Projekta mērķis ir turpināt attīstīt uzņēmuma pamatdarbības nozari - palešu bortu ražošanu, samazināt pašizmaksu, paplašināt palešu bortu klāstu un piedāvāt jauna pielietojuma bortus. Projekta īstenošanas gaitā:- paaugstināsies uzņēmuma produktivitāte (palešu bortu ražošanas apjoms palielināsies, nodrošinot apgrozījuma pieaugumu salīdzinot ar 2015.gadu);- Ražošanā tiks ieviestas divas jaunas tehnoloģijas, kuras izstrādāja uzņēmums ar saviem partneriem un kuras nepieciešamas pārbaudīt reālajā ražošanas vidē; -Ražošanā tiks ieviesti jauni produkti; -Ieguldījumi pētniecībā, attīstībā un inovācijās projekta ietvaros sastādīs ap 1,22 miljoniem EUR. Pēc projekta īstenošanas ieguldījumi P&A darbos sastādīs vismaz 37,2 tūkst. EUR, kā arī tiks izveidota P&A darbvieta; -Uzņēmums paplašinās savas kompetences RIS3 prioritārajā nozarē – metālapstrādes nozarē.Projekta kopējās izmaksas plānotas 5 341 990 EUR apmērā. No tām 3 499 840 EUR ir attiecināmās izmaksas, kas paredzētas iekārtu iegādei, savukārt 1 842 150 EUR ir neattiecināmās izmaksas, kas attiecas uz ražošanas ēku būvniecību. ERAF līdzfinansējums iekārtu iegādei sastādīs 35% un sasniegs 1 224 944 EUR.Projekta ilgums plānots 36 mēneši. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to continue to develop the company’s main activity sector – pallet board production, reduce cost price, expand the range of pallet boards and offer new application boards. During the implementation of the project:- the company’s productivity will increase (the production volume of pallet boards will increase, ensuring an increase in turnover compared to 2015);- In the production, two new technologies developed by the company with its partners will be introduced, which need to be tested in a real production environment; — New products will be introduced into production; — Investments in research, development and innovation within the project will amount to approximately 1.22 million euro. After project implementation investments in P&A works will amount to at least 37.2 thousand. EUR, and a P & amp will be created;A workplace; — The company will expand its expertise in the RIS3 priority sector – metalworking industry.The total project costs are planned to amount to EUR 5341990. Of these, EUR 3499840 is the eligible costs for the purchase of equipment, while EUR 1842150 is ineligible costs relating to the construction of industrial buildings. L’objectif du projet est de poursuivre le développement de l’activité principale de l’entreprise — la production de panneaux de palettes, de réduire le prix de revient, d’élargir la gamme des planches à palettes et d’offrir de nouvelles cartes d’application. Au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet:- la productivité de l’entreprise augmentera (le volume de production des panneaux de palettes augmentera, ce qui augmentera le chiffre d’affaires par rapport à 2015);- deux nouvelles technologies développées par l’entreprise avec ses partenaires, qui doivent être testées dans l’environnement de production réel, seront introduites dans la production; —De nouveaux produits seront introduits dans la production; — Les investissements dans la RDI dans le cadre du projet s’élèveront à environ 1,22 million d’euros. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, l’investissement dans P&A s’élèvera au moins à 37,2000 EUR. EUR et un poste P&Un emploi sera créé; — L’entreprise élargira ses compétences dans le secteur prioritaire RIS3 — le secteur de la métallurgie. Le coût total du projet est estimé à 5 341 990 EUR. Sur ce total, 3 499 840 EUR sont des coûts éligibles pour l’achat d’équipements, tandis que 1 842 150 EUR sont des coûts inéligibles liés à la construction de bâtiments industriels. Ziel des Projekts ist die Weiterentwicklung des Kerngeschäfts des Unternehmens – die Herstellung von Palettenplatten, die Senkung des Kostenpreises, die Erweiterung der Palettenplatten und das Angebot neuer Anwendungsplatten. Während der Durchführung des Projekts:- die Produktivität des Unternehmens wird steigen (das Produktionsvolumen der Palettenplatten wird steigen, was eine Steigerung des Umsatzes gegenüber 2015 bedeutet);- zwei neue Technologien, die das Unternehmen mit seinen Partnern entwickelt hat, die im realen Produktionsumfeld getestet werden müssen, werden in die Produktion eingeführt; —Neue Produkte werden in die Produktion eingeführt; — Investitionen in FuEuI innerhalb des Projekts werden sich auf rund 1,22 Mio. EUR belaufen. Nach der Durchführung des Projekts wird sich die Investition in P&A auf mindestens 37,2 Tausend Euro belaufen. EUR und ein P&Ein Arbeitsplatz wird geschaffen; — Das Unternehmen wird seine Kompetenzen im RIS3-Prioritätssektor – der metallverarbeitenden Industrie – ausbauen. Die Gesamtkosten des Projekts werden auf 5 341 990 EUR geschätzt. Davon sind 3 499 840 EUR förderfähige Kosten für den Kauf von Ausrüstung, während 1 842 150 EUR nicht förderfähige Kosten im Zusammenhang mit dem Bau von Industriegebäuden sind. Het doel van het project is om de kernactiviteiten van het bedrijf verder te ontwikkelen — palletplaatproductie, de kostprijs te verlagen, het assortiment palletborden uit te breiden en nieuwe applicatieborden aan te bieden. Tijdens de uitvoering van het project:- de productiviteit van het bedrijf zal toenemen (het productievolume van palletborden zal toenemen, waardoor de omzet toeneemt ten opzichte van 2015);- twee nieuwe technologieën die door het bedrijf met haar partners zijn ontwikkeld, die in de echte productieomgeving moeten worden getest, zullen in de productie worden geïntroduceerd; —Nieuwe producten zullen in productie worden gebracht; — De investeringen in O & O & I binnen het project bedragen ongeveer 1,22 miljoen EUR. Na de uitvoering van het project zal de investering in P&A ten minste 37,2 duizend euro bedragen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di sviluppare ulteriormente il core business dell'azienda — produzione di pannelli per pallet, ridurre il prezzo dei costi, ampliare la gamma di pannelli per pallet e offrire nuovi pannelli applicativi. Durante l'attuazione del progetto:- la produttività dell'azienda aumenterà (il volume di produzione dei pannelli per pallet aumenterà, con un aumento del fatturato rispetto al 2015);- verranno introdotte in produzione due nuove tecnologie sviluppate dall'azienda con i suoi partner, che devono essere testate nell'ambiente di produzione reale; —I nuovi prodotti saranno introdotti nella produzione; — Gli investimenti in R & S & I all'interno del progetto ammonteranno a circa 1,22 milioni di euro. Dopo l'attuazione del progetto, l'investimento in P&A ammonterà ad almeno 37,2 mila euro. Sarà creato un posto di lavoro in EUR e P& — L'azienda amplierà le sue competenze nel settore prioritario RIS3 — il settore della lavorazione dei metalli. Il costo totale del progetto è stimato a 5 341 990 EUR.
