Der Verantwortliche beabsichtigt, die Stadt Seia und die gesamte Region auf touristischer Ebene anzukurbeln und zur sozioökonomischen Entwicklung der Region beizutragen, dem Trend der Wüstenbildung des Landes entgegenzutreten und die Kultur der Stadt und der Region bekannt zu machen. Mit der geplanten Investition können wir zu dem Schluss kommen, dass es eine unmittelbare Sorge um die Gesundheit und das Wohlergehen der Touristen gibt, die versuchen, ihnen einen Höchststand zu bieten. De verantwoordelijke wil de stad Seia en de hele regio op toeristisch niveau stimuleren door bij te dragen tot de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de regio, de tendens van woestijnvorming van het binnenland tegen te gaan en de cultuur van de stad en de regio bekend te maken. Met de geplande investering kunnen we concluderen dat er een dreigende bezorgdheid is over de gezondheid en het welzijn van toeristen die proberen hen een verblijf van uitmuntendheid te bieden.
