Celem głównym projektu jest wsparcie rodzin z terenu gminy Lipnik w okresie 01.07.2020 - 30.06.2023 w procesie przygotowania dzieci i młodzieży do samodzielnego życia, kształtowania właściwych postaw społecznych poprzez objęcie ich w czasie wolnym od zajęć szkolnych opieką oraz zajęciami edu. i profilaktycznymi. Projekt zakłada wsparcie 65 os. (32K, 33M),w tym 1 niepełnosprawnej zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ich otoczenia, w tym 35 (17K,18M) dzieci oraz 30 (15K,15M) rodziców. Świetlica środowiskowa zostanie utworzona w Kurowie natomiast PWR)w UG w Lipniku. W ramach funkcjonowania placówek, dzieci będą miały zapewnioną m.in pomoc w nauce i w uzupełnianiu zaległości eduk., organizowanie czasu wolnego – prowadzenie zajęć (plastycznych, sportowych), rozwijanie 4 kompetencji kluczowych (wielojęzyczności, kompetencji cyfrowych, matematycznych, świadomości i ekspresji kulturalnej). Projekt zakłada wsparcie psychologa/logopedy/prawnika. Projektem zostaną objęci rodzicie co wpłynie na kompleksowość wsparcia. Wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach projektu: -Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych istniejących po zakończeniu projektu -20. -Liczba utworzonych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług wspierania rodziny i pieczy zastępczej istniejących po zakończeniu projektu-20, -Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie -65, -Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami wspierania rodziny i pieczy zastępczej w programie-65, -Liczba osób objętych szkoleniami / doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych-35, -Liczba podmiotów wykorzystujących technologie informacyjno- komunikacyjne -1. The main objective of the project is to support families from the area of Lipnik commune in the period 01.07.2020-30.06.2023 in the process of preparing children and young people for independent living, shaping the right social attitudes by taking them away from school activities, as well as ed. and preventive activities. The project involves support of 65 people. (32K, 33M), including 1 disabled at risk of social exclusion and their surroundings, including 35 (17K,18M) children and 30 (15K,15M) parents. A community centre will be set up in Kurów and PWR) in the UG in Lipnik. As part of the functioning of the institutions, children will be provided with, among other things, assistance in learning and filling the backlog of education, organising leisure time – conducting classes (plastic, sports), developing 4 key competences (multilingualism, digital competences, mathematical competences, cultural awareness and expression). The project involves the support of a psychologist/logope/lawyer. The project will be extended to the parent, which will affect the comprehensiveness of the support. L’objectif principal du projet est de soutenir les familles de la commune de Lipnik au cours de la période 01.07.2020-30.06.2023 dans le processus de préparation des enfants et des jeunes à une vie autonome, façonner les bonnes attitudes sociales en les privant des activités scolaires, ainsi que des activités éd. et préventives. Le projet prévoit un soutien de 65 personnes. (32 000, 33 millions), dont un handicapé exposé au risque d ' exclusion sociale et son environnement, dont 35 enfants (17 000,18 millions) et 30 parents (15 000, 15 millions). Un centre communautaire sera mis en place à Kurów et PWR) dans l’UG à Lipnik. Dans le cadre du fonctionnement des institutions, les enfants bénéficieront, entre autres, d’une aide à l’apprentissage et au traitement de l’arriéré scolaire, à l’organisation du temps libre — cours (plastique, sport), au développement de quatre compétences clés (multilinguisme, compétences numériques, compétences mathématiques, sensibilisation et expression culturelles). Le projet comprend le soutien d’un psychologue/logope/avocat. Le projet sera étendu au parent, ce qui aura une incidence sur l’exhaustivité du soutien. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, Familien aus dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Lipnik in der Zeit 01.07.2020-30.06.2023 bei der Vorbereitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen auf ein eigenständiges Leben zu unterstützen, die richtigen sozialen Einstellungen zu gestalten, indem sie von Schulaktivitäten sowie von ed. und präventiven Aktivitäten entfernt werden. Das Projekt umfasst die Unterstützung von 65 Personen. (32K, 33M), darunter 1 von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Behinderte und ihre Umgebung, darunter 35 (17K,18M) Kinder und 30 (15K,15M) Eltern. In der UG in Lipnik wird ein Gemeindezentrum in Kurów und PWR eingerichtet. Im Rahmen der Funktionsweise der Institutionen werden Kindern unter anderem Unterstützung beim Lernen und beim Ausfüllen des Bildungsrückstands, der Organisation der Freizeit – Durchführungskurse (Kunststoff, Sport) und der Entwicklung von vier Schlüsselkompetenzen (Mehrsprachigkeit, digitale Kompetenzen, mathematische Kompetenzen, kulturelles Bewusstsein und Ausdruck) zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Projekt umfasst die Unterstützung eines Psychologen/Logope/Rechtsanwalts. Das Projekt wird auf die Muttergesellschaft ausgedehnt, was sich auf die Vollständigkeit der Unterstützung auswirkt. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het ondersteunen van gezinnen uit de gemeente Lipnik in de periode 01.07.2020-30.06.2023 bij het voorbereiden van kinderen en jongeren op zelfstandig leven, het vormgeven van de juiste sociale attitudes door hen af te nemen van schoolactiviteiten, alsmede ed. en preventieve activiteiten. Het project omvat steun van 65 personen. (32K, 33M), met inbegrip van 1 gehandicapten die risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting en hun omgeving, waaronder 35 (17K,18M) kinderen en 30 (15K,15M) ouders. Er zal een gemeenschapscentrum worden opgericht in Kurów en PWR) in de UG in Lipnik.
