Projekta mērķis ir uzbūvēt industriālu ražošanas ēku, kas ļautu palielināt uzņēmuma SIA “Tecnopali North Europe” (TPNE) ražošanas kapacitāti, paplašinot ražošanas telpas un piesaistot jaunas darba vietas. “ Projekta rezultātā uzbūvētajā ēkā saimniecisko darbību apstrādes rūpniecības nozarē (NACE 2. kods 25.11 - Metāla konstrukciju un to sastāvdaļu ražošana) veiks pats projekta iesniedzējs TPNE . Plānotās darbīgas pilnībā atbilst Latvijas noteiktajām RIS3 specializācijas jomām proti viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas, kas radīs jaunas iespējas uzņēmumu attīstībai gan dažādojot esošo produktu klāstu, gan radot jaunus produktus, gan attīstot jaunus tirgus.Projekta īstenošanu plānots uzsākt 2016. gadā un pabeigt 2019. gadā. Jaunā ražošanas ēka atradīsies Rudzītēs, Daugmalē, Ķekavas novadā, kas atbilst MK noteikumu 11.punktā minētajam, ēkas platība paredzēta 4885,17 m2 t.i., projekts netiek īstenots Rīgas pilsētā. Celtniecība paredzēta no 2016. līdz 2018. gadam. Ražošanas uzsākšana 2018. gadā, nododot projektu 2019. gada augustā, kad radītas vismaz 7 darba vietas bet 2021 jau kopā būs radītas 21 jauna darba vieta. Ēkas izbūvei plānots piesaistīt bankas finansējumu, pārējo attīstību plānots finansēt izmantojot pašu līdzekļus. Kopējā projekta aplēse ir 1.85 milj. EUR. No kuriem 45% plānots izmantot Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda atbalstu 1.02 milj. EUR apjomā. Lai nodrošinātu ražošanu daļa no iekārtām tiks pārnesta no esošā ceha. Tāpat tiks iegādāti tilta krāni un citas iekārtas vidēji par 100 tūkst. EUR gadā, kas nepieciešamas ražošanai. Šīs investīcijas tiks veiktas par savu naudu.Visas radītās darba vietas būs saistītas ar esošās ražošanas paplašināšanu un jaunu augstas pievienotās vērtības produktu ieviešanu, kas dos iespēju uzlabot satiksmes drošību un pārvaldību. Saņemtais atbalsts netiks izmantots, lai beigtu to pašu vai līdzīgu darbību Eiropas Ekonomikas zonā divu gadu laikā pirms reģionālā ieguldījumu atbalsta pieteikuma vai kam atbalsta pieteikuma laikā. L’objectif du projet est de construire un bâtiment industriel qui permettrait d’augmenter la capacité de production de la société SIA «Tecnopali North Europe» (TPNE) en élargissant les locaux de production et en attirant de nouveaux emplois. «Dans le bâtiment construit à la suite du projet, l’activité économique dans le secteur manufacturier (code NACE 2.25.11 — Production de structures et de composants métalliques) sera réalisée par le demandeur du projet TPNE. Les activités prévues sont pleinement conformes aux domaines de spécialisation RIS3 définis par la Lettonie, à savoir les matériaux intelligents, les technologies et les systèmes d’ingénierie, qui créeront de nouvelles possibilités de développement des entreprises, à la fois en diversifiant la gamme de produits existants, en créant de nouveaux produits et en développant de nouveaux marchés. La mise en œuvre du projet devrait débuter en 2016 et s’achever en 2019. Le nouveau bâtiment de production sera situé à Rudzīti, Daugmalais, dans le comté de Kekava, ce qui correspond au paragraphe 11 du règlement du Cabinet, la superficie du bâtiment étant de 4 885,17 m², c’est-à-dire que le projet n’est pas mis en œuvre dans la ville de Riga. Ziel des Projekts ist es, ein Industriegebäude zu bauen, das die Produktionskapazität des Unternehmens SIA „Tecnopali North Europe“ (TPNE) durch den Ausbau der Produktionsstätten und die Anziehung neuer Arbeitsplätze erhöhen würde. „In dem als Ergebnis des Projekts errichteten Gebäude wird die Wirtschaftstätigkeit im verarbeitenden Gewerbe (NACE-Code 2.25.11 – Herstellung von Metallkonstruktionen und -komponenten) vom Projektantragsteller TPNE durchgeführt. Die geplanten Aktivitäten entsprechen voll und ganz den von Lettland definierten RIS3-Spezialisierungsgebieten, nämlich intelligente Werkstoffe, Technologien und Engineering-Systeme, die neue Möglichkeiten für die Entwicklung von Unternehmen schaffen, sowohl durch die Diversifizierung der bestehenden Produkte, die Schaffung neuer Produkte und die Entwicklung neuer Märkte. Die Projektdurchführung soll 2016 beginnen und 2019 abgeschlossen werden. Das neue Produktionsgebäude befindet sich in Rudzīti, Daugmalais, Kreis Kekava, was Ziffer 11 der Kabinettsverordnung entspricht, die Fläche des Gebäudes beträgt 4 885,17 m², d. h. das Projekt wird in der Stadt Riga nicht umgesetzt. Der Bau ist für den Zeitraum 2016-2018 geplant. Der Produktionsstart im Jahr 2018 mit dem Projekt wurde im August 2019 übergeben, als bis 2021 mindestens 7 Arbeitsplätze und insgesamt 21 neue Arbeitsplätze geschaffen wurden. Doel van het project is een industriële industriële bouw te bouwen die de productiecapaciteit van de onderneming SIA „Tecnopali Noord-Europa” (TPNE) kan vergroten door de productielocaties uit te breiden en nieuwe banen aan te trekken. „In het gebouw dat naar aanleiding van het project is gebouwd, zal de economische activiteit in de industriesector (NACE-code 2.25.11 — Productie van metalen constructies en onderdelen) worden uitgevoerd door de projectaanvrager TPNE. De geplande activiteiten zijn volledig in overeenstemming met de door Letland afgebakende RIS3-specialisatiegebieden, namelijk slimme materialen, technologieën en technische systemen, die nieuwe kansen zullen creëren voor de ontwikkeling van bedrijven, zowel door het diversifiëren van het gamma van bestaande producten, het creëren van nieuwe producten en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe markten. De projectuitvoering zal naar verwachting in 2016 van start gaan en in 2019 worden voltooid. Het nieuwe productiegebouw zal worden gevestigd in Rudzīti, Daugmalais, provincie Kekava, wat overeenkomt met paragraaf 11 van de kabinetsverordening, de oppervlakte van het gebouw bedraagt 4 885,17 m², d.w.z. het project wordt niet uitgevoerd in de stad Riga. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di costruire un edificio industriale industriale che consenta di aumentare la capacità produttiva della società SIA "Tecnopali Nord Europe" (TPNE) ampliando i locali produttivi e attirando nuovi posti di lavoro. "Nell'edificio costruito a seguito del progetto, l'attività economica nel settore manifatturiero (codice NACE 2.25.11 — Produzione di strutture e componenti metallici) sarà svolta dal richiedente il progetto TPNE. Le attività previste sono pienamente conformi alle aree di specializzazione RIS3 definite dalla Lettonia, vale a dire materiali intelligenti, tecnologie e sistemi ingegneristici, che creeranno nuove opportunità per lo sviluppo delle imprese diversificando la gamma di prodotti esistenti, creando nuovi prodotti e sviluppando nuovi mercati. L'attuazione del progetto è prevista per il 2016 e sarà completata nel 2019. Il nuovo edificio di produzione sarà situato a Rudzīti, Daugmalais, contea di Kekava, che corrisponde al paragrafo 11 del regolamento sul gabinetto, la superficie dell'edificio è di 4 885,17 m², ossia il progetto non è attuato nella città di Riga. La costruzione è prevista per il 2016-2018.
