Projekt będzie polegał na rozwoju działu B+R poprzez zakup niezbędnej infrastruktury oraz oprogramowania. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje zakup wyposażenia oraz oprogramowania w celu stworzenia odpowiednich warunków do prowadzenia badań nad rozwojem nowych zautomatyzowanych usług diagnostycznych. Projekt zrealizowany będzie w ramach jednego etapu, obejmującego wszystkie zakupy w ramach projektu. Etap ten będzie zawierał się w przedziale od października 2019 roku do czerwca 2021 roku. Projekt przewiduje poniesienie osiemnastu wydatków kwalifikowalnych w łącznej kwocie 2.681.500,00 zł. Projekt jest zgodny z założeniami określonymi w SzOOP RPO WiM z uwagi na to, że wpisuje się w priorytet inwestycyjny 1b, bowiem efektem jego realizacji będzie promowanie inwestycji przedsiębiorstw w badania i innowacje. Projekt jest również zgodny z typem projektów, które mogą być objęte wsparciem w ramach poddziałania 1.2.1, bowiem będzie polegać na wsparciu infrastruktury B+R poprzez rozwój działu B+R w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy. Dodatkowym argumentem potwierdzającym wpisywanie się w założenia SzOOP jest fakt, że projekt będzie realizowany w obszarze inteligentnej specjalizacji województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Wartość wydatków kwalifikowalnych projektu nie przekracza maksymalnej wartości podanej w SzOOP RPO WiM a założony % poziom dofinansowania wydatków kwalifikowalnych na poziomie projektu nie przekracza 70% (z uwagi na fakt, że Wnioskodawcą jest małe przedsiębiorstwo). The project will consist of the development of the R & D department through the purchase of the necessary infrastructure and software. The material scope of the project includes the purchase of equipment and software to create the right conditions for research into the development of new automated diagnostic services. The project will be carried out in one phase, covering all purchases under the project. This phase will be between October 2019 and June 2021. The project provides for eighteen eligible expenditure in the total amount of PLN 2.681,500.00. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SzOOP ROP WiM due to the fact that it fits into the investment priority 1b, as its implementation will result in promoting investment by enterprises in research and innovation. The project is also in line with the type of projects that may be supported under sub-measure 1.2.1, as it will consist of support for R & D infrastructure through the development of the R & D department in the Applicant’s enterprise. An additional argument confirming the involvement of the SzOOP is the fact that the project will be implemented in the area of smart specialisation of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. The value of the eligible expenditure of the project does not exceed the maximum value indicated in the SzOOP ROP WiM and the assumed percentage of co-financing of eligible expenditure at project level does not exceed 70 % (due to the fact that the applicant is a small enterprise). Le projet consistera en le développement du département R & D par l’achat de l’infrastructure et du logiciel nécessaires. Le champ d’application matériel du projet comprend l’achat d’équipements et de logiciels pour créer les conditions propices à la recherche sur le développement de nouveaux services de diagnostic automatisés. Le projet sera réalisé en une seule phase, couvrant tous les achats effectués dans le cadre du projet. Cette phase se déroulera entre octobre 2019 et juin 2021. Le projet prévoit dix-huit dépenses éligibles d’un montant total de 2 681 500,00 PLN. Le projet est conforme aux hypothèses énoncées dans le SzOOP ROP WiM en raison du fait qu’il s’inscrit dans la priorité d’investissement 1b, sa mise en œuvre ayant pour effet de promouvoir l’investissement des entreprises dans la recherche et l’innovation. Le projet est également conforme au type de projets susceptibles d’être soutenus au titre de la sous-mesure 1.2.1, car il consistera en un soutien à l’infrastructure de R & D par le développement du service de R & D de l’entreprise de la requérante. Un autre argument confirmant l’implication du SzOOP est le fait que le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le domaine de la spécialisation intelligente de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie. La valeur des dépenses éligibles du projet ne dépasse pas la valeur maximale indiquée dans le ROP WiM SzOOP et le pourcentage supposé de cofinancement des dépenses éligibles au niveau du projet n’excède pas 70 % (en raison du fait que le demandeur est une petite entreprise). Das Projekt wird in der Entwicklung der F & E-Abteilung durch den Erwerb der notwendigen Infrastruktur und Software bestehen. Der materielle Umfang des Projekts umfasst den Kauf von Geräten und Software, um die richtigen Bedingungen für die Erforschung der Entwicklung neuer automatisierter Diagnosedienste zu schaffen. Das Projekt wird in einer Phase durchgeführt, die alle im Rahmen des Projekts getätigten Käufe abdeckt. Diese Phase wird zwischen Oktober 2019 und Juni 2021 dauern. Das Projekt sieht achtzehn förderfähige Ausgaben in Höhe von insgesamt 2.681.500,00 PLN vor. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den im SzOOP ROP WiM dargelegten Annahmen, da es in die Investitionspriorität 1b passt, da seine Umsetzung dazu führen wird, Investitionen von Unternehmen in Forschung und Innovation zu fördern. Das Projekt steht auch im Einklang mit der Art der Projekte, die im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 1.2.1 gefördert werden können, da es in der Unterstützung der FuE-Infrastruktur durch die Entwicklung der FuE-Abteilung im Unternehmen des Antragstellers besteht. Ein weiteres Argument, das die Beteiligung des SzOOP bestätigt, ist die Tatsache, dass das Projekt im Bereich der intelligenten Spezialisierung der Woiwodschaft Warmińsko-Mazurskie umgesetzt wird. Der Wert der zuschussfähigen Ausgaben des Projekts übersteigt nicht den im SzOOP ROP WiM angegebenen Höchstwert und der angenommene Prozentsatz der Kofinanzierung der förderfähigen Ausgaben auf Projektebene übersteigt nicht 70 % (aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es sich bei dem Antragsteller um ein kleines Unternehmen handelt). Het project zal bestaan uit de ontwikkeling van de afdeling O & O door de aankoop van de nodige infrastructuur en software. Het materiële toepassingsgebied van het project omvat de aankoop van apparatuur en software om de juiste voorwaarden te scheppen voor onderzoek naar de ontwikkeling van nieuwe geautomatiseerde diagnostische diensten. Het project zal in één fase worden uitgevoerd en alle aankopen in het kader van het project bestrijken. Deze fase zal plaatsvinden tussen oktober 2019 en juni 2021. Het project voorziet in achttien subsidiabele uitgaven van in totaal 2.681 500,00 PLN. Het project is in overeenstemming met de veronderstellingen in het SzOOP ROP WiM omdat het past in investeringsprioriteit 1b, aangezien de uitvoering ervan zal leiden tot het bevorderen van investeringen door ondernemingen in onderzoek en innovatie. Het project is ook in overeenstemming met het type projecten dat in het kader van submaatregel 1.2.1 kan worden ondersteund, aangezien het zal bestaan uit steun voor O & O-infrastructuur door de ontwikkeling van de afdeling O & O in de onderneming van de aanvrager.
