SIA iCotton ir kompānija, dibinātā 2011. gada 24. novembrī. Kompānijas galvenie pamatdarbības veidi atbilstoši NACE 2. red. klasifikācijai ir smaržu un kosmētisko līdzekļu ražošana (NACE 20.42), tekstilšķiedru sagatavošana un vērpšana (NACE 13.10), citur neklasificētu tekstilizstrādājumu ražošana (NACE 13.99), tekstilizstrādājumu vairumtirdzniecība (NACE 46.41) un starpproduktu vairumtirdzniecība (NACE 46.76).Latvijai būtisko zinātnes un pētniecības virzienu izvēle balstās vietējā darbaspēka attīstīšanu (atbilstoša izglītība, prasmes, darba kultūra, specializācijas un apmācīšanas iespējas) un vietējo zināšanu attīstīšanu (pietiekami attīstīts zināšanu un zinātnes nozaru kopums (sākot ar fundamentālajām zinātnēm, turpinot ar lietišķajām zinātnēm un beidzot ar komersantu P&A nodaļām). Nevienā tuvākajā valstī nav neviena uzņēmuma, kura rīcībā būtu augstas ražības moderna neaustā materiāla ražošanas iekārtas ar operatoru un iestatītāju komandu (attīsta vietējo darbaspēku), tāpēc SIA "iCotton" sadarbojas ar zinātniekiem izpētes vajadzībām testēšanai piedāvājot izmantot ražošanas līniju. iCotton pēc pabeigšanas kopīgi ar RTU tiks strādāts pie jaunu materiālu un to pielietojumu izpētes, kur sākotnējais darbs tiks organizēts zinātniskās institūcijas ietvaros, bet pēc tam praksē pārbaudīts SIA "iCotton" ražotnē.Tādējādi attīstot vietējo darbaspēku un zināšanas darbā ar inovatīvām materiālu īpašībām tiek sekmēta RIS3 stratēģijas īstenošana apstrādes rūpniecības nozarē.Uzņēmuma galvenā ražotā produkcija ir mitrās salvetes, vates kociņi, vates plāksnītes, vienreizlietojamie autiņi un promo iepakojumu komplekti.Ņemot vērā, ka 2017. gadā uzņēmums strādās ar pilnu jaudu visās produktu grupās, tādējādi tālāks apgrozījuma pieaugums bez papildus investīcijām ražošanas jaudu palielināšanai vai jaunu produktu izveidei vairs nebūs iespējams. Šajā sakarā uzņēmums projekta ietvaros plāno izveidot jaunu ražošanas telpu ar nolūku paplašināt uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību, ieviešot ražošanā jaunus produktus, kā arī palielināt esošo ražoto produktu apjomus.Lai uzņēmums varētu īstenot projektu šādā apjomā (uzcelt jaunu ražošanas ēku un paralēli iegādāties arī jaunas ražošanas līnijas), būs nepieciešams veikt šādas atbalstāmās darbības:-projektēšana vienai no abām ražošanas ēkām saskaņā ar normatīvajiem aktiem;-būvdarbu veikšana saskaņā ar iepirkumu procedūras noteiktajiem uzvarētājiem;-autoruzraudzība. Abu ēku tehnisko projektu autoruzraudzība, lai būvniecība tiktu veikta saskaņā ar tehniskajiem projektiem;-būvuzraudzība. The company’s main activities according to NACE Rev. 2 classification are the production of perfumes and cosmetics (NACE 20.42), the preparation and spinning of textile fibres (NACE 13.10), the manufacture of textiles n.e.c. (NACE 13.99), the wholesale of textile products (NACE 46.41) and the wholesale of intermediate products (NACE 46.76).The selection of the relevant scientific and research directions for Latvia is based on the development of the local workforce (appropriate education, skills, work culture, specialisation and teaching opportunities) and the development of local sciences with advanced science and science (a variety of sciences and science at the end of the pharmacy). SIA iCotton est une société fondée le 24 novembre 2011. Les principales activités de l’entreprise selon la nomenclature NACE Rév. 2 sont la fabrication de parfums et de cosmétiques (NACE 20.42), la préparation et la filature des fibres textiles (NACE 13.10), la fabrication de produits textiles n.c.a. (NACE 13.99), la vente en gros de produits textiles (NACE 46.41) et la vente en gros de produits intermédiaires (NACE 46.76). La sélection des domaines pertinents de la science et de la recherche pour la Lettonie repose sur le développement de la main-d’œuvre locale (éducation appropriée, compétences, culture du travail, spécialisation et formation) et le développement des connaissances locales (un ensemble suffisamment développé de connaissances et de disciplines scientifiques (des sciences fondamentales, en continuant avec les sciences appliquées, en passant par le P & A). Sur la base de ces conditions préalables, les secteurs les plus importants de l’économie lettone dans la spécialisation des matériaux intelligents, des technologies intelligentes et des systèmes d’ingénierie, parmi lesquels l’ingénierie des matériaux, ont été sélectionnés. iCotton coopère avec des scientifiques lettons (développer des connaissances locales), le médecin diplômé du Département de conception et de technologie des matériaux Silvija Kukle a publié plusieurs études sur l’utilisation de matériaux non tissés pour l’isolation dans le processus de construction, ainsi que sur les changements dans les propriétés des matériaux textiles créés par les revêtements. ICotton travaillera en collaboration avec la RTU sur la recherche de nouveaux matériaux et leurs applications, où le travail initial sera organisé dans le cadre d’une institution scientifique, puis testé dans la pratique à l’usine de SIA «iCotton». Ainsi, le développement de la main-d’œuvre locale et des connaissances dans le travail avec des propriétés matérielles innovantes contribue à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RIS3 dans l’industrie de traitement. À cet égard, l’entreprise envisage de créer un nouvel espace de production dans le cadre du projet afin d’étendre l’activité économique de l’entreprise en introduisant de nouveaux produits en production, ainsi que d’augmenter le volume des produits manufacturés existants. Pour que l’entreprise puisse réaliser le projet dans cette mesure (construire un nouveau bâtiment de production et acheter de nouvelles lignes de production en parallèle), les activités suivantes devront être menées:-la conception de l’un des deux bâtiments de production conformément aux dispositions réglementaires;- l’exécution des travaux de construction selon les lauréats de la procédure d’achat;- la supervision automatique. La supervision par l’auteur des projets techniques des deux bâtiments afin que la construction soit réalisée conformément aux projets techniques;-la supervision de la construction. Au cours des travaux de construction, la supervision obligatoire de la construction sera effectuée de manière à ce que les bâtiments soient construits selon la conception technique et, conformément à toutes les lois et réglementations établies en Lettonie, le projet aboutira à la construction d’un nouveau bâtiment de production, à l’installation de nouveaux équipements de production et à l’introduction d’un nouveau groupe de produits dans la production. Le total des coûts éligibles du projet devrait s’élever à 2 539 184,46 EUR, tandis que le cofinancement du FEDER s’élèvera à 45 % et s’élèvera à 112 633,01 EUR.Le projet devrait être mis en œuvre dans un délai de 50 mois à compter de la conclusion du contrat avec la CFCA. Die wichtigsten Tätigkeiten des Unternehmens nach der NACE Rev. 2 Klassifikation sind die Herstellung von Parfums und Kosmetika (NACE 20.42), die Herstellung und das Spinnen von Textilfasern (NACE 13.10), die Herstellung von Textilerzeugnissen a. n. g. (NACE 13.99), den Großhandel mit Textilerzeugnissen (NACE 46.41) und den Großhandel mit Zwischenprodukten (NACE 46.76).Die Auswahl der relevanten Wissenschafts- und Forschungsbereiche für Lettland beruht auf der Entwicklung der lokalen Arbeitskräfte (angemessene Ausbildung, Fertigkeiten, Arbeitskultur, Spezialisierung und Ausbildung) und die Entwicklung von lokalen Kenntnissen (ein ausreichend entwickeltes Wissen und wissenschaftliche Disziplinen (aus den Grundlagenwissenschaften, Weiterbildung mit den angewandten Wissenschaften für die Wirtschaft); Aufgrund dieser Voraussetzungen wurden die wichtigsten Sektoren der lettischen Wirtschaft in der Spezialisierung von intelligenten Materialien, intelligenten Technologien und Engineering-Systemen, darunter Materialtechnik, ausgewählt.iCotton kooperiert mit lettischen Wissenschaftlern (Entwicklung des lokalen Wissens), die habilitierte Doktorin der Abteilung für Design und Materialtechnologie Silvija Kukle hat mehrere Studien zum Einsatz von Vliesstoffen für Isolierstoffe im Bauprozess sowie zur Änderung der Eigenschaften von textilen Materialien durch Beschichtungen veröffentlicht. Kein Unternehmen mit hoher Produktivität moderne Vliesstoffproduktionsanlagen mit Bediener und Setter-Team (Entwicklung lokaler Arbeitskräfte) gibt es in einem der nahen Länder, deshalb arbeitet SIA „iCotton“ mit Wissenschaftlern für Forschungszwecke zusammen, indem sie die Produktionslinie für Testzwecke nutzen können. iCotton wird mit der RTU an der Erforschung neuer Materialien und deren Anwendungen arbeiten, wo die erste Arbeit im Rahmen einer wissenschaftlichen Institution organisiert und anschließend in der Praxis bei SIA „iCotton“ getestet wird. In diesem Zusammenhang plant das Unternehmen, im Rahmen des Projekts eine neue Produktionsfläche zu schaffen, um die wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit des Unternehmens durch die Einführung neuer Produkte in der Produktion zu erweitern und das Volumen der bestehenden hergestellten Produkte zu erhöhen. Damit das Unternehmen das Projekt in diesem Umfang durchführen kann (zum Bau eines neuen Produktionsgebäudes und zum Erwerb neuer Produktionslinien parallel), müssen folgende Tätigkeiten durchgeführt werden:- Gestaltung eines der beiden Produktionsgebäude gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen;- Ausführung der Bauarbeiten nach den Gewinnern des Vergabeverfahrens;- Überwachung durch die Autorin. Überwachung der technischen Projekte beider Gebäude durch den Autor, damit der Bau in Übereinstimmung mit technischen Projekten durchgeführt wird;-Bauaufsicht. Während der Bauarbeiten wird die obligatorische Bauaufsicht so durchgeführt, dass die Gebäude nach dem technischen Entwurf gebaut werden und im Einklang mit allen in Lettland festgelegten Gesetzen und Vorschriften das Projekt zum Bau eines neuen Produktionsgebäudes, zum Einbau neuer Produktionsanlagen und zur Einführung einer neuen Produktgruppe in die Produktion führen wird. Die förderfähigen Gesamtkosten des Projekts sollen sich auf 2 539 184,46 EUR belaufen, während sich die EFRE-Kofinanzierung auf 45 % belaufen und 142 633,01 EUR erreichen wird. SIA iCotton is een bedrijf opgericht op 24 november 2011. De belangrijkste activiteiten van de onderneming volgens de NACE Rev. 2-classificatie zijn de vervaardiging van parfums en cosmetica (NACE 20.42), de bereiding en het spinnen van textielvezels (NACE 13.10), de vervaardiging van textielproducten n.e.g. (NACE 13.99), de groothandel in textielproducten (NACE 46.41) en de groothandel in tussenproducten (NACE 46.76).De selectie van de relevante gebieden van wetenschap en onderzoek voor Letland is gebaseerd op de ontwikkeling van het plaatselijke personeel (geschikt onderwijs, vaardigheden, werkcultuur, specialisatie en opleiding) en de ontwikkeling van lokale kennis (een voldoende ontwikkelde reeks kennis en wetenschappelijke disciplines (van fundamentele wetenschappen, voortgezet met toegepaste wetenschappen tot het bedrijfsleven P&A). Op basis van deze voorwaarden zijn de belangrijkste sectoren van de Letse economie in de specialisatie van slimme materialen, slimme technologieën en technische systemen, waaronder materiaaltechniek, geselecteerd.iCotton werkt samen met Letse wetenschappers (ontwikkeling van lokale kennis), de gehbiliteerde arts van het Departement Ontwerp en Materiaaltechnologie Silvija Kukle heeft verschillende studies gepubliceerd over het gebruik van niet-geweven materialen voor isolatiematerialen in het bouwproces, evenals veranderingen in de eigenschappen van textielmaterialen die door coatings worden gecreëerd. Geen enkel bedrijf met een hoge productiviteit moderne non-woven materiaal productieapparatuur met operator en setter team (ontwikkeling van lokale arbeidskrachten) bestaat in een van de nabije landen, daarom SIA „iCotton” werkt samen met wetenschappers voor onderzoeksdoeleinden door aan te bieden om de productielijn te gebruiken voor het testen. iCotton zal samenwerken met RTU aan onderzoek naar nieuwe materialen en hun toepassingen, waar het eerste werk zal worden georganiseerd in het kader van een wetenschappelijke instelling, en vervolgens getest in de praktijk bij SIA „iCotton” fabriek. In dit verband is het bedrijf van plan om in het kader van het project een nieuwe productieruimte te creëren om de economische activiteit van de onderneming uit te breiden door nieuwe producten in de productie te introduceren, en om het volume van bestaande vervaardigde producten te vergroten. Om het project in zoverre uit te voeren (om een nieuw productiegebouw te bouwen en tegelijkertijd nieuwe productielijnen aan te schaffen), zullen de volgende activiteiten moeten worden uitgevoerd:-ontwerp van een van de twee productiegebouwen in overeenstemming met regelgeving;- uitvoering van bouwwerken volgens de winnaars van de aanbestedingsprocedure;-autor supervisie. Het toezicht van de auteur op technische projecten voor beide gebouwen, zodat de bouw wordt uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met technische projecten;-bouwtoezicht. Tijdens de bouwwerkzaamheden wordt verplicht toezicht op de bouw uitgevoerd, zodat de gebouwen worden gebouwd volgens het technische ontwerp en, in overeenstemming met alle wet- en regelgeving die in Letland is vastgesteld, het project zal leiden tot de bouw van een nieuw productiegebouw, de installatie van nieuwe productieapparatuur en de invoering van een nieuwe productgroep in productie. De totale subsidiabele kosten van het project zullen naar verwachting 2 539 184,46 EUR bedragen, terwijl de medefinanciering uit het EFRO 45 % zal bedragen en zal oplopen tot 11 263 331 EUR. Le principali attività dell'impresa secondo la classificazione NACE Rev. 2 sono la fabbricazione di profumi e cosmetici (NACE 20.42), la preparazione e la filatura di fibre tessili (NACE 13.10), la fabbricazione di prodotti tessili n.c.a. (NACE 13.99), la vendita all'ingrosso di prodotti tessili (NACE 46.41) e la vendita all'ingrosso di prodotti intermedi (NACE 46.76). La selezione dei settori scientifici e di ricerca pertinenti per la Lettonia si basa sullo sviluppo della forza lavoro locale (istruzione adeguata, competenze, cultura del lavoro, specializzazione e formazione) e lo sviluppo di conoscenze locali (un insieme sufficientemente sviluppato di conoscenze e discipline scientifiche (dalle scienze fondamentali, continuando con le scienze applicate alle imprese P&A). Sulla base di questi prerequisiti, sono stati selezionati i settori più importanti dell'economia lettone nella specializzazione di materiali intelligenti, tecnologie intelligenti e sistemi ingegneristici, tra cui l'ingegneria dei materiali. ICotton collabora con scienziati lettoni (sviluppare conoscenze locali), il medico abilitato del Dipartimento di Design e Tecnologia dei materiali Silvija Kukle ha pubblicato diversi studi sull'uso di materiali non tessuti per l'isolamento dei materiali nel processo di costruzione, nonché sui cambiamenti nelle proprietà dei materiali tessili creati dai rivestimenti.
