Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie I.21-VI.23r. na ter. Gm. Pełczyce w woj. zach-pom. Ukierunkowany jest on na zwiększenie dostępu do usług wsparcia rodziny i ograniczenia umieszczania dzieci w pieczy zastępczej. Wsparciem w ramach proj. objętych zostanie 516os. (266K;250M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. w 210 dorosłych (110K;100M) oraz 306 dzieci (156K;150M). Grupę doc. stanowią os. zagroż. ubóstwem i wyklucz. społ. z Gm. Pełczyce. W proj. realizowane będą w okresie I.21-VI.23r. następujące działania: - Zad. 1: Specjalistyczny punkt wsparcia rodzin w ramach, którego realizowane będzie terapia uzależnień dla 10os. zatrudnienie asystenta rodziny dla 20 rodzin, poradnictwo psychologiczne i prawne. - Zad. 2 Wsparcie rodzin w pełnieniu ról opiekuńczo-wychowaczych: utworzenie „Akademii rodzin”dla rodziców 20os. oraz zatrudnienie opiekunek do 46 dzieci na czas pobytu rodziców na warsztatach. W proj. zaplanowano organizacje okolicznościowych spotkań i wyjazdy integrujące środowisko rodzin. - Zad. 3 Działania profilaktyczne w celu ograniczania umieszczania dzieci w pieczy zastępczej: realiz. zajęć integracyjnych, przedstawienia interaktywne i integracyjne dla dzieci i rodziców oraz organizacja „Dni integracji rodzin w Gminie Pełczyce" dla 450os. w tym 190 os. dorosłych (rodzice) i 260 dzieci. Zaplanowane działania wynikają z przeprowadzonej w V.20r. diagnozy zapotrzebowania na działania w obszarze wsparcia rodzin na ter. Gm. Pełczyce. Diagnoza przeprowadzona została w oparciu o do. Wew. MGOPS w Pełczycach, dok. strategiczne, rozmowy prowadzone wśród uczestników proj. oraz o wiedzę i doświadcz. pracowników socjalnych. Rezultaty: - Licz. wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społ., istniejących po zakończeniu programu: 3 (asystent rodziny, psycholog, prawnik) - Licz. os. zagroż. ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz. społ., które otrzymały wsparcie w zakresie usług społecznych świadczonych w interesie ogólnym: 516. -Licz. zatrudnionych asystentów rodziny: 1os (Polish)

The project will be implemented in the period I.21-VI.23r. ter. GM. Peppers in the warship. It aims at increasing access to family support services and limiting placement of children in foster care. Support under the project will be covered by 516os. (266K;250M) at risk of poverty or exclusion in 210 adults (110K;100M) and 306 children (156K;150M). The group of docs constitute a risk of poverty and excludes the commune with Pełczyce. The following actions will be implemented in the period I.21-VI.23: AWW. 1: Specialised family support centre, which will provide addiction therapy for 10 persons. employment of a family assistant for 20 families, psychological and legal counselling. AWW. 2 Supporting families in the roles of care and educators: creation of an “Academy of Families” for parents of 20 persons and employment of caregivers up to 46 children for the duration of the parents’ stay at the workshop. The project includes organisation of occasional meetings and trips integrating the family environment. AWW. 3 Preventive measures to limit the placement of children in foster care: implementation of integration classes, interactive and integration performances for children and parents and organisation of “Days of integration of families in the municipality of Pełczyce” for 450 people, including 190 people (parents) and 260 children. Le projet comprend l’organisation de réunions et de voyages occasionnels intégrant l’environnement familial. AWW. 3 Mesures préventives visant à limiter le placement des enfants en famille d’accueil: mise en œuvre de cours d’intégration, de performances interactives et d’intégration pour les enfants et les parents et organisation de journées d’intégration des familles dans la municipalité de Pełczyce pour 450 personnes, dont 190 (parents) et 260 enfants. Les activités prévues sont le résultat du diagnostic V.20 de la nécessité de mesures dans le domaine de l’aide aux familles. GM, les poivrons. Le diagnostic a été effectué sur la base de: I.D. Ziel ist es, den Zugang zu Betreuungsdiensten für Familien zu verbessern und die Unterbringung von Kindern in der Pflege zu begrenzen. Die Unterstützung im Rahmen des Projekts wird durch 516os abgedeckt. (266K;250M) von Armut oder Ausgrenzung bedroht bei 210 Erwachsenen (110K;100M) und 306 Kindern (156K;150M). Die Gruppe der Dokumente stellt ein Armutsrisiko dar und schließt die Gemeinde mit Pełczyce aus. Folgende Maßnahmen werden im Zeitraum I.21-VI.23 durchgeführt: AWW. 1: Spezialisiertes Familienhilfezentrum, das für 10 Personen Suchttherapie bietet. Beschäftigung eines Familienassistenten für 20 Familien, psychologische und rechtliche Beratung. AWW. 2 Unterstützung von Familien in den Rollen der Pflege und Erzieher: Schaffung einer „Familienakademie“ für Eltern von 20 Personen und Beschäftigung von Betreuungspersonen bis zu 46 Kindern für die Dauer des Aufenthalts der Eltern in der Werkstatt. Das Projekt umfasst die Organisation von gelegentlichen Meetings und Ausflügen, die das familiäre Umfeld integrieren. AWW. 3 Präventive Maßnahmen zur Begrenzung der Unterbringung von Kindern in die Pflege: Einführung von Integrationskursen, interaktiven und Integrationsleistungen für Kinder und Eltern und Organisation von „Tagen der Integration von Familien in der Gemeinde Pełczyce“ für 450 Personen, darunter 190 Personen (Eltern) und 260 Kinder. Die geplanten Aktivitäten sind das Ergebnis der V.20-Diagnostik der Notwendigkeit von Maßnahmen im Bereich der Familienförderung. GM. Peppers. Het project omvat de organisatie van incidentele bijeenkomsten en reizen waarin de gezinsomgeving wordt geïntegreerd.
