In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass die soziale Zusammensetzung des GAT Bairro aus Familien besteht, die anfällig für soziale Risiken und schlechte finanzielle Bedingungen sind, zielt die Gemeinde Mirandela durch die Umsetzung von PAICD 2 darauf ab, die physischen Bedingungen von Wohnraum zu verbessern, insbesondere in Bezug auf Gesundheit und Hygiene, Sicherheit, thermischer Komfort, Energieeffizienz und Zugänglichkeit. Aangezien de sociale samenstelling van de GAT Bairro bestaat uit gezinnen die kwetsbaar zijn voor sociale risico’s en slechte financiële omstandigheden, beoogt de gemeente Mirandela door de uitvoering van PAICD 2 de fysieke huisvestingsomstandigheden te verbeteren, met name op het gebied van gezondheid en hygiëne, veiligheid, thermisch comfort, energie-efficiëntie en toegankelijkheid.
