Cieľom predkladaného projektu je zlepšenie prístupu obyvateľov MRK v obci Veľké Ripňany k službám obce a to za pomoci dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry.Projekt je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom a za pomoci jeho realizácie sa zvýši a zlepší kvalita a podmienky bývania. V obci žije 55 MRK. MRK v obci Veľké Ripňany žijú v troch separovaných komunitách, pričom tieto komunity spĺňajú definíciu že ide o 3 obydlia v ktorých žije 80% MRK. Spolu v týchto troch komunitách žije 55 obyvateľov MRK. Pre všetkých týchto obyvateľov budeme realizovať projekt a to dobudovanie základnej technickej infraštruktúry, pričom cieľom projektu je vybudovať chodníky od týchto obydlí k službám obce za účelom zlepšenia prístupu obyvateľov MRK k službám a to konkrétne pošte, obecnému úradu. Pri procese verejného obstarávania bude dodržaný sociálny aspekt verejného obstarávania ako i princípy zeleného verejného obstarávania. V rámci realizácie projektu bude naplnený merateľný ukazovateľ P0262 - Počet obyvateľov MRK, ktorým sa zlepšili podmienky bývania prostredníctvom vybudovania/dobudovania pozemných komunikácii v hodnote 55 MRK. Hlavným cieľom projektu je tda zlepšenie kvality bývania obyvateľom MRK prostredníctvom dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry. Špecifickými cieľmi projektu je:- dobudovať chodníky tak, aby mali obyvatelia MRK lepší prístup k službám- zvýšiť životnú úroveň, komfort a bezpečnosť obyvateľov MRK,- desgregácia v zmysle že sa minimalizujú rozdiely k prístupu základným službám medzi majoritným obyvateľstvom a občanmi MRK v obci.Projekt zrealizujeme prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity: Podpora dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry, ktorá je vo vecnom súlade s typom aktivity ako aj špecifickým cieľom. Úspešné naplnenie stanovených cieľov je zabezpečené naplnením merateľného ukazovateľa uvedeného vyššie. Predkladaný projekt je koncepčne plne v súlade s operačným programom Ľudské Zdroje, prioritná os 6 Technická vybavenosť v obciach s prítomnosťou marginalizovaných rómskych komunít, napĺňa zámery investičnej priority 6.1 Poskytovanie podpory fyzickej, ekonomickej a sociálnej regenerácie zanedbaných komunít v mestských a vidieckych oblastiach prostredníctvom špecifického cieľa 6.1.1 Rast počtu rómskych domácností s prístupom k zlepšeným podmienkam bývania. The objective of this project is to improve the access of the inhabitants of the MRC in the village of Veľký Ripňany to the services of the municipality, with the help of the completion of the basic technical infrastructure. The project is in line with the specific objective and with the help of its implementation will increase and improve the quality and conditions of housing. 55 MRK lives in the village. The MRC in the village of Veľké Ripňany lives in three separate communities, and these communities meet the definition that they are three dwellings where 80 % of the CLLD lives. In total, 55 inhabitants of CLLD live in these three communities. For all these residents we will implement the project, namely the completion of basic technical infrastructure, the aim of the project is to build paths from these dwellings to the services of the municipality in order to improve the access of the inhabitants of the MRC to the services, namely the post office, the municipal office. The public procurement process will respect the social aspect of public procurement as well as the principles of green public procurement. Within the framework of the implementation of the project, the measurable indicator P0262 – Number of inhabitants of CLLD, which improved housing conditions through the construction/acquisition of road 55 CLLD, will be fulfilled. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of housing to residents of CLLD through the completion of basic technical infrastructure. The specific objectives of the project are:- to complete the paths so that the inhabitants of the MRC have better access to services- to increase the standard of living, comfort and safety of the inhabitants of the MRC,- desgregation in the sense that differences in access to basic services between the majority population and the citizens of the MRC in the village are minimised. We will implement the project through one main activity: Support the completion of basic technical infrastructure which is in line with the type of activity and the specific objective. Successful achievement of the set objectives is ensured by the achievement of the measurable indicator mentioned above. The present project is conceptually fully in line with the Operational Programme Human Resources, Priority Axis 6 Technical equipment in municipalities with the presence of marginalised Roma communities, fulfils the objectives of investment priority 6.1 Providing support for physical, economic and social regeneration of deprived communities in urban and rural areas through specific objective 6.1.1 Growth of the number of Roma households with access to improved housing conditions. At the same time, the project is fully in line with the zoning plan and the SHSR of the village Veľké Ripňany. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’améliorer l’accès des habitants de la MRC dans le village de Ve’ký Ripňany aux services de la municipalité, avec l’aide de l’achèvement de l’infrastructure technique de base. Le projet est conforme à l’objectif spécifique et avec l’aide de sa mise en œuvre augmentera et améliorera la qualité et les conditions du logement. 55 MRK vit dans le village. La MRC du village de Ve’ké Ripňany vit dans trois communautés séparées, et ces communautés répondent à la définition selon laquelle il s’agit de trois habitations où vit 80 % du DLAL. Au total, 55 habitants du DAL vivent dans ces trois communautés. Pour tous ces résidents, nous allons mettre en œuvre le projet, à savoir l’achèvement de l’infrastructure technique de base, le but du projet est de construire des chemins de ces logements aux services de la municipalité afin d’améliorer l’accès des habitants de la MRC aux services, à savoir la poste, le bureau municipal. Le processus de passation des marchés publics respectera l’aspect social des marchés publics ainsi que les principes des marchés publics écologiques. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet, l’indicateur mesurable P0262 — Nombre d’habitants du DLAL, qui a amélioré les conditions de logement grâce à la construction/acquisition de la route 55 LAL, sera rempli. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la qualité du logement des résidents du DLAL grâce à l’achèvement de l’infrastructure technique de base. Les objectifs spécifiques du projet sont:- d’achever les parcours pour que les habitants de la MRC aient un meilleur accès aux services- d’augmenter le niveau de vie, le confort et la sécurité des habitants de la MRC,- la ségrégation en ce sens que les différences d’accès aux services de base entre la population majoritaire et les citoyens de la MRC dans le village sont minimisées. Soutenir l’achèvement de l’infrastructure technique de base conforme au type d’activité et à l’objectif spécifique. La réalisation des objectifs fixés est assurée par la réalisation de l’indicateur mesurable mentionné ci-dessus. Le présent projet est entièrement conforme au programme opérationnel «Ressources humaines», axe prioritaire 6, équipement technique dans les municipalités comptant des communautés roms marginalisées, répond aux objectifs de la priorité d’investissement 6.1 Fournir un soutien à la régénération physique, économique et sociale des communautés défavorisées dans les zones urbaines et rurales au moyen de l’objectif spécifique 6.1.1 Augmentation du nombre de ménages roms ayant accès à de meilleures conditions de logement. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, den Zugang der Einwohner des MRC im Dorf Veľký Ripňany zu den Diensten der Gemeinde mit Hilfe der Fertigstellung der technischen Grundinfrastruktur zu verbessern. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem spezifischen Ziel und wird mit Hilfe seiner Umsetzung die Qualität und die Bedingungen der Wohnung verbessern und verbessern. 55 MRK lebt im Dorf. Das MRC im Dorf Veľké Ripňany lebt in drei verschiedenen Gemeinden, und diese Gemeinden erfüllen die Definition, dass sie drei Wohnungen sind, in denen 80 % der CLLD lebt. Bei der Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge wird der soziale Aspekt des öffentlichen Auftragswesens sowie die Grundsätze der umweltgerechten Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge berücksichtigt. Im Rahmen der Projektdurchführung wird der messbare Indikator P0262 – Anzahl der Einwohner von CLLD, die durch den Bau/Einkauf der Straße 55 CLLD verbesserte Wohnbedingungen haben, erfüllt sein. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Wohnungsqualität für die Bewohner der CLLD durch den Abschluss der grundlegenden technischen Infrastruktur. Die spezifischen Ziele des Projekts sind:- die Wege zu vervollständigen, damit die Einwohner des MRC einen besseren Zugang zu Dienstleistungen haben, um den Lebensstandard, den Komfort und die Sicherheit der Bewohner des MRC zu erhöhen,- Entfremdung in dem Sinne, dass Unterschiede beim Zugang zu grundlegenden Dienstleistungen zwischen der Mehrheit der Bevölkerung und den Bürgern des MRC im Dorf minimiert werden. Unterstützung des Abschlusses der grundlegenden technischen Infrastruktur, die mit der Art der Tätigkeit und dem spezifischen Ziel im Einklang steht. Das Erreichen der gesetzten Ziele wird durch das Erreichen des oben genannten messbaren Indikators gewährleistet. Das vorliegende Projekt steht konzeptionell im Einklang mit dem operationellen Programm Humanressourcen, Prioritätsachse 6 Technische Ausrüstung in Gemeinden mit Präsenz marginalisierter Roma-Gemeinschaften, erfüllt die Ziele der Investitionspriorität 6.1 Bereitstellung von Unterstützung für die physische, wirtschaftliche und soziale Erneuerung benachteiligter Gemeinschaften in städtischen und ländlichen Gebieten durch spezifisches Ziel 6.1.1 Erhöhung der Zahl der Roma-Haushalte mit Zugang zu verbesserten Wohnbedingungen. Het doel van dit project is het verbeteren van de toegang van de inwoners van het MRC in het dorp VeȘký Ripňany tot de diensten van de gemeente, met behulp van de voltooiing van de technische basisinfrastructuur. Het project is in overeenstemming met het specifieke doel en met behulp van de uitvoering ervan zal de kwaliteit en de voorwaarden van huisvesting toenemen en verbeteren. 55 MRK woont in het dorp. De MRC in het dorp VeȘké Ripňany woont in drie afzonderlijke gemeenschappen, en deze gemeenschappen voldoen aan de definitie dat het drie woningen zijn waar 80 % van de CLLD woont. In totaal wonen 55 inwoners van CLLD in deze drie gemeenschappen. Voor al deze bewoners zullen we het project uitvoeren, namelijk de voltooiing van de technische basisinfrastructuur, het doel van het project is het bouwen van paden van deze woningen naar de diensten van de gemeente om de toegang van de inwoners van het MRC tot de diensten te verbeteren, namelijk het postkantoor, het gemeentelijk kantoor. Bij de aanbestedingsprocedure zullen zowel het sociale aspect van overheidsopdrachten als de beginselen van groene overheidsopdrachten in acht worden genomen. In het kader van de uitvoering van het project zal worden voldaan aan de meetbare indicator P0262 — Aantal inwoners van CLLD, die de huisvestingsomstandigheden heeft verbeterd door de aanleg/verwerving van weg 55 CLLD. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van huisvesting voor bewoners van CLLD door de voltooiing van technische basisinfrastructuur. De specifieke doelstellingen van het project zijn:- om de paden te voltooien zodat de inwoners van het MRC betere toegang hebben tot diensten- om de levensstandaard, het comfort en de veiligheid van de inwoners van de MRC te verhogen,- desgregatie in die zin dat verschillen in toegang tot basisdiensten tussen de meerderheidsbevolking en de burgers van de MRC in het dorp tot een minimum worden beperkt. We zullen het project uitvoeren door middel van één hoofdactiviteit: Ondersteunen van de voltooiing van technische basisinfrastructuur die in overeenstemming is met het soort activiteit en de specifieke doelstelling. De succesvolle verwezenlijking van de vastgestelde doelstellingen wordt gewaarborgd door de verwezenlijking van de bovengenoemde meetbare indicator. Dit project is conceptueel volledig in overeenstemming met het operationele programma Human Resources, prioritaire as 6 Technische uitrusting in gemeenten met de aanwezigheid van gemarginaliseerde Roma-gemeenschappen, voldoet aan de doelstellingen van investeringsprioriteit 6.1 Het verlenen van steun voor fysieke, economische en sociale regeneratie van achtergestelde gemeenschappen in stedelijke en plattelandsgebieden door middel van specifieke doelstelling 6.1.1 Groei van het aantal Roma-huishoudens met toegang tot betere huisvestingsomstandigheden. L'obiettivo di questo progetto è migliorare l'accesso degli abitanti del MRC nel villaggio di Veľký Ripňany ai servizi del comune, con l'aiuto del completamento dell'infrastruttura tecnica di base. Il progetto è in linea con l'obiettivo specifico e con l'aiuto della sua attuazione aumenterà e migliorerà la qualità e le condizioni degli alloggi. 55 MRK vive nel villaggio. Il MRC nel villaggio di Veľké Ripňany vive in tre comunità separate, e queste comunità rispondono alla definizione che sono tre abitazioni in cui vive l'80 % del CLLD. In totale, 55 abitanti del CLLD vivono in queste tre comunità. Per tutti questi residenti realizzeremo il progetto, vale a dire il completamento delle infrastrutture tecniche di base, l'obiettivo del progetto è quello di costruire percorsi da queste abitazioni ai servizi del comune al fine di migliorare l'accesso degli abitanti del MRC ai servizi, vale a dire l'ufficio postale, l'ufficio comunale. La procedura di appalto pubblico rispetterà l'aspetto sociale degli appalti pubblici nonché i principi degli appalti pubblici verdi. Nell'ambito dell'attuazione del progetto, sarà soddisfatto l'indicatore misurabile P0262 — Numero di abitanti del CLLD, che ha migliorato le condizioni abitative attraverso la costruzione/acquisizione della strada 55 CLLD. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è migliorare la qualità degli alloggi per i residenti del CLLD attraverso il completamento dell'infrastruttura tecnica di base. Gli obiettivi specifici del progetto sono:- completare i percorsi in modo che gli abitanti del MRC abbiano un migliore accesso ai servizi- per aumentare il tenore di vita, il comfort e la sicurezza degli abitanti del MRC,- desgregazione nel senso che le differenze di accesso ai servizi di base tra la maggioranza della popolazione e i cittadini del MRC nel villaggio sono minimizzate. Attueremo il progetto attraverso un'attività principale: Sostenere il completamento dell'infrastruttura tecnica di base in linea con il tipo di attività e l'obiettivo specifico. Il conseguimento degli obiettivi prefissati è garantito dal conseguimento dell'indicatore misurabile di cui sopra. Il presente progetto è concettualmente pienamente in linea con il programma operativo Risorse umane, asse prioritario 6 Attrezzature tecniche nei comuni con la presenza di comunità Rom emarginate, risponde agli obiettivi della priorità d'investimento 6.1 Fornire sostegno alla rigenerazione fisica, economica e sociale delle comunità svantaggiate nelle aree urbane e rurali attraverso l'obiettivo specifico 6.1.1 Crescita del numero di famiglie Rom con accesso a migliori condizioni abitative.
