A requalificação desta zona que se apresenta degradada transformando-a numa via pedonal de ligação entre a linha férrea, a estação ferroviária e a ponte de ligação ao centro de Luzianes-Gare. Nesta zona encontram-se importantes equipamentos coletivos, como a referida Estação Ferroviária, a sede do Clube Desportivo, o Centro Social e os antigos Celeiros da EPAC, onde funciona um importante Centro de Transformação de Produtos Endógenos. Die Neuqualifizierung dieses Gebiets, das durch Umwandlung in eine Fußgängerroute, die die Eisenbahnlinie, den Bahnhof und die Verbindungsbrücke zum Zentrum von Luzianes-Gare verbindet, abgebaut wird.
