Compania Expert Recycling intentioneaza sa efectueze investitia propusa prin proiect in domeniul tocarii si spalarii deseurilor din ambalaje de plastic, avand ca scop final reciclarea lor. Compania a fost infiintata in 2007, fiind o companie matura, cu o experienta bogata in domeniul coordonarii si al reciclarii deseurilor. In 2016, Expert Recycling a colectat si procesat 5000 tone de deseuri de plastic. Fluxul operational al firmei impune ca acest plastic sa fie sortat si vandut mai departe clientilor firmei care il prelucreaza ca materie prima secundara pentru alte industrii. In 2017, compania preconizeaza o crestere de 20% a volumelor de deseuri de plastic tranzactionate, la o valoare de peste 6000 tone. In domeniul prelucrarii deseurilor de plastic piata este subdimensionata, cererea fiind mult mai mare decat oferta. Avand in vedere, de asemenea, cantitatea de deseuri de plastic colectata/sortata lunar si capacitatile de prelucrare a acestui deseu, se poate creste substantial marja de profit prin prelucrarea interna a deseurilor colectate de companie si vanzarea lor ca fulgi spalati de deseu de plastic, procesul de tocare si spalare crescandu-le pretul si, implicit, marja de profit a companiei. In piata este o competitie acerba intre clientii companiei (companiile care au echipamentele necesare pentru prelucrarea deseului de plastic), deoarece materia prima de calitate pentru ei (fulgii spalati de deseu de plastic) se gaseste rar. In urma realizarii investitiei, Expert Recycling SRL va trece toata cantitatea de deseuri de plastic pe care o tranzactioneaza prin linia de tocare si spalare, crescand marja de profit obtinuta prin vanzarea acestui deseu. Scopul proiectului este achizitionarea unei linii de tocare si spalare deseuri de plastic si adaptarea mijloacelor curente ale companiei cu scopul utilizarii cat mai eficienta a utilajelor. Expert Recycling intends to make the investment proposed through the project in the field of chopping and washing of plastic packaging waste, with the ultimate aim of recycling it. The company was founded in 2007, being a mature company with a rich experience in the field of waste coordination and recycling. In 2016, Expert Recycling collected and processed 5000 tons of plastic waste. The operational flow of the company requires that this plastic be sorted and sold on to the clients of the company that processes it as secondary raw material for other industries. In 2017, the company expects a 20 % increase in volumes of plastic waste traded, at a value of over 6000 tons. In the field of plastic waste processing the market is undersised, the demand being much higher than the supply. Considering also the amount of plastic waste collected/sorted monthly and the processing capacities of this waste, the profit margin can be substantially increased by internal processing of the waste collected by the company and selling it as flakes washed by plastic waste, the chopping and washing process increasing their price and, implicitly, the company’s profit margin. In the market there is a fierce competition between the company’s clients (the companies that have the necessary equipment to process plastic waste), because the quality raw material for them (washed plastic strips) is rarely found. Following the investment, Expert Recycling SRL will pass all the plastic waste it trades through the chopping and washing line, increasing the profit margin obtained by selling this waste. The aim of the project is to purchase a plastic waste chopping and washing line and to adapt the company’s current means in order to use the machinery as efficiently as possible. (English)

Expert Recycling beabsichtigt, die im Rahmen des Projekts vorgeschlagene Investition im Bereich des Zerkleinerns und Waschens von Verpackungsabfällen aus Kunststoff zu tätigen, mit dem letztendlichen Ziel, sie zu recyceln. Das Unternehmen wurde 2007 gegründet und ist ein ausgereiftes Unternehmen mit einer reichen Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Abfallkoordination und -recycling. 2016 sammelte und verarbeitete Expert Recycling 5000 Tonnen Plastikmüll. Der operative Fluss des Unternehmens erfordert, dass dieser Kunststoff sortiert und an die Kunden des Unternehmens verkauft wird, das ihn als Sekundärrohstoff für andere Branchen verarbeitet. Im Jahr 2017 erwartet das Unternehmen eine 20 %ige Zunahme der gehandelten Kunststoffabfälle im Wert von über 6000 Tonnen. Auf dem Markt herrscht ein heftiger Wettbewerb zwischen den Kunden des Unternehmens (Unternehmen, die über die notwendige Ausrüstung für die Verarbeitung von Kunststoffabfällen verfügen), weil der hochwertige Rohstoff für sie (gewaschene Kunststoffstreifen) selten gefunden wird. Nach der Investition wird Expert Recycling SRL alle Kunststoffabfälle, die es durch die Schneid- und Waschanlage handelt, weitergeben, wodurch die Gewinnspanne erhöht wird, die durch den Verkauf dieser Abfälle erzielt wird. Expert Recycling is voornemens de via het project voorgestelde investering op het gebied van het hakken en wassen van kunststof verpakkingsafval te doen, met als uiteindelijke doel het te recyclen. Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 2007, een volwassen onderneming met een rijke ervaring op het gebied van afvalcoördinatie en recycling. In 2016 heeft Expert Recycling 5000 ton plastic afval ingezameld en verwerkt. De operationele stroom van het bedrijf vereist dat deze kunststof wordt gesorteerd en verkocht aan de klanten van het bedrijf dat het verwerkt als secundaire grondstof voor andere industrieën. In 2017 verwacht het bedrijf een toename van 20 % van de verhandelde hoeveelheden kunststofafval, met een waarde van meer dan 6000 ton. Op het gebied van de verwerking van kunststofafval is de markt ondermaats, aangezien de vraag veel groter is dan het aanbod. Gezien ook de hoeveelheid maandelijks ingezameld/gesorteerde kunststofafval en de verwerkingscapaciteit van dit afval, kan de winstmarge aanzienlijk worden verhoogd door de interne verwerking van het door het bedrijf ingezamelde afval en de verkoop ervan als vlokken die worden gewassen door kunststofafval, het hakken en wassen van het snij- en wasproces dat hun prijs verhoogt en, impliciet, de winstmarge van de onderneming. Expert Recycling intende realizzare l'investimento proposto attraverso il progetto nel campo della triturazione e del lavaggio dei rifiuti di imballaggio in plastica, con l'obiettivo finale di riciclarli. L'azienda è stata fondata nel 2007, essendo un'azienda matura con una ricca esperienza nel campo del coordinamento e del riciclaggio dei rifiuti. Nel 2016, Expert Recycling ha raccolto e trattato 5000 tonnellate di rifiuti di plastica. Il flusso operativo dell'azienda richiede che questa plastica sia ordinata e venduta ai clienti dell'azienda che la elabora come materia prima secondaria per altre industrie. Nel 2 017 l'azienda prevede un aumento del 20 % dei volumi di rifiuti di plastica commercializzati, per un valore di oltre 6000 tonnellate. Nel settore della lavorazione dei rifiuti di plastica il mercato è sottodimensionato, poiché la domanda è molto superiore all'offerta. Tenuto conto anche della quantità di rifiuti di plastica raccolti/ssortiti mensilmente e delle capacità di trattamento di tali rifiuti, il margine di profitto può essere notevolmente aumentato dal trattamento interno dei rifiuti raccolti dall'azienda e dalla loro vendita come fiocchi lavati dai rifiuti di plastica, il processo di taglio e lavaggio aumenta il loro prezzo e, implicitamente, il margine di profitto dell'azienda. Sul mercato c'è una forte concorrenza tra i clienti dell'azienda (le aziende che dispongono delle attrezzature necessarie per trattare i rifiuti di plastica), perché la materia prima di qualità per loro (strisce di plastica lavate) è raramente trovata. A seguito dell'investimento, Expert Recycling SRL passerà tutti i rifiuti di plastica che commercia attraverso la linea di taglio e lavaggio, aumentando il margine di profitto ottenuto vendendo questi rifiuti. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di acquistare una linea di taglio e lavaggio dei rifiuti di plastica e di adattare i mezzi attuali dell'azienda per utilizzare i macchinari nel modo più efficiente possibile.
