Tvrtka Vile Matilde upravlja apartmanskim naseljem u Vodicama u sklopu kojega se nalazi 66 apartmana (različitih tipova), restoran, beach bar i iznajmljivanje opreme za odmor i rekreaciju. Projektnim ulaganjem povezat će i u jedinstven poslovno-informatički sustav objediniti trenutno nepovezane poslovne procese pojedinih odjela. Na taj će se način osigurati:- povezivanje odjela marketinga, prodaje, naplate, upravljanja zalihama i upravljanja kapacitetima s računovodstvom- poboljšana primjena ICT rješenja u poslovnim procesima i upravljanju imovinom- povećane tehnološko-tehničke kapacitete tvrtke- očuvanje postojećih i stvaranje novih radnih mjesta- poslovnu konkurentnost i jačanje tržišne pozicije. The company Vile Matilade operates the suite of supporters in the Guide consisting of 66 apartments (different types), a restaurant, each bar and the rental of leisure and recreation equipment. The project will bring together, in a single business and IT system, the current unrelated business processes of certain departments. This will ensure that — – linking the department of marketing, selling, charging, stockpile management and capacity management — m- enhanced uptake of ICT solutions in business processes and management of the impacted techno-technical capacity of the company — preserving the existing and creating new jobs — business competitiveness and strengthening the market position. La société Villas Matilde gère un établissement d’appartements à Vodice dans lequel il y a 66 appartements (différents types), restaurant, bar de plage et location d’équipements pour les loisirs. Avec l’investissement dans le projet, il intégrera également dans un système unique d’affaires et d’informatique les processus opérationnels actuellement non connectés de chaque département. De cette manière, il sera assuré:- relier le département du marketing, des ventes, de la facturation, de la gestion des stocks et de la gestion des capacités à la comptabilité- améliorer l’application des solutions TIC dans les processus commerciaux et la gestion des actifs- accroître les capacités technologiques et techniques de l’entreprise- préserver et créer de nouveaux emplois- compétitivité des entreprises et renforcement de la position du marché. Die Firma Villas Matilde verwaltet eine Wohnungssiedlung in Vodice, in der es 66 Wohnungen (verschiedene Arten), Restaurant, Strandbar und Vermietung Ausrüstung für Erholung gibt. Mit der Projektinvestition wird sie auch in ein einzigartiges Business- und Informatiksystem die derzeit nicht vernetzten Geschäftsprozesse einzelner Abteilungen integrieren. Auf diese Weise wird sichergestellt:- Anbindung der Abteilung Marketing, Vertrieb, Rechnungswesen, Bestandsmanagement und Kapazitätsmanagement mit Buchhaltung, verbesserte Anwendung von IKT-Lösungen in Geschäftsprozessen und Asset Management- Erhöhung der technologischen und technischen Kapazitäten des Unternehmens – Erhaltung bestehender und Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze – Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Unternehmen und Stärkung der Marktposition. Het bedrijf Villas Matilde beheert een appartement nederzetting in Vodice waarin er 66 appartementen (verschillende types), restaurant, strand bar en het huren van apparatuur voor recreatie. Met de projectinvestering zal het ook de huidige niet-verbonden bedrijfsprocessen van afzonderlijke afdelingen integreren in een uniek bedrijfs- en informaticasysteem. La società Villas Matilde gestisce un insediamento di appartamenti a Vodice all'interno del quale ci sono 66 appartamenti (diversi tipi), ristorante, bar sulla spiaggia e noleggio attrezzature per la ricreazione. Con l'investimento del progetto, integrerà anche in un unico sistema aziendale e informatico i processi aziendali attualmente non collegati dei singoli reparti. In questo modo, sarà garantito:- collegare il dipartimento di marketing, vendite, fatturazione, gestione dell'inventario e gestione delle capacità con la contabilità- una migliore applicazione delle soluzioni ICT nei processi aziendali e nella gestione patrimoniale- maggiori capacità tecnologiche e tecniche dell'azienda- preservare gli attuali e creare nuovi posti di lavoro- competitività aziendale e rafforzare la posizione di mercato.
