Projekt przewiduje rozwój mieszkalnictwa socjalnego w Gminie Godów poprzez przebudowę i zmianę zagospodarowania budynku mieszkalnego na potrzeby mieszkań socjalnych. Prace będą obejmowały niezbędne roboty remontowo-budowlane, termomodernizację, zakup wyposażenia oraz zagospodarowania terenu wokół budynku. Obiekt zlokalizowany jest w miejscowości Skrzyszów przy ul. Ks. Wallacha 167. Docelowo w budynku powstaną 4 nowe w pełni wyposażone mieszkania socjalne. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego poddziałania 10.2.2 RPO WSL, poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych dla osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem Zadanie stanowi działanie uzupełniające do zaplanowanego procesu aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowego ostatecznych odbiorców projektu. The project envisages the development of social housing in the Municipality of Godów by rebuilding and changing the development of a residential building for social housing. The works will include the necessary renovation and construction works, thermomodernisation, purchase of equipment and land development around the building. The property is located in Skrzyszów at ul. FR. Wallacha 167. Finally, 4 new fully equipped social housing will be built in the building. Implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of sub-measure 10.2.2 of the Śląskie ROP, by increasing access to social services for people excluded or at risk of exclusion. The task is a complementary action to the planned process of socio-professional activation of the final recipients of the project. (English)

Le projet prévoit le développement de logements sociaux dans la municipalité de Godów par la reconstruction et la modification du développement d’un bâtiment résidentiel pour le logement social. Les travaux comprendront les travaux de rénovation et de construction nécessaires, la thermomodernisation, l’achat d’équipements et l’aménagement du terrain autour du bâtiment. L’établissement est situé à Skrzyszów at ul. FR Wallacha 167. Enfin, 4 nouveaux logements sociaux entièrement équipés seront construits dans le bâtiment. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique de la sous-mesure 10.2.2 du ROP de Śląskie, en améliorant l’accès aux services sociaux pour les personnes exclues ou menacées d’exclusion. Das Projekt sieht die Entwicklung von Sozialwohnungen in der Gemeinde Godów durch den Wiederaufbau und die Änderung der Entwicklung eines Wohngebäudes für den sozialen Wohnungsbau vor. Die Arbeiten umfassen die notwendigen Renovierungs- und Bauarbeiten, die Thermomodernisierung, den Kauf von Ausrüstung und die Grundstücksentwicklung rund um das Gebäude. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Skrzyszów at ul. FR. Wallacha 167. Schließlich werden im Gebäude 4 neue voll ausgestattete Sozialwohnungen errichtet. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zur Verwirklichung des spezifischen Ziels der Teilmaßnahme 10.2.2 des ROP Śląskie beitragen, indem der Zugang zu sozialen Diensten für ausgeschlossene oder von Ausgrenzung bedrohte Personen verbessert wird. Het project beoogt de ontwikkeling van sociale woningen in de gemeente Godów door de bouw van een woongebouw voor sociale woningen te herbouwen en te veranderen. De werkzaamheden omvatten de noodzakelijke renovatie- en bouwwerkzaamheden, thermomodernisering, aankoop van apparatuur en grondontwikkeling rond het gebouw. De accommodatie is gelegen in Skrzyszów op ul. FR. Wallacha 167. Ten slotte zullen 4 nieuwe, volledig uitgeruste sociale woningen in het gebouw worden gebouwd. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de specifieke doelstelling van submaatregel 10.2.2 van het Śląskie ROP, door de toegang tot sociale diensten te verbeteren voor personen die uitgesloten zijn of dreigen te worden uitgesloten.
