Saplākšņa pārstrādes rūpnīcā Hapaks ventilācijas sistēmas modernizācija tika uzsākta 2015. gadā, īstenojot ventilācijas sistēmas modernizācijas I kārtu, kā ietvaros tika nomainīta viena mehāniskā ventilācijas iekārta, uzstādot ventilācijas iekārtu ar rekuperāciju PN2. Šī projekta ietvaros plānots pabeigt ventilācijas sistēmas modernizāciju, nomainot esošās ventilācijas iekārtas P1 un P2 pret jaunu ventilācijas iekārtu PN1 (apzīmējumi P - pieplūdes ventilācija, PN - pieplūdes, nosūces ventilācija). Projekta rezultātā ikgadējā enerģijas ekonomija būs 214,4 MWh. Plānotās projekta izmakas 151 500 EUR no tām projekta attiecināmās izmaksas 134 500 EUR. Projekts tiks realizēts no 2018. gada Decembra līdz 2019. gada Decembrim. (Latvian)

The modernisation of the ventilation system at Hapaks was started in 2015, with the implementation of stage I modernisation of the ventilation system, as part of which one mechanical ventilation device was replaced by the installation of the ventilation equipment with recuperation PN2. Within the framework of this project it is planned to complete the modernisation of the ventilation system by replacing the existing ventilation equipment P1 and P2 to the new ventilation equipment PN1 (designations P – supply ventilation, PN – inlet, exhaust ventilation). The project will result in an annual energy saving of 214.4 MWh. The planned cost of the project is EUR 151500 of which the eligible costs of the project are EUR 134500. The project will be implemented from December 2018 to December 2019. (English)

La modernisation du système de ventilation de l’usine de traitement du contreplaqué de Hapaks a débuté en 2015 avec la mise en œuvre de la première phase de modernisation du système de ventilation, dans laquelle une unité de ventilation mécanique a été remplacée par l’installation d’une unité de ventilation avec récupération PN2. Dans le cadre de ce projet, il est prévu d’achever la modernisation du système de ventilation en remplaçant les unités de ventilation existantes P1 et P2 par une nouvelle unité de ventilation PN1 (désignations P — ventilation d’approvisionnement, PN — alimentation, ventilation par échappement). Grâce au projet, les économies d’énergie annuelles seront de 214,4 MWh. Le projet prévu modifie 151 500 EUR des coûts éligibles du projet 134 500 EUR. Le projet sera mis en œuvre de décembre 2018 à décembre 2019. (French)

Die Modernisierung der Lüftungsanlage in Hapaks Sperrholzverarbeitungsanlage begann 2015 mit der Umsetzung der ersten Modernisierungsrunde der Lüftungsanlage, in der eine mechanische Lüftungsanlage durch den Einbau einer Lüftungsanlage mit Rekuperation PN2 ersetzt wurde. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts soll die Modernisierung des Lüftungssystems durch den Austausch der vorhandenen Lüftungsanlagen P1 und P2 durch eine neue Lüftungsanlage PN1 (Bezeichnungen P – Versorgungslüftung, PN-Versorgung, Abgaslüftung) abgeschlossen werden. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden die jährlichen Energieeinsparungen 214,4 MWh betragen. Das geplante Projekt ändert 151 500 EUR an den förderfähigen Kosten des Projekts 134 500 EUR. Das Projekt wird von Dezember 2018 bis Dezember 2019 durchgeführt. (German)

De modernisering van het ventilatiesysteem in de multiplexverwerkingsinstallatie van Hapaks begon in 2015 met de uitvoering van de eerste moderniseringsronde van het ventilatiesysteem, waarin één mechanische ventilatie-eenheid werd vervangen door de installatie van een ventilatie-eenheid met recuperatie PN2. In het kader van dit project is het de bedoeling de modernisering van het ventilatiesysteem te voltooien door de bestaande ventilatie-eenheden P1 en P2 te vervangen door een nieuwe ventilatie-eenheid PN1 (aanduidingen P — toevoerventilatie, PN — levering, uitlaatventilatie). Als gevolg van het project zal de jaarlijkse energiebesparing 214,4 MWh bedragen. Het geplande project wijzigt 151 500 EUR van de subsidiabele kosten van het project 134 500 EUR. L'ammodernamento del sistema di ventilazione presso l'impianto di lavorazione del compensato Hapaks è iniziato nel 2015 con l'implementazione del primo ciclo di ammodernamento del sistema di ventilazione, in cui un'unità di ventilazione meccanica è stata sostituita dall'installazione di un'unità di ventilazione con recupero PN2. Nell'ambito di questo progetto si prevede di completare l'ammodernamento del sistema di ventilazione sostituendo le unità di ventilazione esistenti P1 e P2 con una nuova unità di ventilazione PN1 (designazioni P — ventilazione di alimentazione, PN — alimentazione, ventilazione di scarico). Come risultato del progetto, il risparmio energetico annuo sarà di 214,4 MWh. Il progetto previsto modifica 151 500 EUR dei costi ammissibili del progetto 134 500 EUR. Il progetto sarà attuato da dicembre 2018 a dicembre 2019. (Italian)

La modernización del sistema de ventilación en la planta de procesamiento de madera contrachapada de Hapaks comenzó en 2015 con la puesta en marcha de la primera fase de modernización del sistema de ventilación, en la que se reemplazó una unidad de ventilación mecánica mediante la instalación de una unidad de ventilación con recuperación PN2. En el marco de este proyecto está previsto completar la modernización del sistema de ventilación sustituyendo las unidades de ventilación P1 y P2 existentes por una nueva unidad de ventilación PN1 (designaciones P — ventilación de suministro, PN — suministro, ventilación por escape). Como resultado del proyecto, el ahorro anual de energía será de 214,4 MWh. El proyecto previsto cambia 151 500 EUR de los costes subvencionables del proyecto 134 500 EUR. El proyecto se ejecutará de diciembre de 2018 a diciembre de 2019. (Spanish)
