Projekta ietvaros tiks veikta degradētās teritorijas revitalizācija Limbažu pilsētas ZA daļā, nodrošinot vides ilgtspēju veicinošu teritoriālo izaugsmi un jaunu darba vietu radīšanu.Projekta galvenās darbības ir: būvprojekta izstrāde, ražošanas ēkas būvniecība, tajā skaitā teritorijas labiekārtošana, būvdarbu autoruzraudzība un būvuzraudzība.Projekta rezultātā tiks uzbūvētā 1421 m2 ražošanas ēka, 2915 m2 asfaltbetona laukumi un labiekārtota teritorija atbilstoši spēkā esošajiem būvnormatīviem un izstrādātajam būvprojektam. Projekts tiks īstenots 11 mēnešu laikā pēc vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas. Tā kopējās izmaksas ir 1195498.22 EUR, tajā skaitā 937003.36 EUR ERAF līdzfinansējums. (Latvian)

Development of the construction project, construction of a production building, including territory improvement, author supervision and construction supervision.The project will result in construction of a 1421 m² production building, 2915 m² of asphalt concrete squares and a well-maintained territory in accordance with the existing construction standards and developed construction project. The project will be implemented within 11 months after the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the project. Dans le cadre du projet, la revitalisation du territoire dégradé dans la partie NA de la ville de Limbazi sera réalisée, assurant la croissance territoriale et la création de nouveaux emplois propices à la durabilité environnementale. Les principales activités du projet sont les suivantes: développement d’une conception de construction, construction d’un bâtiment de production, y compris l’amélioration du terrain, supervision auteur des travaux de construction et supervision de la construction.A la suite du projet, 1 421 m² de bâtiment de production, 2 915 m² de carrés en béton bitumineux et territoire paysagé seront construits conformément aux normes de construction en vigueur et à la conception de construction développée. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird die Wiederbelebung des degradierten Territoriums im NA-Teil der Stadt Limbazi durchgeführt, um das territoriale Wachstum und die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze zu gewährleisten, die der ökologischen Nachhaltigkeit förderlich sind. Die Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts sind: Entwicklung einer Bauplanung, Bau eines Produktionsgebäudes, einschließlich Bodenverbesserung, Bauaufsicht und Bauaufsicht. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden 1 421 m² Produktionsgebäude, 2 915 m² Asphaltbetonquadrat und Landschaftsgebiet nach den geltenden Baunormen und der entwickelten Bauplanung gebaut. In het kader van het project zal het aangetaste gebied in het NA-deel van Limbazi stad nieuw leven worden ingeblazen, waardoor territoriale groei en het scheppen van nieuwe banen die bevorderlijk zijn voor milieuduurzaamheid worden gewaarborgd. Nell'ambito del progetto, verrà effettuata la rivitalizzazione del territorio degradato nella parte NA della città di Limbazi, garantendo la crescita territoriale e la creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro che favoriscano la sostenibilità ambientale. Le principali attività del progetto sono: sviluppo di un progetto di costruzione, costruzione di un edificio di produzione, compreso il miglioramento del terreno, la supervisione dell'autore dei lavori di costruzione e la supervisione della costruzione. Come risultato del progetto, 1 421 m² di edificio di produzione, 2 915 m² di piazze in cemento asfalto e territorio paesaggistico sarà costruito in conformità con le norme di costruzione in vigore e la progettazione di costruzione sviluppata.
