Predkladaný projekt je zameraný na zvýšenie kvality života obyvateľov marginalizovanej rómskej komunity prostredníctvom podpory prístupu k pitnej vode. Hlavným cieľom projektu je výstavba a rozšírenie miestnych vodovodov, vrátane všetkých technológii, stavebných prác a objektov v prostredí novovzniknutej lokality L3, ktorá je pokračovaním súčasnej MRK obce Soľ. Na základe demografického vývoja obce počet obyvateľov neustále narastá a rastie dopyt po bývaní. Keďže rómske obydlia sú preľudnené a súčasná kapacita nájomných bytov je nepostačujúca, obec vyčlenila v územnom pláne v roku 2018 novú plochu na individuálnu bytovú výstavbu, výstavbu nájomných bytov a bytov nižšieho štandardu, tzv. Lokalita L3, ktorej výstavba bude prebiehať v troch etapách. V rámci prvej etapy aktuálne vzniká v lokalite L3 nová ulica, ktorá bude zastavaná 15-timi rodinným domami. Obec pre obyvateľov novovzniknutej lokality chce zabezpečiť prístup k pitnej vode rozšírením vodovodnej siete a jej napojením na existujúci verejný rozvod vodovodu. Rozšírenie vodovodnej siete o rozvodné potrubia je navrhované v dĺžke 219,5 m. Súčasťou rozšírenia vodovodnej siete je 15 odbočení vedúcich k domovým prípojkám po hranice pozemkov o celkovej dĺžke 45 m a 2 odbočenia o celkovej dĺžke 20 m k nájomným bytom, ktorých výstavba je plánovaná v rámci druhej etapy budovania novej lokality L3. Z dôvodu situovania súčasného separovaného rómskeho osídlenia, ako aj novovzniknutej lokality do kopca, navrhované vodovodné potrubie nedokáže zabezpečiť dostatočný tlak pre zásobovanie pitnou vodou, preto súčasťou projektu je aj vybudovanie automatickej tlakovej stanice pre zvýšenie tlaku vody v potrubí. AT stanica z pohľadu najvhodnejšieho stavebno-technického riešenia bude umiestnená v lokalite súčasného rómskeho osídlenia, nie je možné ju umiestniť v lokalite L3. Obec Soľ v rámci prvej etapy budovania novej lokality zabezpečí výstavbou a rozšírením vodovodnej siete prístup k pitnej vode pre 50 obyvateľov MRK a zároveň aj prístup k vode pre 20 nájomných bytov, ktorých výstavba je plánovaná v rámci druhej etapy. The present project aims to improve the quality of life of the population of the marginalised Roma community by promoting access to drinking water. The main objective of the project is the construction and expansion of local water supply systems, including all technologies, construction works and buildings in the environment of the newly created L3 site, which is a continuation of the current MRK of the village Salt. Based on the demographic development of the municipality, the population is constantly increasing and the demand for housing is growing. As Roma dwellings are overcrowded and the current capacity of rental apartments is insufficient, the municipality has allocated in 2018 a new area for individual housing, rental and lower standard flats, the so-called L3 site, the construction of which will take place in three stages. Within the first stage, a new street is currently being created in the L3 area, which will be built by 15 family houses. The municipality wants to ensure access to drinking water for the inhabitants of the newly created site by extending the water supply network and connecting it to the existing public distribution of water supply. The extension of the water supply network with distribution pipes is proposed in the length of 219.5 m. Part of the extension of the water supply network is 15 turns leading to home connections to the boundaries of land with a total length of 45 m and 2 turn of the total length of 20 m to the rental apartments, the construction of which is planned within the second stage of the construction of the new L3 site. Due to the situation of the current separated Roma settlement, as well as the newly created site uphill, the proposed water supply pipeline fails to ensure sufficient pressure for drinking water supply, therefore the project also includes the construction of an automatic pressure station to increase the water pressure in the pipeline. At station from the point of view of the most suitable construction and technical solution will be located in the site of the current Roma settlement, it is not possible to place it in the L3 site. In the first phase of the construction of the new site, the municipality of Salt will provide access to drinking water for 50 inhabitants of the MRC by building and extending the water network, as well as access to water for 20 rental apartments, the construction of which is planned within the second stage. Le présent projet vise à améliorer la qualité de vie de la population de la communauté rom marginalisée en favorisant l’accès à l’eau potable. L’objectif principal du projet est la construction et l’expansion des réseaux locaux d’approvisionnement en eau, y compris toutes les technologies, les travaux de construction et les bâtiments dans l’environnement du nouveau site L3, qui est une continuation de l’actuelle MRK du village Salt. Compte tenu de l’évolution démographique de la municipalité, la population ne cesse d’augmenter et la demande de logements augmente. Étant donné que les logements roms sont surpeuplés et que la capacité actuelle d’appartements locatifs est insuffisante, la municipalité a attribué en 2018 une nouvelle zone de logement individuel, de location et d’appartements de qualité inférieure, le site dit L3, dont la construction se déroulera en trois étapes. Dans la première étape, une nouvelle rue est en cours de création dans la zone L3, qui sera construite par 15 maisons familiales. La municipalité veut assurer l’accès à l’eau potable pour les habitants du site nouvellement créé en étendant le réseau d’approvisionnement en eau et en le reliant à la distribution publique existante de l’approvisionnement en eau. L’extension du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau avec des conduites de distribution est proposée dans la longueur de 219,5 m. Une partie de l’extension du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau est de 15 virages menant à des connexions résidentielles aux limites du terrain d’une longueur totale de 45 m et 2 virages de la longueur totale de 20 m aux appartements locatifs, dont la construction est prévue dans la deuxième étape de la construction du nouveau site L3. En raison de la situation de l’actuelle colonie rom séparée, ainsi que du site nouvellement créé en amont, le projet de canalisation d’approvisionnement en eau ne permet pas d’assurer une pression suffisante pour l’approvisionnement en eau potable. Par conséquent, le projet comprend également la construction d’une station de pression automatique pour augmenter la pression de l’eau dans le pipeline. À la gare du point de vue de la construction la plus appropriée et la solution technique sera située sur le site de l’actuelle colonie rom, il n’est pas possible de le placer sur le site L3. Dans la première phase de la construction du nouveau site, la municipalité de Salt assurera l’accès à l’eau potable à 50 habitants de la MRC par la construction et l’extension du réseau d’eau, ainsi que l’accès à l’eau pour 20 appartements locatifs, dont la construction est prévue dans le cadre de la deuxième étape. Das vorliegende Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Lebensqualität der Bevölkerung der marginalisierten Roma-Gemeinschaft durch die Förderung des Zugangs zu Trinkwasser zu verbessern. Hauptziel des Projekts ist der Bau und Ausbau lokaler Wasserversorgungssysteme, einschließlich aller Technologien, Bauarbeiten und Gebäude in der Umwelt des neu geschaffenen L3-Standortes, das eine Fortsetzung der derzeitigen MRK des Dorfes Salz ist. Basierend auf der demografischen Entwicklung der Gemeinde wächst die Bevölkerung stetig und die Nachfrage nach Wohnraum wächst. Da die Roma-Wohnungen überfüllt sind und die derzeitige Kapazität der Mietwohnungen unzureichend ist, hat die Gemeinde 2018 eine neue Fläche für individuelle Wohnungen, Mietwohnungen und niedrigere Standardwohnungen zugewiesen, der sogenannte L3-Standort, dessen Bau in drei Phasen stattfinden wird. Innerhalb der ersten Etappe wird derzeit eine neue Straße im L3-Bereich geschaffen, die von 15 Familienhäusern gebaut wird. Die Gemeinde will den Bewohnern des neu geschaffenen Standorts den Zugang zu Trinkwasser gewährleisten, indem sie das Wasserversorgungsnetz erweitert und an die bestehende öffentliche Verteilung der Wasserversorgung anschließt. Der Ausbau des Wasserversorgungsnetzes mit Verteilerleitungen wird in der Länge von 219,5 m vorgeschlagen. Ein Teil der Erweiterung des Wasserversorgungsnetzes beträgt 15 Umdrehungen, die zu Wohnanschlüssen an die Landgrenzen mit einer Gesamtlänge von 45 m und 2 Umdrehungen der Gesamtlänge von 20 m zu den Mietwohnungen führen, deren Bau in der zweiten Phase des Baus des neuen L3-Standortes geplant ist. Aufgrund der Situation der derzeit getrennten Roma-Besiedlung sowie des neu geschaffenen Standorts bergauf sorgt die vorgeschlagene Wasserversorgungsleitung nicht für ausreichenden Druck für die Trinkwasserversorgung, daher umfasst das Projekt auch den Bau einer automatischen Druckstation zur Erhöhung des Wasserdrucks in der Pipeline. Am Bahnhof aus Sicht der am besten geeigneten Bau- und technischen Lösung befindet sich auf dem Gelände der aktuellen Roma-Siedlung, es ist nicht möglich, es auf dem L3-Standort zu platzieren. In der ersten Phase des Baus des neuen Standorts wird die Gemeinde Salt 50 Einwohner des MRC Zugang zu Trinkwasser bieten, indem sie das Wassernetz baut und erweitert, sowie Zugang zu Wasser für 20 Mietwohnungen, deren Bau in der zweiten Phase geplant ist. Dit project heeft tot doel de levenskwaliteit van de bevolking van de gemarginaliseerde Roma-gemeenschap te verbeteren door de toegang tot drinkwater te bevorderen. Het belangrijkste doel van het project is de bouw en uitbreiding van lokale watervoorzieningssystemen, met inbegrip van alle technologieën, bouwwerken en gebouwen in het milieu van de nieuw gecreëerde L3-locatie, een voortzetting van de huidige MRK van het dorp Salt. Door de demografische ontwikkeling van de gemeente neemt de bevolking voortdurend toe en neemt de vraag naar huisvesting toe. Aangezien de Romawoningen overbevolkt zijn en de huidige capaciteit van huurappartementen ontoereikend is, heeft de gemeente in 2018 een nieuwe ruimte toegewezen voor individuele woningen, huur en lagere standaardflats, de zogenaamde L3-locatie, waarvan de bouw in drie fasen zal plaatsvinden. In de eerste fase wordt momenteel een nieuwe straat gecreëerd in het L3-gebied, dat zal worden gebouwd door 15 eengezinswoningen. De gemeente wil ervoor zorgen dat de bewoners van het nieuw aangelegde terrein toegang hebben tot drinkwater door het watervoorzieningsnet uit te breiden en het aan te sluiten op de bestaande openbare watervoorzieningsdistributie. De uitbreiding van het waterleidingnet met leidingen wordt voorgesteld in de lengte van 219,5 m. Een deel van de uitbreiding van het waterleidingnet is 15 bochten die leiden tot thuisverbindingen naar de grenzen van land met een totale lengte van 45 m en 2 draai van de totale lengte van 20 m naar de huurappartementen, waarvan de bouw gepland is in de tweede fase van de bouw van de nieuwe L3-locatie. Gezien de situatie van de huidige gescheiden Roma-installatie en de nieuw aangelegde locatie bergop, zorgt de voorgestelde waterleiding niet voor voldoende druk voor de drinkwatervoorziening. Daarom omvat het project ook de bouw van een automatisch drukstation om de waterdruk in de pijpleiding te verhogen. Op het station vanuit het oogpunt van de meest geschikte bouw en technische oplossing zal worden gelegen in de site van de huidige Roma nederzetting, is het niet mogelijk om het te plaatsen in de L3 site. In de eerste fase van de bouw van het nieuwe terrein zal de gemeente Salt 50 inwoners van het MRC toegang verlenen tot drinkwater door de aanleg en uitbreiding van het waternet, evenals de toegang tot water voor 20 huurappartementen, waarvan de bouw in de tweede fase is gepland. Il presente progetto mira a migliorare la qualità della vita della popolazione della comunità Rom emarginata promuovendo l'accesso all'acqua potabile. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è la costruzione e l'espansione di sistemi locali di approvvigionamento idrico, comprese tutte le tecnologie, i lavori di costruzione e gli edifici nell'ambiente del nuovo sito L3, che è una continuazione dell'attuale MRK del villaggio di Salt. Sulla base dello sviluppo demografico del comune, la popolazione è in costante aumento e la domanda di alloggi è in crescita. Poiché le abitazioni rom sono sovraffollate e l'attuale capacità degli appartamenti in affitto è insufficiente, nel 2018 il comune ha assegnato una nuova area per l'alloggio individuale, l'affitto e gli appartamenti standard più bassi, il cosiddetto sito L3, la cui costruzione si svolgerà in tre fasi. All'interno della prima fase, una nuova strada è attualmente in fase di creazione nella zona L3, che sarà costruito da 15 case di famiglia. Il comune intende garantire l'accesso all'acqua potabile per gli abitanti del sito di nuova creazione estendendo la rete di approvvigionamento idrico e collegandola alla distribuzione pubblica esistente dell'approvvigionamento idrico. L'estensione della rete di approvvigionamento idrico con tubazioni di distribuzione è proposta nella lunghezza di 219,5 m. Parte dell'estensione della rete di approvvigionamento idrico è di 15 giri che portano a collegamenti domestici ai confini del terreno con una lunghezza totale di 45 m e 2 giri della lunghezza totale di 20 m agli appartamenti in affitto, la cui costruzione è prevista nella seconda fase della costruzione del nuovo sito L3. A causa della situazione dell'attuale insediamento separato dei Rom e del nuovo sito in salita, la condotta di approvvigionamento idrico proposta non garantisce una pressione sufficiente per l'approvvigionamento di acqua potabile, pertanto il progetto prevede anche la costruzione di una stazione a pressione automatica per aumentare la pressione idrica nella condotta. In stazione dal punto di vista della costruzione più idonea e soluzione tecnica sarà situato nel sito dell'attuale insediamento rom, non è possibile collocarlo nel sito L3. Nella prima fase della costruzione del nuovo sito, il comune di Salt fornirà l'accesso all'acqua potabile per 50 abitanti del MRC mediante la costruzione e l'ampliamento della rete idrica, nonché l'accesso all'acqua per 20 appartamenti in affitto, la cui costruzione è prevista nella seconda fase.
