Globálnym cieľom projektu je zvýšenie kvality odborného vzdelávania a prípravy, praktických zručností žiakov a zvýšenie kvality poskytovaného celoživotného vzdelávania pre potreby trhu práce prostredníctvom modernizácie MTZ vybavenia odborných pracovísk a s tým súvisiacich stavebných úprav na SOŠ Ostrovského v Košiciach. Špecifické ciele projektu: zvýšiť počet žiakov SOŠ na praktickom vyučovanízvýšiť kvalitu vzdelávania podľa požiadaviek trhu prácezlepšiť MTZ vybavenie priestorov praktického vyučovania a existujúceho COVaPzvýšiť kvalitu praktických cvičení v rámci prípravy na budúce povolanievytvoriť podmienky na zvýšenie počtu žiakov zúčastňujúcich sa praktického vyučovania priamo u zamestnávateľaposilniť systém odborného vzdelávania a prípravy a zvýšenie jeho atraktívnosti v kontexte celoživotného vzdelávaniaúspora prevádzkových nákladov realizáciou stavebných prác. Hlavným zámerom projektu je obstaranie a modernizácia MTZ vybavenia odborných pracovísk – 5 odborných učební, elektrodielňa, 14 učební teoretického vyučovania, 5 učební praktického vyučovania + aula školy, a s tým súvisiace stavebné úpravy. The global objective of the project is to increase the quality of vocational education and training, practical skills of pupils and to increase the quality of provided lifelong learning for the needs of the labour market through the modernisation of the MTZ equipment of professional workplaces and related building modifications to the ISS Ostrovský in Košice. L’objectif global du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement et de la formation professionnels, les compétences pratiques des élèves et d’améliorer la qualité de l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie pour répondre aux besoins du marché du travail grâce à la modernisation de l’équipement MTZ des lieux de travail professionnels et à des modifications de bâtiments connexes à l’ISS Ostrovský à Košice. Objectifs spécifiques du projet: accroître le nombre d’élèves dans l’enseignement pratique afin d’améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement en fonction des exigences du marché du travail, améliorer le MTZ en équipant les espaces d’enseignement pratique et le COVAP existant afin d’améliorer la qualité des exercices pratiques en vue de préparer les futurs métiers afin de créer les conditions permettant d’augmenter le nombre d’élèves participant à l’enseignement pratique directement avec l’employeur afin de renforcer le système d’enseignement et de formation professionnels et d’accroître son attractivité dans le contexte de l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie et de l’économie des coûts d’exploitation par la réalisation de travaux de construction. Das globale Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Qualität der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung, die praktischen Fähigkeiten der Schüler zu verbessern und die Qualität des lebenslangen Lernens für die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes durch die Modernisierung der MTZ-Ausstattung von Berufsarbeitsplätzen und die damit verbundenen baulichen Änderungen an der ISS Ostrovský in Košice zu verbessern. Spezifische Ziele des Projekts: Erhöhung der Zahl der Schüler im praktischen Unterricht, um die Qualität der Bildung entsprechend den Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes zu erhöhen, die MTZ-Ausstattung praktischer Lehrräume und der bestehenden COVAP zu verbessern, um die Qualität der praktischen Übungen zur Vorbereitung künftiger Berufe zu erhöhen, um Bedingungen für eine Erhöhung der Zahl der Schüler zu schaffen, die direkt mit dem Arbeitgeber an der praktischen Lehre teilnehmen, um das Berufsbildungssystem zu stärken und seine Attraktivität im Rahmen des lebenslangen Lernens zu erhöhen und die Betriebskosten durch Bauarbeiten zu sparen. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van beroepsonderwijs en -opleiding, de praktische vaardigheden van leerlingen en het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van een leven lang leren voor de behoeften van de arbeidsmarkt door de modernisering van de MTZ-apparatuur van professionele werkplekken en de daarmee verband houdende wijzigingen in de gebouwen van de ISS Ostrovský in Košice. L'obiettivo globale del progetto è migliorare la qualità dell'istruzione e della formazione professionale, le competenze pratiche degli alunni e aumentare la qualità dell'apprendimento lungo tutto l'arco della vita per le esigenze del mercato del lavoro attraverso l'ammodernamento delle attrezzature MTZ dei luoghi di lavoro professionali e le relative modifiche edilizie all'ISS Ostrovský di Košice. Obiettivi specifici del progetto: aumentare il numero di alunni nell'insegnamento pratico per aumentare la qualità dell'istruzione in base alle esigenze del mercato del lavoro, migliorare gli spazi didattici pratici e l'attuale COVAP per migliorare la qualità delle esercitazioni pratiche in preparazione alle professioni future, al fine di creare le condizioni per aumentare il numero di alunni che partecipano direttamente all'insegnamento pratico con il datore di lavoro, al fine di rafforzare il sistema di istruzione e formazione professionale e aumentarne l'attrattiva nel contesto dell'apprendimento permanente e del risparmio dei costi operativi mediante la realizzazione di lavori di costruzione.
