investīcijas 6 511 312.00 eiro apmērā.Projekta kopējās izmaksas 8 735 965.26 EUR, projekta attiecināmās izmaksas sastāda 8 224 192.83 EUR no tām:ERAF 73.91% - 6 078 868.46 EUR;Valsts budžeta dotācija 3.79% - 311 430.04 EUR;Daugavpils pilsētas domes finansējums 22.3% - 1 833 894.33 EUR;Neattiecināmās izmaksas – 511 772.43 EUR.Projekta ietvaros nav paredzēts snieguma ietvara rezerves priekšfinansējums.Plānotais projekta īstenošanas ilgums – no 2018.gada 20.jūlija līdz 2021.gada 30.janvārim (30 mēneši no Vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanu).Saskaņā ar MK noteikumiem Nr. 645 pirms projekta iesnieguma veidlapas iesniegšanas tika izstrādāta tehniskā dokumentācija, t.sk. būvekspertīze Spaļu ielas pārbūvei posmā no Smilškalna ielas, Mendeļejeva ielas pārbūvei un jaunas ēkas izbūvei Mendeļejeva ielā 5, Daugavpilī, kā arī tika veikta projekta Izmaksu un ieguvumu analīze. Afin de promouvoir le développement de la zone industrielle septentrionale de la ville de Daugavpils et d’assurer un environnement favorable au développement des affaires, il est nécessaire de poursuivre l’amélioration de l’infrastructure existante, ce qui contribuerait à accroître la compétitivité et le développement de l’activité économique sur le territoire de la ville. Le projet «Développement des infrastructures publiques de la zone industrielle septentrionale de la ville de Daugavpils II» vise à revitaliser la zone industrielle septentrionale de la ville de Daugavpils en améliorant les infrastructures publiques pour attirer des investissements privés, contribuant ainsi à la croissance territoriale de la ville et à la création de nouveaux emplois. Um die Entwicklung der nördlichen Industriezone der Stadt Daugavpils zu fördern und ein günstiges Umfeld für die Geschäftsentwicklung zu gewährleisten, ist es notwendig, die bestehende Infrastruktur weiter zu verbessern, die zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und der Entwicklung der Wirtschaftstätigkeit auf dem Territorium der Stadt beitragen würde. Ziel des Projekts „Entwicklung der öffentlichen Infrastruktur der nördlichen Industriezone der Stadt Daugavpils II“ ist die Wiederbelebung der nördlichen Industriezone von Daugavpils-Stadt durch Verbesserung der öffentlichen Infrastruktur für die Anziehung privater Investitionen, wodurch ein Beitrag zum territorialen Wachstum der Stadt und zur Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze geleistet wird. Entwicklung von unterstützenden technischen Dokumentationen, einschließlich Leistungsfähigkeit von Bauexpertise;2. Wiederherstellung der Infrastruktur der nördlichen Industriezone in der Phase der Stadt Daugavpils II: 2.1. Om de ontwikkeling van de noordelijke industriële zone van de stad Daugavpils te bevorderen en een gunstig klimaat voor de ontwikkeling van het bedrijfsleven te waarborgen, is het noodzakelijk de bestaande infrastructuur verder te verbeteren, die zou bijdragen tot de versterking van het concurrentievermogen en de ontwikkeling van de economische activiteit op het grondgebied van de stad. Het doel van het project „Ontwikkeling van de openbare infrastructuur van de noordelijke industriezone van de stad Daugavpils II” is het herstel van het noordelijke industriegebied van de stad Daugavpils door verbetering van de openbare infrastructuur om particuliere investeringen aan te trekken en aldus bij te dragen tot de territoriale groei van de stad en het scheppen van nieuwe banen. De belangrijkste activiteiten van het geplande project zijn:1. Ontwikkeling van ondersteunende technische documentatie, incl. prestaties van bouwexpertise;2. Herstel van de infrastructuur van de noordelijke industriezone in Daugavpils City II: 2.1. L'obiettivo del progetto "Sviluppo delle infrastrutture pubbliche della Zona Industriale Settentrionale della città di Daugavpils II" è quello di rivitalizzare la zona industriale settentrionale della città di Daugavpils migliorando le infrastrutture pubbliche per attrarre investimenti privati, contribuendo in tal modo alla crescita territoriale della città e alla creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro. Le principali attività del progetto previsto sono:1. Sviluppo della documentazione tecnica di supporto, compresa la prestazione di competenze in materia di costruzione;2. Ripristino delle infrastrutture della Zona Industriale Settentrionale in Daugavpils City II fase: 2.1.
