Projektom "IT park Osijek" planira se izgraditi zgrada "IT poslovni centar" namijenjena za razvoj manjih/mlađih tvrtki i urediti neophodna infrastruktura za dovođenje zgrade "IT poslovni centar" i okolnih parcela u funkciju. Okolne parcele ponudit će se potencijalnim investitorima koji zapošljavaju veći broj ljudi i planiraju dodatno rasti, te koji su voljni i sposobni samostalno investirati i graditi svoj objekt. Okupljanjem ICT tvrtki na jednome mjestu stvorit će se sinergijski efekt kroz razmjenu iskustava, znanja i poslovnih prilika. Projektom IT parka stvoriti će se nova, adekvatna i atraktivna poduzetnička infrastruktura koja za cilj ima omogućiti privlačenje, rasti i razvoj tvrtki iz IT sektora. (Croatian)

The ‘Osijek IT park’ project is planned to build an ‘IT business centre’ building for the development of smaller/younger companies and to provide the necessary infrastructure to bring the building ‘IT business centre’ and surrounding parcels to function. Surrounding parcels will offer potential investors to recruit more people and intend to grow further, willing and able to invest and build their facilities on their own. Bringing together ICT businesses will create synergies through exchanges of experience, knowledge and business opportunities. The IT Park project will create new, adequate and attractive entrepreneurial infrastructure that aims to attract, grow and develop companies from the IT sector. (English)

Das Projekt „IT park Osijek“ plant den Bau eines Gebäudes „IT Business Center“ für die Entwicklung kleinerer/jungen Unternehmen und die notwendige Infrastruktur für die Inbetriebnahme des Gebäudes „IT Business Center“ und die umliegenden Grundstücke. Die umliegenden Grundstücke werden potenziellen Investoren angeboten, die mehr Mitarbeiter beschäftigen und weiter wachsen wollen und bereit und in der Lage sind, ihre Anlage unabhängig zu investieren und zu bauen. Die Zusammenführung von IKT-Unternehmen an einem Ort wird einen synergistischen Effekt durch den Austausch von Erfahrungen, Wissen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten schaffen. Mit dem IT-Park-Projekt wird eine neue, angemessene und attraktive unternehmerische Infrastruktur geschaffen, die die Anziehung, das Wachstum und die Entwicklung von Unternehmen aus der IT-Branche ermöglichen soll. Het project „IT park Osijek” is van plan om een gebouw „IT business center” te bouwen dat bedoeld is voor de ontwikkeling van kleinere/jonge bedrijven en de nodige infrastructuur te regelen om het gebouw „IT business center” en de omliggende percelen in gebruik te nemen. De omliggende percelen zullen worden aangeboden aan potentiële investeerders die meer mensen in dienst hebben en van plan zijn om verder te groeien, en die bereid en in staat zijn om zelfstandig te investeren en hun faciliteit te bouwen. Het samenbrengen van ICT-bedrijven op één plaats zal leiden tot een synergetisch effect door de uitwisseling van ervaringen, kennis en zakelijke kansen. Het IT-parkproject zal een nieuwe, adequate en aantrekkelijke ondernemingsinfrastructuur creëren die gericht is op het aantrekken, groeien en ontwikkelen van bedrijven uit de IT-sector. (Dutch)

Il progetto "IT park Osijek" sta progettando di costruire un edificio "IT business center" destinato allo sviluppo di piccole imprese/giovani e organizzare le infrastrutture necessarie per portare l'edificio "IT business center" e i terreni circostanti in funzione. I terreni circostanti saranno offerti ai potenziali investitori che impiegano più persone e intendono crescere ulteriormente, e che sono disposti e in grado di investire e costruire in modo indipendente la loro struttura. Riunire le imprese TIC in un unico luogo creerà un effetto sinergico attraverso lo scambio di esperienze, conoscenze e opportunità commerciali. Il progetto del parco informatico creerà una nuova, adeguata e attraente infrastruttura imprenditoriale che mira a consentire l'attrazione, la crescita e lo sviluppo di imprese del settore IT.
