Celem projektu jest inwestycja w zakup środków trwałych i wnip niezbędnych do wprowadzenia na rynek nowego produktu t: EAOT (end of arms tooling) – wyspecjalizowane jednostki otworujące dla zrobotyzowanych systemów produkcyjnych w przemyśle samochodowym. Celem głównym projektu, do realizacji którego jest konieczna realizacja celów szczegółowych, jest wdrożenie nowego innowacyjnego produktu w firmie SOLGAM, którego powstanie jest rezultatem prac B+R na poziomie IX (zgodnie z nomenklatura poziomów gotowości technologicznej). Cele szczegółowe to inwestycja w środki trwałe, wartości niematerialne i prawne, które są niezbędne w produkcji nowego produktu. Realizacja tego celu to zakup elektroerozyjnej wycinarki drutowej, szlifierki do płaszczyzn oraz instalacji do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej, środki niematerialne i prawne to zakup licencji oprogramowania CAD. Kolejnym celem szczegółowym jest innowacja produktowa: wiemy co potrzeba zrobić jako nowy produkt ( EOAT) i wiemy jakie rozwiązania zastosować, aby spełnił wymagania rynku. Wprowadzany na rynek nowy produkt EOAT wyspecjalizowane jednostki otworujące dla zrobotyzowanych systemów produkcyjnych w przemyśle samochodowym, produktu innowacyjnego w skali kraju, stosowanego w okresie do 3 lat, potwierdzona w Opinii o Innowacyjności. Pod nazwą EOAT wyspecjalizowane jednostki otworujące kryją się jednostki montowane na przyłączu do robota przemysłowego, których zadaniem jest wykonanie zaprogramowanej przez technologa operacji. Cechami charakterystycznymi EOAT są: precyzja działania, powtarzalność operacji, precyzja ruchu, wyposażenie w elementy kontrolujące w/w funkcje, wyposażenie w elementy kontrolujące parametry zdefiniowanego procesu, system SMED (system szybkiej wymiany jednostki). Celem tych jednostek jest zapewnienie elastycznej pracy w układzie maszyna - robot przemysłowy w sposób zgodny z ideą "przemysł 4.0" która dotyczy nie tylko technologii, ale też nowych sposobów pracy i roli ludzi w przemyśle (Polish)

The aim of the project is to invest in the purchase of fixed assets and nip necessary for the launch of a new product t: EAOT (end of arms tooling) – specialised opening units for robotic production systems in the automotive industry. The main objective of the project, for which it is necessary to implement the specific objectives, is the implementation of a new innovative product at SOLGAM, which is the result of R & D work at level IX (according to the nomenclature of technological readiness levels). The specific objectives are the investment in fixed assets, intangible assets, which are necessary for the production of a new product. The realisation of this goal is the purchase of electric wire cutting machine, surface grinding machines and electricity generation installations, intangible and legal assets are the purchase of CAD software licenses. Another specific objective is product innovation: we know what needs to be done as a new product (EOAT) and we know what solutions to apply to meet market requirements. The new EOAT product launches specialised opening units for robotic production systems in the automotive industry, an innovative product on a national scale, used over a period of up to 3 years, confirmed in the Innovation Opinion. Under the name of EOAT, specialised opening units hide units mounted on the connection to an industrial robot, whose task is to perform the operation programmed by the technologist. The characteristics of EOAT are: precision of operation, repeatability of operations, precision of movement, equipment with control elements of the above mentioned functions, equipment with elements controlling parameters of the defined process, SMED system (high-speed unit exchange system). L’objectif du projet est d’investir dans l’achat d’immobilisations et nip nécessaires au lancement d’un nouveau produit: EAOT (fin d’outillage d’armes) — unités d’ouverture spécialisées pour les systèmes de production robotique dans l’industrie automobile. L’objectif principal du projet, pour lequel il est nécessaire de mettre en œuvre les objectifs spécifiques, est la mise en œuvre d’un nouveau produit innovant à SOLGAM, qui est le résultat de travaux de R & D au niveau IX (selon la nomenclature des niveaux de préparation technologique). Les objectifs spécifiques sont les investissements en immobilisations, les immobilisations incorporelles, qui sont nécessaires à la production d’un nouveau produit. Les caractéristiques de l’EOAT sont: précision de fonctionnement, répétabilité des opérations, précision du mouvement, équipement avec éléments de commande des fonctions mentionnées ci-dessus, équipement avec éléments de contrôle des paramètres du processus défini, système SMED (système d’échange d’unités à grande vitesse). Ziel des Projekts ist es, in den Erwerb von Anlagevermögen zu investieren und Nip, die für die Einführung eines neuen Produkts erforderlich sind: EAOT (Ende der Waffenwerkzeuge) – spezialisierte Öffnungseinheiten für Roboter-Produktionssysteme in der Automobilindustrie. Das Hauptziel des Projekts, für das die Verwirklichung der spezifischen Ziele erforderlich ist, ist die Umsetzung eines neuen innovativen Produkts bei SOLGAM, das das Ergebnis der FuE-Arbeit auf Ebene IX (gemäß der Nomenklatur der technologischen Bereitschaftsstufen) ist. Die spezifischen Ziele sind die Investition in Anlagevermögen, immaterielle Vermögenswerte, die für die Herstellung eines neuen Produkts erforderlich sind. Die Verwirklichung dieses Ziels ist der Kauf von Elektrodrahtschneidmaschine, Oberflächenschleifmaschinen und Stromerzeugungsanlagen, immaterielle und rechtliche Vermögenswerte sind der Kauf von CAD-Softwarelizenzen. Ein weiteres spezifisches Ziel ist die Produktinnovation: wir wissen, was als neues Produkt (EOAT) getan werden muss und wir wissen, welche Lösungen für die Erfüllung der Marktanforderungen gelten sollen. Mit dem neuen EOAT-Produkt werden spezialisierte Öffnungseinheiten für Roboter-Produktionssysteme in der Automobilindustrie eingeführt, ein innovatives Produkt im nationalen Maßstab, das über einen Zeitraum von bis zu drei Jahren verwendet wird, bestätigt in der Innovationsstellungnahme. Unter dem Namen EOAT verstecken sich spezialisierte Öffnungseinheiten an der Verbindung zu einem Industrieroboter, dessen Aufgabe es ist, den vom Technologen programmierten Betrieb durchzuführen. Die Merkmale von EOAT sind: Präzision des Betriebs, Wiederholbarkeit der Operationen, Präzision der Bewegung, Ausrüstung mit Steuerelementen der oben genannten Funktionen, Ausrüstung mit Elementen, die Parameter des definierten Prozesses steuern, SMED-System (Hochgeschwindigkeits-Einheitenaustauschsystem). Het doel van het project is te investeren in de aankoop van vaste activa en nip die nodig zijn voor de lancering van een nieuw product t: EAOT (einde wapengereedschap) — gespecialiseerde openingseenheden voor robotproductiesystemen in de automobielindustrie. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project, waarvoor de specifieke doelstellingen moeten worden verwezenlijkt, is de tenuitvoerlegging van een nieuw innovatief product bij SOLGAM, dat het resultaat is van O & O-werkzaamheden op niveau IX (volgens de nomenclatuur van de technologische paraatheidsniveaus). De specifieke doelstellingen zijn de investering in vaste activa, immateriële activa, die noodzakelijk zijn voor de productie van een nieuw product. De realisatie van dit doel is de aankoop van elektrische draadsnijmachines, oppervlakteslijpmachines en installaties voor elektriciteitsopwekking, immateriële en juridische activa zijn de aankoop van CAD-softwarelicenties. Een andere specifieke doelstelling is productinnovatie: we weten wat er gedaan moet worden als nieuw product (EOAT) en we weten welke oplossingen moeten worden toegepast om aan de markteisen te voldoen. Het nieuwe EOAT-product lanceert gespecialiseerde openingseenheden voor robotproductiesystemen in de automobielindustrie, een innovatief product op nationale schaal dat gedurende een periode van maximaal drie jaar wordt gebruikt, zoals bevestigd in het innovatieadvies. Onder de naam EOAT verbergen gespecialiseerde openingseenheden eenheden die zijn gemonteerd op de verbinding met een industriële robot, die tot taak heeft de door de technoloog geprogrammeerde operatie uit te voeren. De kenmerken van EOAT zijn: precisie van de werking, herhaalbaarheid van de handelingen, precisie van beweging, apparatuur met besturingselementen van de bovengenoemde functies, apparatuur met elementen die parameters van het gedefinieerde proces regelen, SMED-systeem (hogesnelheidseenheid uitwisselingssysteem).
