- Projekta mērķis. Projekta mērķis ir uzbūvēt jaunu stikla šķiedras izstrādājumu ražošanas ēku (Saskaņā ar MK 2009.gada 22.decembra noteikumi Nr. 1620 “Noteikumi par būvju klasifikāciju”, jaunā ražošanas ēka ar visiem nepieciešamajiem infrastruktūras pieslēgumiem, atbilst būvju klasifikātora 1251 apakškodam “Rūpnieciskās ražošanas ēkas”) ar visiem nepieciešamajiem infrastruktūras pieslēgumiem, kas būtu piemērota lielgabarīta stikla šķiedras izstrādājumu ražošanai, lai būtiski uzlabotu apstrādes nozares komersanta esošā ražošanas procesa efektivitāti un iespēju palielināt apgrozījumu. - Komersanta nozare. SIA "Norplast" pamatdarbības nozare saskaņā ar NACE 2.red. ir 22.23 Plastmasas būvelementu ražošana. SIA "Norplast" RIS3 specializācijas joma ir “Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas”, zem kuras ietilpst uzņēmuma ražotie produkti: “Stikla šķiedras izstrādājumi”.- Plānotie rezultāti. Projekta ietvaros tiek plānots sasniegti sekojošus rezultātus: •Uzbūvēt un nodot ekspluatācijā jaunu ražošanas ēku ap 1030 m2 platībā ar ražošanas ēkai nepieciešamajiem ārējiem un iekšējiem inženiertīkliem un iekšējo laukumu atbilstoši izstrādātajam tehniskajam projektam un iepirkumam;•Aprīkot jaunuzbūvēto ražošanas ēku ar ēkai un ražošanai nepieciešamajām iekārtām un aprīkojumu;•Pieņemt darbā vismaz 9 jaunus darbiniekus, t.sk. 3 jaunus darbiniekus projekta ieviešanas periodā un 6 projekta uzraudzības periodā, atbilstoši atbalsta programmas nosacījumiem;•Uzsākt ražošanu jaunuzbūvētajā ražošanas ēkā.-Projekta izmaksas. Kopējās projekta izmaksas ir 877 963,71 EUR, t.sk. projekta attiecināmās izmaksas ir 783 000,30 EUR. Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda finansējums ir 352 350,13 EUR.-Projekta īstenošanas ilgums.Kopējais projekta īstenošanas ilgums ir plānots 20 mēnešu laikā, kopš līguma ar CFLA parakstīšanas brīža. L’objectif du projet est de construire un nouveau bâtiment de fabrication de produits en fibre de verre (conformément au règlement du Cabinet no 1620 du 22 décembre 2009 «Règlements sur la classification des structures», un nouveau bâtiment de fabrication avec toutes les connexions d’infrastructure nécessaires, conforme au sous-code 1251 de la classification «Bâtiments industriels de fabrication») avec toutes les connexions d’infrastructure nécessaires à la fabrication de produits en fibre de verre volumineux afin d’améliorer considérablement l’efficacité du processus de fabrication existant dans l’industrie de transformation et la possibilité d’augmenter le chiffre d’affaires. — Secteur des opérateurs économiques. Le secteur d’activité principal de SIA «NORPLAST» selon la NACE Rév. 2 est le 22.23 Fabrication d’éléments de construction en plastique. Le domaine de spécialisation de SIA «NORPLAST» RIS3 est «Matériaux intelligents, technologies et systèmes d’ingénierie», dans lequel les produits fabriqués par l’entreprise sont inclus: «Produits en fibre de verre».- Résultats prévus. Dans le cadre du projet, les résultats suivants sont prévus: •Construire et commander un nouveau bâtiment industriel d’une superficie d’environ 1 030 m² avec des réseaux d’ingénierie externes et internes nécessaires au bâtiment de production et à l’espace interne selon la conception technique et l’acquisition développées;•Équipement du bâtiment industriel nouvellement construit avec l’équipement et l’équipement nécessaires au bâtiment et à la production;•Recruter au moins 9 nouveaux employés, dont: 3 nouveaux employés pendant la période de mise en œuvre du projet et 6 pendant la période de suivi du projet, selon les conditions du programme de soutien;•Début de la production dans le bâtiment de production nouvellement construit.-Coûts du projet. Der Haupttätigkeitsbereich der SIA „NORPLAST“ gemäß NACE Rev. 2 ist 22.23 Herstellung von Bauelementen aus Kunststoff. Das Fachgebiet der Spezialisierung von SIA „NORPLAST“ RIS3 ist „Intelligente Werkstoffe, Technologien und Engineering-Systeme“, unter denen die vom Unternehmen hergestellten Produkte enthalten sind: „Glasfaserprodukte“.- Geplante Ergebnisse. Im Rahmen des Projekts sind folgende Ergebnisse geplant: • Bau und Inbetriebnahme eines neuen Industriegebäudes mit einer Fläche von ca. 1 030 m² mit externen und internen Engineering-Netzwerken, die für das Produktionsgebäude und den Innenbereich entsprechend der entwickelten technischen Planung und Beschaffung erforderlich sind;•Ausstattung des neu errichteten Industriegebäudes mit den für den Bau und die Produktion erforderlichen Ausrüstungen und Ausrüstungen;•Einstellung von mindestens 9 neuen Mitarbeitern, darunter: 3 neue Mitarbeiter während der Projektdurchführung und 6 während des Projektüberwachungszeitraums, entsprechend den Bedingungen des Förderprogramms;• Beginn der Produktion im neu errichteten Produktionsgebäude.- Projektkosten. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di costruire un nuovo edificio per la produzione di prodotti in fibra di vetro (conformemente al regolamento n. 1620 del 22 dicembre 2009 "Regolamenti sulla classificazione delle strutture", un nuovo edificio con tutti i collegamenti infrastrutturali necessari, conforme al sottocodice 1251 della classificazione edile "Edifici industriali") con tutti i collegamenti infrastrutturali necessari per la fabbricazione di prodotti in fibra di vetro ingombranti al fine di migliorare significativamente l'efficienza del processo produttivo esistente dell'industria di trasformazione e la possibilità di aumentare il fatturato. — Settore dell'operatore economico. Il settore di attività principale di SIA "NORPLAST" secondo la NACE Rev. 2 è 22.23 Fabbricazione di elementi da costruzione in plastica. Il campo di specializzazione di SIA "NORPLAST" RIS3 è "Materiali intelligenti, tecnologie e sistemi di ingegneria", in cui sono inclusi i prodotti fabbricati dall'azienda: "Prodotti in fibra di vetro".- Risultati pianificati. Nell'ambito del progetto sono previsti i seguenti risultati: •Costruire e commissionare un nuovo edificio industriale con una superficie di circa 1 030 m² con reti di ingegneria esterne ed interne necessarie per l'edificio produttivo e l'area interna secondo la progettazione tecnica e l'approvvigionamento sviluppato;•Attrezzatura dell'edificio industriale di nuova costruzione con le attrezzature e le attrezzature necessarie per l'edificio e la produzione;•Assunzione di almeno 9 nuovi dipendenti, tra cui: 3 nuovi dipendenti durante il periodo di attuazione del progetto e 6 durante il periodo di monitoraggio del progetto, secondo le condizioni del programma di sostegno;•Avviare la produzione nell'edificio di nuova costruzione.-Costi del progetto.
