U svrhu daljnjeg razvoja poslovanja Prijavitelj će ulagati u implementaciju normi ISO 9001 i ISO 27001, odnosno dostizanje primjenjive razine standarda međusobno priznatih razina kvalitete i upravljanja uslugama u svrhu isporuke kvalitetne usluge klijentima. Ovim projektom tvrtka će eliminirati zabrinutost sadašnjih i budućih klijenata glede sigurnosti njihovih podataka koji su tvrtki povjereni na upravljanje. Isto tako, uvođenjem sustava kvalitete, daje se jasna poruka zaposlenicima, partnerima i tržištu da je zadovoljstvo korisnika glavni interes Prijavitelja. (Croatian)

For the purpose of further development of the business, the applicant will invest in the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and to achieve the applicable standard level of standards with mutually recognised levels of quality and service management for the delivery of a quality service to clients. With this project, the company will eliminate the concerns of current and future clients regarding the security of their data entrusted to the management by the firms. It also provides a clear signal to employees, partners and the market, through the introduction of a quality system, that user satisfaction is the principal interest of the applicant. (English)

Afin de poursuivre le développement des activités, la requérante investira dans la mise en œuvre des normes ISO 9001 et ISO 27001, c’est-à-dire atteindre le niveau applicable de normes de qualité et de gestion des services mutuellement reconnues afin de fournir un service de qualité aux clients. Avec ce projet, l’entreprise éliminera les préoccupations des clients actuels et futurs quant à la sécurité de leurs données confiées à l’entreprise à gérer. De même, en introduisant un système de qualité, il donne un message clair aux employés, aux partenaires et au marché que la satisfaction du client est l’intérêt principal du rapporteur. (French)

Für die Zwecke der weiteren Geschäftsentwicklung wird der Antragsteller in die Umsetzung der ISO 9001 und ISO 27001-Normen investieren, d. h. das anwendbare Niveau an Standards von gegenseitig anerkanntem Qualitäts- und Servicemanagement erreichen, um den Kunden einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service zu bieten. Mit diesem Projekt wird das Unternehmen die aktuellen und zukünftigen Kundenbedenken über die Sicherheit ihrer Daten, die dem Unternehmen zu verwalten anvertraut werden, beseitigen. Ebenso gibt es durch die Einführung eines Qualitätssicherungssystems eine klare Botschaft an Mitarbeiter, Partner und den Markt, dass die Kundenzufriedenheit das Hauptinteresse des Reporters ist. Met het oog op verdere bedrijfsontwikkeling zal de aanvrager investeren in de implementatie van ISO 9001- en ISO 27001-normen, d.w.z. het bereiken van het toepasselijke niveau van normen voor wederzijds erkende niveaus van kwaliteits- en dienstverleningsbeheer om kwaliteitsdiensten aan klanten te leveren. Met dit project elimineert het bedrijf de bezorgdheid van huidige en toekomstige klanten over de veiligheid van hun gegevens die aan het bedrijf worden toevertrouwd om te beheren. Ook door de invoering van een kwaliteitssysteem geeft het een duidelijke boodschap aan werknemers, partners en de markt dat klanttevredenheid het belangrijkste belang van de Reporter is. (Dutch)

Ai fini dell'ulteriore sviluppo del business, il richiedente investirà nell'attuazione delle norme ISO 9001 e ISO 27001, vale a dire raggiungere il livello applicabile di livelli di qualità e di gestione del servizio reciprocamente riconosciuti al fine di fornire un servizio di qualità ai clienti. Con questo progetto, l'azienda eliminerà le preoccupazioni attuali e future dei clienti circa la sicurezza dei loro dati affidati all'azienda per la gestione. Allo stesso modo, introducendo un sistema di qualità, dà un chiaro messaggio ai dipendenti, ai partner e al mercato che la soddisfazione del cliente è il principale interesse del Reporter. (Italian)
