This project aims to improve the habitability conditions of ERPI S. João de Deus, requalifying, modernising and adjusting infrastructures to present and future needs. It consists of intervening in the coating of the external frontages, the replacement of existing frames and glass by others with optimised thermal and acoustic performance, the application of mineral wool on the cement plates of mats and roofing of the building. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, die Lebensbedingungen von ERPI S. João de Deus zu verbessern, die Infrastruktur neu zu qualifizieren, zu modernisieren und an die Bedürfnisse der Gegenwart und Zukunft anzupassen. Es besteht darin, in die Beschichtung der Außenfassaden einzugreifen, bestehende Rahmen und Glas durch andere durch optimierte thermische und akustische Leistung zu ersetzen, die Anwendung von Mineralwolle auf den Matten und die Bedachung des Gebäudes.
