De opleidingsentiteiten die deel uitmaken van het CIF van het GLB, zijn sterk betrokken bij de regio, met name in het economisch, sociaal en cultureel weefsel. Bij de diagnose van de opleidingsbehoeften waren lokale werkgevers betrokken die als voornaamste uitgangspunt de overeenstemming tussen de bestaande opleidingsbehoeften en het bedrijfsleven hebben, teneinde bij te dragen tot de toename van de beroepskwalificatie van de bevolking op het platteland.
