Cieľom projektu „Modernizácia cesty III. triedy 1113 Rohožník-Malacky" je rekonštrukcia cesty III/1113 Rohožník - Malacky, prostredníctvom IROP v rámci prioritnej osi č.1: Bezpečná a ekologická doprava v regiónoch. Cesta III/1113 Rohožník - Malacky s napojením na diaľnicu D2, ktorá patrí do hlavnej siete TEN-T v rámci koridoru ORIENT/EAST-MED, je kľúčovou cestnou komunikáciou medzi okresným mestom Malacky a okolitými obcami. Cesta predstavuje najrýchlejšie dopravné spojenie do okresného mesta pre obce Rohožník, Sološnica, Kuchyňa, Plavecké Podhradie a Plavecký Mikuláš, teda pre približne 8,5 tisíca obyvateľov dotknutých obcí. Cesta má navyše nadregionálny význam, nakoľko predstavuje najrýchlejšie napojenie na diaľnicu D2 pre obce Plavecký Peter, Prievaly, Cerová, Buková, Osuské a Jablonica v Trnavskom kraji. Okrem individuálnej osobnej dopravy je cesta využívaná aj nákladnou a verejnou osobnou dopravou. Z dôvodu nevyhovujúceho šírkového usporiadania cesty III/1113 sa v roku 2011 pristúpilo k zjednosmerneniu premávky nákladnej dopravy nad 12 ton v smere Rohožník-Malacky. Vzniknutá situácia je riešená obchádzkou cez obce Pernek a Kuchyňa,čo negatívne vplýva na približne 2600 obyvateľov spomínaných obcí. Cesta III/1113 je strategickým napojením na ostatnú cestnú sieť pre viaceré výrobné závody spoločností pôsobiacich v oblasti. Kľúčovou úlohou cesty III/1113 Rohožník – Malacky, je predovšetkým zabezpečenie rýchleho napojenia na TEN-T a priameho vstupu na Vnútorný trh Európskej únie. Zrekonštruovaná cesta III/1113 medzi Malackami a Rohožníkom predstavuje z hľadiska času a vzdialenosti a teda aj z hľadiska dopadu na životné prostredie najvýhodnejšie prepojenie dotknutých obcí v regióne s okresným mestom Malacky a s diaľnicou D2. Modernizáciou cesty III/1113 sa znížia prevádzkové náklady na jej opravu a údržbu. Z hľadiska merateľných ukazovateľov, je cieľom projektu zrekonštruovať 7,787 km cesty a získať úsporu času v cestnej doprave na ceste III/1113 Rohožník-Malacky v hodnote 20 897 EUR ku koncu realizácie projektu pričom táto hodnota v zmysle vypracovanej CBA každoročne narastá. The aim of the project “Modernisation of road III. Class 1113 Rohožník-Malacky” is the reconstruction of road III/1113 Rohožník – Malacky, through IROP under priority axis No.1: Safe and clean transport in the regions. Road III/1113 Rohožník – Malacky with connection to the D2 motorway, which belongs to the TEN-T core network within the ORIENT/EAST-MED corridor, is a key road communication between the district town of Malacky and the surrounding municipalities. The road is the fastest transport connection to the district town for the villages Rohožník, Sološnica, Kuchyňa, Plavecké Podhradie and Plavecký Mikuláš, i.e. for approximately 8.5 thousand inhabitants of the affected municipalities. The road is also of trans-regional importance as it represents the fastest connection to the D2 motorway for the villages Plavecký Peter, Prievaly, Cerová, Buková, Osuské and Jablonica in the Trnava region. In addition to individual passenger transport, the road is also used by freight and public passenger transport. Due to the unsatisfactory width structure of road III/1113, in 2011, freight traffic of more than 12 tonnes in the direction of Rohožník-Malacky was unidirectional. The situation is solved by a detour through the villages Pernek and Kuchyňa, which negatively affects about 2600 inhabitants of the mentioned villages. Road III/1113 is a strategic connection to the rest of the road network for several production plants of companies operating in the area. The key task of road III/1113 Rohožník – Malacky is, in particular, to ensure a rapid connection to the TEN-T and direct entry to the European Union’s Internal Market. The reconstructed road III/1113 between Malacky and Rohožník is the most beneficial link between the municipalities concerned in the region with the district town of Malacky and with the D2 motorway in terms of time and distance and thus also in terms of environmental impact. The modernisation of road III/1113 will reduce the operational costs for its repair and maintenance. In terms of measurable indicators, the aim of the project is to reconstruct 7,787 km of road and gain time savings in road transport on road III/1113 Rohožník-Malacky worth EUR 20897 towards the end of the project implementation, and this value increases annually in terms of the CBA. L’objectif du projet «Modernisation de la route III. Classe 1113 Rohožník-Malacky» est la reconstruction de la route III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky, par l’IROP au titre de l’axe prioritaire no 1: Des transports sûrs et propres dans les régions. La route III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky avec connexion à l’autoroute D2, qui appartient au réseau central du RTE-T dans le corridor ORIENT/EAST-MED, est une communication routière essentielle entre la ville de Malacky et les communes environnantes. La route est la liaison de transport la plus rapide vers la ville de district pour les villages Rohožník, Sološnica, Kuchyňa, Plavecké Podhradie et Plavecký Mikuláš, soit environ 8,5 000 habitants des municipalités touchées. La route est également d’importance transrégionale car elle représente la connexion la plus rapide à l’autoroute D2 pour les villages Plavecký Peter, Prievaly, Cerová, Buková, Osuské et Jablonica dans la région de Trnava. Outre le transport individuel de voyageurs, la route est également utilisée par les transports de marchandises et de voyageurs publics. La principale tâche de la route III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky est notamment d’assurer une connexion rapide au RTE-T et une entrée directe au marché intérieur de l’Union européenne. La route III/1113 reconstruite entre Malacky et Rohožník est le lien le plus bénéfique entre les communes concernées de la région avec la ville de Malacky et l’autoroute D2 en termes de temps et de distance et donc également en termes d’impact environnemental. La modernisation de la route III/1113 permettra de réduire les coûts opérationnels de réparation et d’entretien de la route. Ziel des Projekts „Modernisierung der Straße III. Klasse 1113 Rohožník-Malacky“ ist der Wiederaufbau der Straße III/1113 Rohožník – Malacky durch IROP unter Prioritätsachse Nr. 1: Sicherer und sauberer Transport in den Regionen. Die Straße III/1113 Rohožník – Malacky mit Anbindung an die Autobahn D2, die zum TEN-V-Kernnetz innerhalb des Korridors ORIENT/EAST-MED gehört, ist eine wichtige Verkehrsverbindung zwischen der Bezirksstadt Malacky und den umliegenden Gemeinden. Die Straße ist die schnellste Verkehrsverbindung zur Kreisstadt für die Dörfer Rohožník, Sološnica, Kuchyňa, Plavecké Podhradie und Plavecký Mikuláš, d. h. für etwa 8,5 Tausend Einwohner der betroffenen Gemeinden. Die Straße ist auch von überregionaler Bedeutung, da sie die schnellste Verbindung zur Autobahn D2 für die Dörfer Plavecký Peter, Prievaly, Cerová, Buková, Osuské und Jablonica in der Region Trnava darstellt. Neben dem Individualpersonenverkehr wird die Straße auch im Güterverkehr und im öffentlichen Personenverkehr genutzt. Aufgrund der unbefriedigenden Breitenstruktur der Straße III/1113 war 2011 der Güterverkehr von mehr als 12 Tonnen in Richtung Rohožník-Malacky unidirektional. Die Situation wird durch einen Umweg durch die Dörfer Pernek und Kuchyňa gelöst, die sich negativ auf etwa 2600 Einwohner der genannten Dörfer auswirken. Die Straße III/1113 ist eine strategische Verbindung zum Rest des Straßennetzes für mehrere Produktionsanlagen von Unternehmen, die in der Region tätig sind. Die Hauptaufgabe der Straße III/1113 Rohožník – Malacky besteht insbesondere darin, eine schnelle Anbindung an das TEN-V und den direkten Zugang zum Binnenmarkt der Europäischen Union zu gewährleisten. Die rekonstruierte Straße III/1113 zwischen Malacky und Rohožník ist die vorteilhafteste Verbindung zwischen den betroffenen Gemeinden in der Region mit der Kreisstadt Malacky und der Autobahn D2 in Bezug auf Zeit und Entfernung und damit auch hinsichtlich der Umweltauswirkungen. Durch die Modernisierung der Straße III/1113 werden die Betriebskosten für ihre Reparatur und Wartung gesenkt. Im Hinblick auf messbare Indikatoren ist das Ziel des Projekts, 7,787 km Straße zu rekonstruieren und Zeiteinsparungen im Straßenverkehr auf der Straße III/1113 Rohožník-Malacky im Wert von 20 897 EUR gegen Ende der Projektdurchführung zu erzielen. Het doel van het project „Modernisering van weg III. Klasse 1113 Rohožník-Malacky” is de wederopbouw van weg III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky, via IROP onder prioritaire as nr. 1: Veilig en schoon vervoer in de regio’s. Weg III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky met aansluiting op de autosnelweg D2, die deel uitmaakt van het TEN-T-kernnetwerk binnen de corridor ORIENT/EAST-MED, is een belangrijke wegverbinding tussen de districtsstad Malacky en de omliggende gemeenten. De weg is de snelste verbinding met de districtsstad voor de dorpen Rohožník, Sološnica, Kuchyňa, Plavecké Podhradie en Plavecký Mikuláš, d.w.z. voor ongeveer 8,5 duizend inwoners van de getroffen gemeenten. De weg is ook van transregionaal belang omdat het de snelste verbinding vormt met de autosnelweg D2 voor de dorpen Plavecký Peter, Prievaly, Cerová, Buková, Osuské en Jablonica in de regio Trnava. Naast het individuele personenvervoer wordt de weg ook gebruikt voor het goederenvervoer en het openbaar personenvervoer. Vanwege de onbevredigende breedtestructuur van weg III/1113 in 2011 was het goederenvervoer van meer dan 12 ton in de richting van Rohožník-Malacky eenrichtingsverkeer. De situatie wordt opgelost door een omweg door de dorpen Pernek en Kuchyňa, die een negatieve invloed hebben op ongeveer 2600 inwoners van de genoemde dorpen. Weg III/1113 is een strategische verbinding met de rest van het wegennet voor verschillende productie-installaties van bedrijven die in het gebied actief zijn. De belangrijkste taak van weg III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky is met name te zorgen voor een snelle verbinding met het TEN-V en rechtstreekse toegang tot de interne markt van de Europese Unie. De gereconstrueerde weg III/1113 tussen Malacky en Rohožník is de meest gunstige verbinding tussen de betrokken gemeenten in de regio en de districtsstad Malacky en met de autosnelweg D2 in termen van tijd en afstand en dus ook wat de milieueffecten betreft. De modernisering van weg III/1113 zal de exploitatiekosten voor de reparatie en het onderhoud ervan doen dalen. Wat meetbare indicatoren betreft, is het project bedoeld om 7,787 km weg te reconstrueren en tijdsbesparingen te behalen in het wegvervoer op weg III/1113 Rohožník-Malacky ter waarde van 20 897 EUR tegen het einde van de uitvoering van het project, en deze waarde neemt jaarlijks toe in termen van de KBA. L'obiettivo del progetto "Modernizzazione della strada III. Classe 1113 Rohožník-Malacky" è la ricostruzione della strada III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky, attraverso l'IROP nell'asse prioritario n. 1: Trasporti sicuri e puliti nelle regioni. La strada III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky con collegamento con l'autostrada D2, che appartiene alla rete centrale TEN-T all'interno del corridoio ORIENT/EAST-MED, è una delle principali comunicazioni stradali tra la città di Malacky e i comuni circostanti. La strada è il collegamento più veloce con la città distrettuale per i villaggi Rohožník, Sološnica, Kuchyňa, Plavecké Podhradie e Plavecký Mikuláš, vale a dire per circa 8.5 mila abitanti dei comuni interessati. La strada è anche di importanza transregionale in quanto rappresenta il collegamento più veloce con l'autostrada D2 per i villaggi Plavecký Peter, Prievaly, Cerová, Buková, Osuské e Jablonica nella regione di Trnava. Oltre al trasporto individuale di passeggeri, la strada è utilizzata anche per il trasporto merci e pubblico di passeggeri. A causa dell'insoddisfacente struttura di larghezza della strada III/1113, nel 2011 il traffico merci di oltre 12 tonnellate in direzione di Rohožník-Malacky era unidirezionale. La situazione è risolta da una deviazione attraverso i villaggi Pernek e Kuchyňa, che colpisce negativamente circa 2600 abitanti dei villaggi citati. La Strada III/1113 è un collegamento strategico con il resto della rete stradale per diversi stabilimenti produttivi di aziende operanti nella zona. Il compito fondamentale della strada III/1113 Rohožník — Malacky consiste, in particolare, nel garantire un rapido collegamento con la rete TEN-T e l'ingresso diretto nel mercato interno dell'Unione europea. La strada ricostruita III/1113 tra Malacky e Rohožník è il collegamento più vantaggioso tra i comuni interessati nella regione e la città distrettuale di Malacky e con l'autostrada D2 in termini di tempo e distanza e quindi anche in termini di impatto ambientale. L'ammodernamento della strada III/1113 ridurrà i costi operativi per la sua riparazione e manutenzione.
