Projekt, którego realizacja jest planowana w okresie od 1 września 2020r. do 30 listopada 2022 (27 miesięcy) zakłada wsparcie na rzecz wzmacniania potencjału społecznego i zawodowego lokalnej społeczności Zabłocia, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Zabłocie, zwane jest dzielnicą Żywca. Faktycznie miasto dzielnic nie posiada, tym samym Zabłocie jest zarządzane bezpośrednio przez władze miejskie (bez udziału struktur pośrednich typu: rada dzielnicy). Działania w ramach projektu będą prowadzone w oparciu o Program Aktywności Lokalnej, uwzględniający specyfikę terytorium i zamieszkującej je społeczności. Będą one realizowane m.in. w oparciu o samopomoc, wolontariat oraz formy środowiskowe. Jednocześnie zostanie opracowana ścieżka wsparcia aktywizacji społeczno- zawodowej dla osób ze zidentyfikowanymi potrzebami w zakresie sytuacji społecznej, w różnym stopniu oddalenia od rynku pracy, w tym dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. The project, which is planned to be implemented between 1 September 2020 and 30 November 2022 (27 months), provides support for strengthening the social and professional potential of the local Zabłocie community, with a particular focus on people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Zabłocie, it is called the district of Żywca. In fact, the city does not have districts, thus Zabłocie is managed directly by the municipal authorities (without the involvement of intermediate structures such as: district Council). The activities of the project will be carried out on the basis of the Local Activity Programme, taking into account the specificities of the territory and the community inhabiting it. They will be implemented, inter alia, on the basis of self-help, volunteering and environmental forms. At the same time, a pathway to support socio-economic activation will be developed for people with identified social needs, to varying degrees of distance from the labour market, including for people with disabilities. Ce projet, qui devrait être mis en œuvre entre le 1er septembre 2020 et le 30 novembre 2022 (27 mois), apporte un soutien au renforcement du potentiel social et professionnel de la communauté locale Zabłocie, en accordant une attention particulière aux personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale. Zabłocie, on l’appelle le district de 'ywca. En fait, la ville ne dispose pas de quartiers, Zabłocie est donc géré directement par les autorités municipales (sans la participation de structures intermédiaires telles que: Conseil d’arrondissement). Les activités du projet seront menées sur la base du programme d’activités locales, en tenant compte des spécificités du territoire et de la communauté qui l’habite. Ils seront mis en œuvre, entre autres, sur la base de l’auto-assistance, du volontariat et de l’environnement. Dans le même temps, une voie de soutien à l’activation socio-économique sera mise en place pour les personnes ayant des besoins sociaux identifiés, à des degrés divers d’éloignement du marché du travail, y compris pour les personnes handicapées. Das Projekt, das zwischen dem 1. September 2020 und dem 30. November 2022 (27 Monate) durchgeführt werden soll, bietet Unterstützung für die Stärkung des sozialen und beruflichen Potenzials der lokalen Zabłocie-Gemeinschaft mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Menschen, die von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Zabłocie wird als Bezirk von Żywca bezeichnet. Tatsächlich verfügt die Stadt über keine Bezirke, so dass Zabłocie direkt von den kommunalen Behörden verwaltet wird (ohne Einbeziehung von Zwischenstrukturen wie z. B.: B. Bezirksrat). Die Aktivitäten des Projekts werden auf der Grundlage des lokalen Tätigkeitsprogramms unter Berücksichtigung der Besonderheiten des Gebiets und der dort lebenden Gemeinschaft durchgeführt. Sie werden unter anderem auf der Grundlage von Selbsthilfe, Freiwilligentätigkeit und Umweltformen umgesetzt. Gleichzeitig wird ein Weg zur Förderung der sozioökonomischen Aktivierung für Menschen mit identifizierten sozialen Bedürfnissen in unterschiedlichem Abstand vom Arbeitsmarkt, auch für Menschen mit Behinderungen, entwickelt werden. Het project, dat volgens plan tussen 1 september 2020 en 30 november 2022 (27 maanden) zal worden uitgevoerd, biedt ondersteuning voor de versterking van het sociale en professionele potentieel van de lokale Zabłocie-gemeenschap, met bijzondere aandacht voor mensen die risico lopen op armoede en sociale uitsluiting. Zabłocie, het is het district van Șywca. In feite heeft de stad geen districten, waardoor Zabłocie rechtstreeks door de gemeentelijke autoriteiten wordt beheerd (zonder de betrokkenheid van intermediaire structuren zoals: districtsraad). De activiteiten van het project worden uitgevoerd op basis van het plaatselijke activiteitenprogramma, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met de specifieke kenmerken van het grondgebied en de gemeenschap waarin het wordt bewoond. Zij zullen onder meer worden uitgevoerd op basis van zelfhulp, vrijwilligerswerk en milieuvormen. Tegelijkertijd zal een traject worden ontwikkeld om sociaal-economische activering te ondersteunen voor mensen met vastgestelde sociale behoeften, in verschillende mate van afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, ook voor mensen met een handicap.
