Projekta mērķis ir samazināt plūdu apdraudējumu Brīvzemnieku, Alojas un Staiceles pagastā, Alojas novadā, palielināt pagastu iedzīvotāju drošību, tādējādi veicinot uzņēmējdarbības attīstību teritorijā un uzlabojot iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāti. Projekta galvenās darbības ir valsts nozīmes ūdensnotekas Jogla, ŪSIK kods 5416:01, pik. 32/55 -148/00, 204/10 -310/55 atjaunošana. Tai skaitā projektēšana, būvdarbu veikšana, būvuzraudzība, autoruzraudzība un projekta vadība. Projekta izpildes rezultātā tiks atjaunota valsts nozīmes ūdensnoteka Jogla, samazinot plūdu draudus 89 Brīvzemnieku, Alojas un Staiceles pagasta iedzīvotājiem plūdu draudu skartajā 233 ha teritorijā. Pēc projekta īstenošanas tiks palielināta dabas teritoriju vērtība, pievilcīgums un nodrošināta produktīva teritorijas izmantošana. Projekta īstenošanas kopējās izmaksas ir 912482,74 EUR, no kuriem ERAF atbalsta apjoms ir 85% jeb 775610,33 EUR. Projekta īstenošanu plānots pabeigt 30 mēnešu laikā no līguma par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas. Projekta atbalstāmās darbības - priekšdarbi būvniecības ierosināšanai ir uzsākti 2016. gada jūnijā un būvprojektēšana ir uzsākta 2017. gada jūlijā pirms līguma par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanu. The aim of the project is to reduce the risk of flooding in the rural municipalities of Brīvzemnieki, Alojas and Staicele, Aloja district, to increase the safety of the parish inhabitants, thus promoting the development of entrepreneurship in the territory and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants. The main activities of the project are watercooks of national importance Jogla, USIK code 5416:01, pik. 32/55-148/00, 204/10-310/55 renewal. This includes designing, execution of construction works, construction supervision, author supervision and project management. As a result of the project, the watercourse of the state importance will be restored in the territory of 233 ha affected by flood threats, reducing the risk of flooding for 89 residents of Freelanders, Aloja and Staicele parish. After the implementation of the project, the value, attractiveness and productive use of the territory will be increased. The total cost of project implementation is EUR 912482,74, of which ERDF support amount is 85 % or EUR 775610,33. Project implementation is planned to be completed within 30 months from the conclusion of the contract on project implementation. The project’s supported activities – the preliminary works for the initiation of construction started in June 2016 and the construction project was started in July 2017 before signing the contract on the implementation of the project. L’objectif du projet est de réduire les risques d’inondation dans les paroisses de Brīvzemnieki, d’Aloja et de Staiceles, dans la municipalité d’Aloja, afin d’accroître la sécurité des habitants des paroisses, contribuant ainsi au développement des affaires sur le territoire et à l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des habitants. Les principales activités du projet sont les gouttières d’importance nationale Jogla, code WSIC 5416:01, brochet. 32/55-148/00, 204/10-310/55 renouvellement. Y compris la conception, les travaux de construction, la supervision de la construction, la supervision de l’auteur et la gestion de projet. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, la régulation de l’eau d’importance nationale sera rétablie à Jogla, réduisant ainsi le risque d’inondation de 89 habitants de la paroisse de Brivibas, d’Aloja et de Staiceles dans la zone de 233 ha touchée par la menace d’inondation. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, la valeur, l’attractivité et l’utilisation productive du site seront accrues. Le coût total de la mise en œuvre du projet s’élève à 912 482,74 EUR, dont le montant du soutien du FEDER s’élève à 85 %, soit 775 610,33 EUR. La mise en œuvre du projet devrait être achevée dans les 30 mois suivant la conclusion de l’accord de mise en œuvre du projet. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Hochwasserrisiko in den Pfarreien Brīvzemnieki, Aloja und Staiceles in der Gemeinde Aloja zu verringern, um die Sicherheit der Einwohner der Pfarreien zu erhöhen und so zur Entwicklung der Wirtschaft auf dem Territorium beizutragen und die Lebensqualität der Einwohner zu verbessern. Die Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts sind Wasserrinne von nationaler Bedeutung Jogla, WSIC-Code 5416:01, Hecht. 32/55-148/00, 204/10-310/55 Verlängerung. Einschließlich Design, Bauarbeiten, Bauaufsicht, Autorenaufsicht und Projektmanagement. Durch die Durchführung des Projekts wird Jogla die Wasserregulierung von nationaler Bedeutung wiederhergestellt, wodurch das Risiko einer Überschwemmung von 89 Einwohnern der Pfarrei Brivibas, Aloja und Staiceles im Gebiet von 233 ha, die von der Hochwassergefahr betroffen sind, verringert wird. Nach der Umsetzung des Projekts werden Wert, Attraktivität und produktive Nutzung des Standorts erhöht. Die Gesamtkosten für die Durchführung des Projekts betragen 912 482,74 EUR, davon 85 % oder 775 610,33 EUR. Die Projektdurchführung soll innerhalb von 30 Monaten nach Abschluss der Projektdurchführungsvereinbarung abgeschlossen werden. Die vom Projekt zu unterstützenden Aktivitäten – die Vorbereitungsarbeiten für den Baubeginn wurden im Juni 2016 begonnen und die Bauplanung wurde im Juli 2017 vor Unterzeichnung der Projektdurchführungsvereinbarung begonnen. Doel van het project is de overstromingsrisico’s in de parochies Brīvzemnieki, Aloja en Staiceles, gemeente Aloja, te verminderen, om de veiligheid van de inwoners van de parochies te vergroten en aldus bij te dragen tot de ontwikkeling van het bedrijfsleven op het grondgebied en de levenskwaliteit van de inwoners te verbeteren. De belangrijkste activiteiten van het project zijn watergoten van nationaal belang Jogla, WSIC code 5416:01, snoek. 32/55-148/00, 204/10-310/55 verlenging. Met inbegrip van ontwerp, bouwwerken, bouwtoezicht, auteurstoezicht en projectmanagement. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal de waterregeling van nationaal belang worden hersteld naar Jogla, waardoor het risico op overstromingen van 89 inwoners van de parochie Brivibas, Aloja en Staiceles in het door de overstromingen bedreigde gebied van 233 ha wordt verminderd. Na de uitvoering van het project zullen de waarde, de aantrekkelijkheid en het productieve gebruik van de site worden verhoogd. De totale kosten van de uitvoering van het project bedragen 912 482,74 EUR, waarvan het bedrag aan EFRO-steun 85 % of 775 610,33 EUR bedraagt. De projectuitvoering zal naar verwachting binnen 30 maanden na de sluiting van de projectuitvoeringsovereenkomst worden voltooid. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di ridurre il rischio di alluvioni nelle parrocchie di Brīvzemnieki, Aloja e Staiceles, comune di Aloja, per aumentare la sicurezza degli abitanti delle parrocchie, contribuendo in tal modo allo sviluppo dell'attività nel territorio e al miglioramento della qualità della vita degli abitanti. Le principali attività del progetto sono grondaie d'acqua di importanza nazionale Jogla, codice WSIC 5416:01, luccio. 32/55-148/00, 204/10-310/55 rinnovo. Tra cui progettazione, lavori di costruzione, supervisione della costruzione, supervisione dell'autore e gestione del progetto. A seguito dell'attuazione del progetto, la regolazione dell'acqua di rilevanza nazionale sarà ripristinata a Jogla, riducendo il rischio di inondazioni di 89 abitanti della parrocchia di Brivibas, Aloja e Staiceles nella zona di 233 ettari colpita dalla minaccia alluvionale. Dopo l'attuazione del progetto, il valore, l'attrattiva e l'uso produttivo del sito saranno aumentati.
