Hlavným cieľom projektu je prostredníctvom novovytvorených pracovných miest zlepšiť študijné výsledky žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom z dôvodu problémov v učení, správaní, alebo zdravotných problémov. Predkladaný projekt priamo nadväzuje na špecifický cieľ: 1.1.1 Zvýšiť inkluzívnosť a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepšiť výsledky a kompetencie detí a žiakov. Na potreby cieľovej skupiny budú reagovať aktivity, ktoré prispievajú k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacímí potrebami a žiakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. S ohľadom na špecifický cieľ OP boli zvolené aj hlavné aktivity:1, vytvorenie 2 pracovných miest na poziciu asistenta učiteľa.2, vytvorenie 2 pracovnych miest pre inkluzívny tím:1-školský psychológ+1-špecialný pedagóg Všetky pracovné pozície budú zamestnané od 1.9 2017 na pracovnú zmluvu. Hlavna aktivita projektu je zameranie sa na činnosť asistentov učiteľa. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou výchovnovzdelávacieho procesu je asistent učiteľa, ktorý je pridelený k žiakom so ŠVVP, ktorých diagnózy si to osobitne vyžadujú. Aktivity asistenta sú zamerané na bezprostrednú pomoc a spoluprácu s učiteľom v triede, uľahčovanie adaptácie dieťaťa a pomoc pri prekonávaní bariér. Dôležitou súčasťou aktivít asistenta učiteľa je príprava učebných pomôcok, sprevádza žiaka aj mimo triedy a pri mimoškolských aktivitách. Druhá hlavná aktivita: Špeciálny pedagóg sa priamo podieľa na výchove a vzdelávaní žiaka so zdravotným znevýhodnením na bežnej škole. Podieľa sa na vypracovávaní individuálneho vzdelávacieho programu. V procese vyučovania poskytuje žiakovi individuálne špeciálno-pedagogické, terapeutické a rehabilitačné služby. Poskytuje konzultácie, rady a informácie ostatným odborným pracovníkom školy i rodičom žiaka. Podľa potreby spolupracuje s ostatnými poradenskými inštitúciami, predovšetkým s centrom špeciálno-pedagogického poradenstva, centrom pedagogicko – psychologického poradenstva, prípadne aj s lekármi. Súčasťou druhej aktivity je školský psychológ. Jeho aktivity budú zamerané na tieto činnosti:Spoznávať osobnosť žiaka, osobitnú pozornosť venovať žiakom s problémami v učení, žiakom s poruchami správania, ktorí sa nachádzajú v krízových životných situáciách. Cieľom a výstupom aktivity asistenta učiteľa budú činnosti vedúce k zabezpečeniu rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. Cieľom a výstupom hlavnej aktivity Inkluzívny tím bude zlepšenie školských výsledkov, ktoré sa budú po ukončení programu overovať známkovaním žiakov. (Slovak)

The present project is directly linked to the specific objective: 1.1.1 Increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and improve the outcomes and competences of children and pupils. Activities will respond to the needs of the target group, which contribute to equalising the disadvantage of pupils with special educational needs and pupils and ensuring equal opportunities in the education process. The main activity of the project is the focus on the activity of teachers’ assistants. An integral part of the educational process is the teacher’s assistant, who is assigned to pupils with SVETs whose diagnosis is particularly necessary. The activities of the assistant are focused on immediate assistance and cooperation with the teacher in the classroom, facilitating the adaptation of the child and helping to overcome barriers. An important part of the activities of the assistant teacher is the preparation of teaching aids, accompanying the pupil also outside the classroom and in extracurricular activities. Second main activity: A special educator directly participates in the education and education of a pupil with health disadvantages in mainstream school. It is involved in the development of an individual training programme. In the process of teaching, the pupil provides individual special pedagogical, therapeutic and rehabilitation services. It provides consultation, advice and information to other school professionals and to the pupil’s parents. Where necessary, it cooperates with other advisory institutions, in particular the centre of special pedagogical counselling, the centre of pedagogical and psychological counselling, as well as doctors. Part of the second activity is a school psychologist. Its activities will focus on the following activities: Getting to know the pupil’s personality, paying particular attention to pupils with learning difficulties, those with behavioural disorders who are in crisis life situations. The aim and output of the activity of the teacher’s assistant will be activities leading to equal opportunities in the educational process. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer les acquis d’apprentissage des élèves exposés au risque d’échec scolaire grâce à la création d’emplois nouvellement créés en raison de problèmes d’apprentissage, de comportement ou de problèmes de santé. Le présent projet est directement lié à l’objectif spécifique: 1.1.1 Accroître l’inclusion et l’égalité d’accès à une éducation de qualité et améliorer les résultats et les compétences des enfants et des élèves. Les activités répondront aux besoins du groupe cible, ce qui contribuera à égaliser les désavantages des élèves ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux et des élèves et à garantir l’égalité des chances dans le processus éducatif. En ce qui concerne l’objectif spécifique du PO, les principales activités ont également été sélectionnées:1, la création de 2 postes pour le poste d’assistant d’enseignant.2, la création de 2 postes pour psychologue + 1 éducateur spécial inclus tím:1-školský Tous les postes seront employés à partir du 1.9/2017 dans le cadre d’un contrat de travail. L’activité principale du projet est l’accent mis sur l’activité des assistants d’enseignants. Les activités de l’assistant sont axées sur l’assistance et la coopération immédiates avec l’enseignant en classe, facilitant l’adaptation de l’enfant et aidant à surmonter les obstacles. Une partie importante des activités de l’enseignant assistant est la préparation de supports pédagogiques, l’accompagnement de l’élève également en dehors de la salle de classe et dans des activités parascolaires. Deuxième activité principale: Un éducateur spécial participe directement à l’éducation et à l’éducation d’un élève souffrant de troubles de santé dans l’école ordinaire. Elle participe à l’élaboration d’un programme de formation individuel. Dans le cadre de l’enseignement, l’élève fournit des services pédagogiques, thérapeutiques et de réadaptation individuels. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Lernergebnisse von Schülern, die aufgrund von Lern-, Verhaltens- oder Gesundheitsproblemen durch neu geschaffene Arbeitsplätze gefährdet sind. Das vorliegende Projekt steht in direktem Zusammenhang mit dem spezifischen Ziel: 1.1.1 Verbesserung der Inklusion und des gleichberechtigten Zugangs zu hochwertiger Bildung und Verbesserung der Ergebnisse und Kompetenzen von Kindern und Schülern. Die Aktivitäten werden den Bedürfnissen der Zielgruppe entsprechen, die dazu beitragen, die Benachteiligung von Schülern mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen und Schülern auszugleichen und Chancengleichheit im Bildungsprozess zu gewährleisten. Im Hinblick auf das spezifische Ziel des OP wurden auch die wichtigsten Tätigkeiten ausgewählt:1, die Schaffung von 2 Stellen für die Stelle des Assistenten der Lehrer.2, Schaffung von 2 Stellen für inklusive tím:1-školský Psychologe+ 1-Spezialpädagoge Alle Stellen werden ab dem 1.9/2017 auf einen Arbeitsvertrag eingestellt. Die Haupttätigkeit des Projekts ist der Schwerpunkt auf der Tätigkeit der Lehrerassistenten. Ein integraler Bestandteil des Bildungsprozesses ist der Assistent des Lehrers, der Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Rüben, deren Diagnose besonders notwendig ist, zugewiesen wird. Die Tätigkeiten des Assistenten konzentrieren sich auf die sofortige Unterstützung und die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lehrer im Klassenzimmer, die Erleichterung der Anpassung des Kindes und die Unterstützung bei der Überwindung von Barrieren. Ein wichtiger Teil der Aktivitäten des Hilfslehrers ist die Vorbereitung von Unterrichtshilfen, die den Schüler auch außerhalb des Klassenzimmers und in außerschulischen Aktivitäten begleiten. Zweite Haupttätigkeit: Ein Sonderpädagoge beteiligt sich direkt an der Bildung und Ausbildung eines Schülers mit gesundheitlichen Nachteilen in der Mainstream-Schule. Sie ist an der Entwicklung eines individuellen Schulungsprogramms beteiligt. Im Unterrichtsprozeß bietet der Schüler individuelle pädagogische, therapeutische und Rehabilitationsleistungen an. Es bietet Beratung, Beratung und Informationen für andere Schulfachleute und die Eltern des Schülers. Erforderlichenfalls kooperiert sie mit anderen beratenden Einrichtungen, insbesondere mit dem Zentrum der speziellen pädagogischen Beratung, dem Zentrum der pädagogischen und psychologischen Beratung sowie mit Ärzten. Ein Teil der zweiten Aktivität ist ein Schulpsychologe. Ihre Aktivitäten konzentrieren sich auf folgende Aktivitäten: die Persönlichkeit des Schülers kennen zu lernen, wobei besonders den Schülern mit Lernschwierigkeiten, Personen mit Verhaltensstörungen, die sich in Krisensituationen befinden, besondere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wird. Ziel und Ergebnis der Tätigkeit des Lehrerassistenten sind Tätigkeiten, die zu Chancengleichheit im Bildungsprozess führen. Ziel und Ergebnis der Hauptaktivität Inclusive Team sind die Verbesserung der Schulergebnisse, die nach Ende des Programms vom Schülerlabel überprüft werden. (German)

De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het verbeteren van de leerresultaten van leerlingen die het risico lopen op school te mislukken door nieuw gecreëerde banen als gevolg van leerproblemen, gedragsstoornissen of gezondheidsproblemen. Het onderhavige project houdt rechtstreeks verband met de specifieke doelstelling: 1.1.1 Meer inclusiviteit en gelijke toegang tot hoogwaardig onderwijs en verbetering van de resultaten en competenties van kinderen en leerlingen. De activiteiten zullen beantwoorden aan de behoeften van de doelgroep, die ertoe bijdragen het nadeel van leerlingen met speciale onderwijsbehoeften en leerlingen gelijk te trekken en gelijke kansen in het onderwijsproces te waarborgen. Wat de specifieke doelstelling van het OP betreft, werden de belangrijkste activiteiten ook geselecteerd:1, het creëren van 2 posten voor de functie van docentassistent.2, het creëren van 2 posten voor inclusief tím:1-školský psycholoog+ 1-speciale opvoeder Alle posten zullen vanaf 1.9/2017 in dienst worden genomen op basis van een arbeidsovereenkomst. De hoofdactiviteit van het project is de focus op de activiteit van docentenassistenten. Een integraal onderdeel van het onderwijsproces is de assistent van de leraar, die wordt toegewezen aan leerlingen met svets wier diagnose bijzonder noodzakelijk is. De activiteiten van de assistent zijn gericht op onmiddellijke hulp en samenwerking met de leraar in de klas, het vergemakkelijken van de aanpassing van het kind en het helpen overwinnen van belemmeringen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de activiteiten van de assistent-leraar is de voorbereiding van onderwijshulpmiddelen, begeleidt de leerling ook buiten het klaslokaal en in buitenschoolse activiteiten. Tweede hoofdactiviteit: Een speciale opvoeder neemt rechtstreeks deel aan het onderwijs en onderwijs aan een leerling met gezondheidsproblemen op de reguliere school. Zij is betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van een individueel opleidingsprogramma. In het onderwijsproces biedt de leerling individuele speciale pedagogische, therapeutische en revalidatiediensten. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è migliorare i risultati di apprendimento degli alunni a rischio di insuccesso scolastico attraverso nuovi posti di lavoro creati a causa di problemi di apprendimento, comportamento o salute. Il presente progetto è direttamente collegato all'obiettivo specifico: 1.1.1 Aumentare l'inclusività e la parità di accesso a un'istruzione di qualità e migliorare i risultati e le competenze dei bambini e degli alunni. Le attività risponderanno alle esigenze del gruppo destinatario, che contribuiscono a equiparare lo svantaggio degli alunni con esigenze educative speciali e degli alunni e a garantire pari opportunità nel processo di istruzione. Per quanto riguarda l'obiettivo specifico del PO, sono state selezionate anche le attività principali:1, la creazione di 2 posti per il posto di assistente dell'insegnante.2, la creazione di 2 posti per lo psicologo inclusivo tím:1-školský + 1-educatore speciale Tutti i posti saranno assunti a partire dall'1.9/2017 con un contratto di lavoro. L'attività principale del progetto è l'attenzione all'attività degli assistenti degli insegnanti. Parte integrante del processo educativo è l'assistente dell'insegnante, che è assegnato a alunni con svets la cui diagnosi è particolarmente necessaria.
