Projekta mērķis ir ražošanas jaudu palielināšana SIA “Stiga RM” piederošajā bērza saplākšņa rūpnīcā Kuldīgā, Meistaru iela 1. Lai to nodrošinātu rūpnīcas teritorijā ir paredzēts izbūvēt jaunu ražošanas ēku ar kopējo platību 2390m2, kur tiks izvietots ražošanas iecirknis, kas nodrošinās finiera skaidas sagatavošanu un kvalitātes uzlabošanu pirms saplākšņa šķērsskaidas salīmes, tādā veidā nodrošinot efektīvāku ražošanas procesu. Nozare, kurā darbojas Projekta iesniedzējs,- NACE 2: 16.21. “Finiera lokšņu un koka paneļu ražošana”, un tā atbilst RIS3 specializācijas jomai “Zināšanu-ietilpīga bio-ekonomika”. llGalvenās projekta darbības: -Projektēšana;-Rūpnieciskās ražošanas ēkas būvniecība;Projekta realizācijas rezultātā ir paredzēts, ka bērza saplākšņa ražošanas jaudas rūpnīcā tiks palielinātas par 60%, nodrošinot 21 jaunu darba vietu Kuldīgas pilsētā. Iekārtu, kas tiks uzstādītas jaunajā ražošanas ēkā iegādes izmaksas tiek finansētas ārpus projekta izmaksām.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 1 552 434,04 EUR, no kurām visas ir Projekta attiecināmās izmaksas, kopējais ERAF atbalsts 45% no Projekta attiecināmajām izmaksām: 698 595,32 EUR. Projekta ilgums 17 mēneši no brīža, kad tiks parakstīts līgums ar CFLA (provizoriski 2020.gada aprīlī). Projekts sniegs ieguldījumu RIS3 Tautsaimniecības transformācijas virziena Nr.1 “Ražošanas un eksporta struktūras maiņa tradicionālajās tautsaimniecības nozarēs” 1.prioritātei, tā kā Projekta ietvaros tiks nodrošināta efektīvāka pirmapstrādes produktu (bērza finierkluču) izmantošana augstākas pievienotās vērtības produktu (bērza saplāksnis) ražošanai. In order to ensure this, it is planned to build a new production building with a total area of 2390 m² on the site of the plant, where a production site will be located, which will ensure the preparation and improvement of the plywood chips before the plywood cross-section, thus ensuring a more efficient production process. Key project activities: — Designing;-Industrial production building construction; As a result of the project, it is expected that birch plywood production capacity will be increased by 60 %, providing 21 new jobs in Kuldīga. The purchase costs of equipment, which will be installed in the new production building, are financed outside the project costs.The total project costs are EUR 1552434,04, all of which are project eligible costs, total ERDF support 45 % of the eligible costs of the project: EUR 698595,32. Duration of the project 17 months from the moment when the contract with CFLA will be signed (provisionally in April 2020). L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la capacité de production de l’usine de contreplaqué de bouleau à Kuldīga, détenue par SIA «Stiga RM», Meistaru iela 1. Pour ce faire, il est prévu de construire un nouveau bâtiment industriel d’une superficie totale de 2 390 m² dans la zone d’usine, où sera installée une unité de production, ce qui assurera la préparation et l’amélioration de la qualité des copeaux de placage avant les adhésifs en contreplaqué, assurant ainsi un processus de production plus efficace. Sektor, in dem der Antragsteller tätig ist – NACE 2: 16.21. „Herstellung von Furnierblättern und Holzplatten“ und fällt in den Bereich der Spezialisierung der RIS3 „Wissensintensive Bioökonomie“. Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts: —Projektierung;-Bau eines industriellen Produktionsgebäudes; Als Ergebnis des Projekts ist vorgesehen, dass die Produktionskapazität von Birkensperrholz in der Fabrik um 60 % erhöht wird, wodurch 21 neue Arbeitsplätze in der Stadt Kuldiga geschaffen werden. Die Kosten für den Kauf der Ausrüstung, die in das neue Produktionsgebäude eingebaut werden soll, werden außerhalb der Projektkosten finanziert.Die Gesamtkosten des Projekts belaufen sich auf 1 552 434,04 EUR, davon sind alle förderfähige Kosten des Projekts, insgesamt 45 % der förderfähigen Kosten des Projekts aus dem EFRE: Projektlaufzeit 17 Monate nach Unterzeichnung des Vertrags mit der CFCA (vorläufig im April 2020).
