En tant qu’organe technique, l’AICEP assure, entre autres fonctions, l’analyse des projets candidats à Compete avec une composante de son domaine d’intervention, ainsi que le dialogue avec le promoteur. Als technisches Gremium stellt AICEP unter anderem die Analyse der Kandidatenprojekte für den Wettbewerb mit einem Teil seines Interventionsbereichs sowie den Dialog mit dem Projektträger sicher. Die Tätigkeit von AICEP im Bereich der Anreize ist Gegenstand der Trennung von Funktionen auf verschiedenen Ebenen, wie oben erwähnt, mit einer qualifizierten technischen Struktur. (German)
