Cel projektu Wzrost kompetencji społecznozawodowych, edukacyjnych wśród 20 os. w wieku 15-64 lata.o niskich kwalifikacjach,w tym os.bezrobotnych,które są mieszkańcami w/w gmin w okresie do 30.06.2021 .Każdy uczestnik projektu, weźmie udział w programie aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej, co umożliwi wejście lub powrót na rynek pracy. Wsparcie rozpocznie się aktywizacją społeczną poprzez: zajęcia kształtujące umiejętności społecznej wsparcie m.in.psychologa, zajęcia z asertywności, trening motywowania do zmiany, ponadto zaplanowane zostały zajęcia z doradcą zawodowym, działania o charakterze edukacyjnym dostosowane do predyspozycji uczestników i potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy.
