Projekta mērķis ir veicināt SIA “Lyngson” produktivitātes un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu, ieviešot ražošanā jaunu produktu – siltumizstarojošos griestu siltuma paneļus un eksperimentālas tehnoloģijas, kā arī palielinot SIA “Lyngson” ieguldījumus pētniecībā, attīstībā un inovācijās atbilstoši Viedās specializācijas stratēģijai, radot vienu jaunu pētniecības un attīstības darba vietu un veicot jaunā produkta un tehnoloģijas eksperimentālos pētījumus.Projekta īstenošanas ietvaros tiks izgatavota unikāla lāzermetināšanas iekārta, kas paredzēta alumīnija lokšņu un kapara cauruļu savienošanai, lai būtu iespējams saražot efektīvākus siltumizstarojošos radiatorus. Tomēr šajā periodā vai īsi pēc tam plānota arī jauna tirgus segmenta apgūšana un arī jaunu produktu artikulu ražošana, kas piemērota arī mājsaimniecībām un nelieliem biznesiem (kafejnīcām, SPA centriem, ofisiem utt.). Šī ir būtiskākā plānotā produktu attīstība, kas ļaus uzņēmumam apgūt plašākus tirgus segmentus plašākā ģeogrāfiskajā teritorijā, kur energoefektivitāte un moderni tehnoloģiskie risinājumi ir prioritāri pār tradīcijās balstītu klienta izvēli. Īstenojot projektu un iegādājoties jaunās iekārtas, Lyngson spēs nodrošināt jaunos tehnoloģiskos procesus, kas ļaus ieviest ražošanā jaunus produktus un palielināt uzņēmuma apgrozījumu, rentabilitāti un eksporta apjomus.Lyngson ar savu uzņēmējdarbības attīstību minētajā projekta īstenošanas nozarē palīdz sasniegt RIS3 izvirzīto virsmērķi - valsts tautsaimniecības transformāciju, ar mērķi palielināt ekonomikas zināšanu ietilpību, investējot pētniecībā, inovācijās un to sekmēšanas pasākumosProjekta kopējās investīcijas plānotas 2 991 610.94 EUR apmērā. No tām 1 216 610.94 EUR ir attiecināmās izmaksas, kas attiecas uz iekārtu iegādi, kā arī 1 775 000 EUR neattiecināmas izmaksas, kas attiecas uz ražošanas ēkas būvniecību, t.sk. The aim of the project is to promote increased productivity and competitiveness of SIA “Lyngson” by introducing a new product – heat-emitting ceiling heat panels and experimental technologies, as well as increasing SIA “Lyngson” investments in research, development and innovations in accordance with Smart Specialisation Strategy, creating one new research and development workplace and performing experimental research of the new product and technology.A unique laser welding machine, designed for aluminium sheet and kaparazzi production to be possible to connect radio tubes, will be produced within the framework of the project. However, in this period or shortly thereafter, the development of a new market segment and the production of new products are planned, which is also suitable for households and small businesses (cafes, SPA centres, offices, etc.). This is the most important planned product development that will allow the company to acquire wider market segments in a wider geographical area where energy efficiency and advanced technological solutions are priority over traditional customer choice. By implementing the project and purchasing new equipment, Lyngson will be able to ensure the new technological processes that will allow to introduce new products and increase the company’s turnover, profitability and export volumes.Lyngson, through its business development in the project implementation sector, helps to achieve the main goal of RIS3 – the transformation of the national economy, with the aim of increasing the knowledge capacity of the economy by investing in research, innovation and promotion activitiesThe total investment of the project is planned to amount EUR 2991610.94. Of these, EUR 1216610.94 is the eligible costs for the purchase of equipment, as well as EUR 1775000 ineligible costs relating to the construction of the production building, incl. L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir la productivité et la compétitivité de SIA «Lyngson» en introduisant de nouveaux produits — panneaux chauffants de plafond et technologies expérimentales, ainsi qu’en augmentant l’investissement de SIA Lyngson dans la recherche, le développement et l’innovation conformément à la stratégie de spécialisation intelligente, en créant un nouveau lieu de travail de R & D et en effectuant des recherches expérimentales sur le nouveau produit et la technologie. Cependant, pendant cette période ou peu de temps après, il est également prévu d’acquérir un nouveau segment de marché et de produire de nouveaux produits, qui sont également adaptés aux ménages et aux petites entreprises (cafés, spas, bureaux, etc.). Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Produktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von SIA „Lyngson“ zu fördern, indem neue Produkte eingeführt werden – Wärme-Emitting Deckenwärmeplatten und experimentelle Technologien, sowie durch die Erhöhung der Investitionen von SIA Lyngson in Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation gemäß der Smart Specialization Strategy, Schaffung eines neuen F & E-Arbeitsplatzes und Durchführung experimenteller Forschung an dem neuen Produkt und Technologie. In der Umsetzung des Projekts wird eine einzigartige Laserschweißanlage für den Anschluss von Aluminiumblechen und Kupferrohren produziert, um die Produktion von effizienteren Wärmestrahlern zu ermöglichen. In diesem Zeitraum oder kurz danach ist es jedoch auch geplant, ein neues Marktsegment zu erwerben und auch neue Produkte herzustellen, die auch für Haushalte und kleine Unternehmen (Cafés, Spa-Zentren, Büros usw.) geeignet sind. Dies ist die wichtigste geplante Produktentwicklung, die es dem Unternehmen ermöglicht, breitere Marktsegmente im weiteren geografischen Bereich zu erwerben, wo Energieeffizienz und moderne technologische Lösungen Vorrang vor der traditionellen Kundenwahl haben. Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts und den Erwerb neuer Ausrüstung wird Lyngson in der Lage sein, neue technologische Verfahren bereitzustellen, die es ermöglichen, neue Produkte in die Produktion einzuführen und den Umsatz, die Rentabilität und das Exportvolumen des Unternehmens zu steigern.Lyngson durch seine Geschäftsentwicklung im Bereich der Umsetzung des Projekts trägt zur Erreichung des Endziels von RIS3 – der Transformation der Volkswirtschaft, mit dem Ziel, die Wissenskapazität der Wirtschaft durch Investitionen in Forschung, Innovation und Förderung zu erhöhen.Die Gesamtinvestition des Projekts ist in Höhe von 2 991 610,94 EUR geplant. Het doel van het project is het bevorderen van de productiviteit en het concurrentievermogen van SIA „Lyngson” door de introductie van nieuwe producten — warmte-uitstralende plafond warmtepanelen en experimentele technologieën, evenals door het verhogen van de investeringen van SIA Lyngson in onderzoek, ontwikkeling en innovatie in overeenstemming met de Smart Specialization Strategy, het creëren van een nieuwe O & O werkplek en het uitvoeren van experimenteel onderzoek van het nieuwe product en de nieuwe technologie. Binnen de uitvoering van het project zal een unieke laserlasapparatuur voor het aansluiten van aluminium platen en koperen buizen worden geproduceerd om de productie van efficiëntere warmte-uitgevende radiatoren mogelijk te maken. In deze periode of kort daarna is het echter ook de bedoeling om een nieuw marktsegment aan te schaffen en ook nieuwe producten te produceren, die ook geschikt zijn voor huishoudens en kleine bedrijven (cafés, spacentra, kantoren, enz.). Dit is de belangrijkste geplande productontwikkeling, die het bedrijf in staat zal stellen bredere marktsegmenten te verwerven in het bredere geografische gebied, waar energie-efficiëntie en moderne technologische oplossingen voorrang hebben op traditionele klantenkeuzes. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di promuovere la produttività e la competitività di SIA "Lyngson" introducendo nuovi prodotti — pannelli termici a soffitto a emissione di calore e tecnologie sperimentali, nonché aumentando gli investimenti di SIA Lyngson in ricerca, sviluppo e innovazione in conformità con la strategia di specializzazione intelligente, creando un nuovo posto di lavoro di ricerca e sviluppo e realizzando ricerche sperimentali sul nuovo prodotto e tecnologia. Tuttavia, durante questo periodo o poco dopo, si prevede anche di acquisire un nuovo segmento di mercato e di produrre anche nuovi prodotti, adatti anche alle famiglie e alle piccole imprese (caffè, centri termali, uffici, ecc.). Si tratta del più importante sviluppo del prodotto pianificato, che consentirà all'azienda di acquisire segmenti di mercato più ampi nell'area geografica più ampia, dove l'efficienza energetica e le moderne soluzioni tecnologiche sono prioritarie rispetto alla scelta del cliente basata sulla tradizione. El objetivo del proyecto es promover la productividad y competitividad de SIA «Lyngson» introduciendo nuevos productos — paneles térmicos de techo emisores de calor y tecnologías experimentales, así como aumentando la inversión de SIA Lyngson en investigación, desarrollo e innovación de acuerdo con la Estrategia de Especialización Inteligente, creando un nuevo lugar de trabajo de I+D y llevando a cabo investigaciones experimentales del nuevo producto y tecnología.
