Firma Strojárne SK, s.r.o. je kovo - obrábajúcou firmou situovanou na severovýchode SR v okrese Bardejov. Jej hlavným zameraním je spracovávanie plechov a profilov cez CNC delenie a rezanie, CNC ohýbanie, stehovanie, robotické zváranie a CNC obrábanie a striekanie. Aktuálne sa výrobný proces obrábania rieši na starej technológii zakúpenej v roku 1991, ktorá už nespĺňa kvalitatívne a produktívne zameranie. Táto technológia nás znevýhodňuje na trhu, nakoľko nedokážeme efektívne obrábať zvarence pre potreby zákazníkov.Cieľom projektu je obstaranie novej inovačnej technológie: vodorovný frézovaco – vyvŕtavací stroj, ktorý zabezpečí proces vŕtania a frézovania až o min. 30% rýchlejšie a zároveň umožní opracovávať rozmerovo väčšie dielce, čím sa automatický rozšíri aj kapacita a portfólio výrobkov. Nový stroj zabezpečí aj úsporu elektrickej energie, zníži opotrebovanosť trecích plôch stroja a zabezpečí tiež vysoko produktívne chladenie obrábacieho stroja.Miestom realizácie bude objekt (hala) bývalých Strojárni, ktorý sa nachádza v zastavanom území obce Kružlov v Bardejovskom okrese.Realizáciou projektu si naša spoločnosť zabezpečí lepšiu konkurencieschopnosť na trhu a zároveň prispeje k podpore zamestnanosti. Zároveň realizovaním projektu sa naplnia stanovené merateľné ukazovatele. (Slovak)

Strojárne SK, s.r.o. is a metal-working company situated in the north-east of the Slovak Republic in the Bardejov district. Its main focus is the processing of sheets and profiles through CNC cutting and cutting, CNC bending, stitching, robot welding and CNC machining and spraying. Currently, the production process of machining is solved on the old technology purchased in 1991, which no longer meets the qualitative and productive focus. This technology puts us at a disadvantage on the market, as we cannot efficiently process welds for customers’ needs. The aim of the project is to procure a new innovative technology: horizontal milling machine – boring machine, which ensures the drilling and milling process up to min. 30 % faster and at the same time allows the processing of larger parts, which automatically extends the capacity and portfolio of products. The new machine will also save electricity, reduce wear and tear of the friction surfaces of the machine and also ensure highly productive cooling of the machine tool. The location of the implementation will be the building (hala) of the former engineering plant, located in the built-up area of the village Kružlov in the Bardejov district. The implementation of the project will ensure better competitiveness on the market and at the same time contribute to the promotion of employment. At the same time, the implementation of the project will fulfil the established measurable indicators. (English)

Strojárne SK, s.r.o. est une entreprise de travail des métaux située dans le nord-est de la République slovaque dans le district de Bardejov. Son objectif principal est le traitement des feuilles et des profilés à travers la découpe et la découpe CNC, le cintrage CNC, la couture, le soudage par robot et l’usinage et la pulvérisation CNC. Actuellement, le processus de production de l’usinage est résolu sur l’ancienne technologie achetée en 1991, qui ne répond plus à l’objectif qualitatif et productif. Cette technologie nous désavantage sur le marché, car nous ne pouvons pas traiter efficacement les soudures pour les besoins des clients. L’objectif du projet est d’acquérir une nouvelle technologie innovante: fraiseuse horizontale — aléseuse, qui assure le processus de perçage et de fraisage jusqu’à 30 % plus rapide et permet en même temps le traitement de pièces plus grandes, ce qui étend automatiquement la capacité et la gamme de produits. La nouvelle machine permettra également d’économiser de l’électricité, de réduire l’usure des surfaces de frottement de la machine et d’assurer un refroidissement très productif de la machine-outil. L’emplacement de la mise en œuvre sera le bâtiment (hala) de l’ancienne usine d’ingénierie, situé dans la zone bâtie du village de Kružlov dans le district de Bardejov. La mise en œuvre du projet assurera une meilleure compétitivité sur le marché tout en contribuant à la promotion de l’emploi. Dans le même temps, la mise en œuvre du projet répondra aux indicateurs mesurables établis. (French)

Strojárne SK, s.r.o. ist ein metallverarbeitendes Unternehmen im Nordosten der Slowakischen Republik im Bezirk Bardejov. Sein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Bearbeitung von Blechen und Profilen durch CNC Schneiden und Schneiden, CNC Biegen, Nähten, Roboterschweißen und CNC-Bearbeitung und Sprühen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine neue innovative Technologie zu beschaffen: horizontale Fräsmaschine – Bohrmaschine, die den Bohr- und Fräsprozess bis zu mindestens 30 % schneller gewährleistet und gleichzeitig die Bearbeitung größerer Teile ermöglicht, wodurch die Kapazität und das Portfolio der Produkte automatisch erweitert werden. Die neue Maschine wird auch Strom sparen, Verschleiß und Abnutzung der Reibflächen der Maschine reduzieren und auch eine hochproduktive Kühlung der Werkzeugmaschine gewährleisten. Standort der Umsetzung ist das Gebäude (Hala) des ehemaligen Ingenieurwerks, das sich im bebauten Gebiet des Dorfes Kružlov im Bezirk Bardejov befindet. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird eine bessere Wettbewerbsfähigkeit auf dem Markt gewährleisten und gleichzeitig zur Förderung der Beschäftigung beitragen. Gleichzeitig wird die Durchführung des Projekts die festgelegten messbaren Indikatoren erfüllen. (German)

Strojárne SK, s.r.o. is een metaalbewerkingsbedrijf in het noordoosten van de Slowaakse Republiek in het district Bardejov. De belangrijkste focus ligt op de verwerking van platen en profielen door CNC snijden en snijden, CNC buigen, stikken, robotlassen en CNC-bewerking en spuiten. De nieuwe machine bespaart ook elektriciteit, vermindert slijtage van de wrijvingsoppervlakken van de machine en zorgt ook voor een zeer productieve koeling van de werktuigmachine. De locatie van de implementatie is het gebouw (hala) van de voormalige technische fabriek, gelegen in het bebouwde gebied van het dorp Kružlov in de wijk Bardejov. De uitvoering van het project zal zorgen voor een beter concurrentievermogen op de markt en tegelijkertijd bijdragen aan de bevordering van de werkgelegenheid. Strojárne SK, s.r.o. è una società di lavorazione dei metalli situata nel nord-est della Repubblica slovacca nel distretto di Bardejov. Il suo obiettivo principale è la lavorazione di fogli e profili attraverso il taglio e il taglio CNC, la piegatura CNC, le cuciture, la saldatura robotizzata e la lavorazione e spruzzatura CNC. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di acquisire una nuova tecnologia innovativa: fresatrice orizzontale — alesatrice, che garantisce il processo di foratura e fresatura fino a min. 30 % più veloce e allo stesso tempo consente la lavorazione di parti più grandi, che estende automaticamente la capacità e il portafoglio di prodotti. La nuova macchina consentirà inoltre di risparmiare energia elettrica, ridurre l'usura delle superfici di attrito della macchina e garantire un raffreddamento altamente produttivo della macchina utensile. La sede della realizzazione sarà l'edificio (hala) dell'ex impianto di ingegneria, situato nell'area edificata del villaggio di Kružlov nel distretto di Bardejov. L'attuazione del progetto garantirà una migliore competitività sul mercato e allo stesso tempo contribuirà alla promozione dell'occupazione.
