Głównym celem realizacji projektu jest uruchomienie produkcji energii elektrycznej w oparciu o odnawialne źródło energii, pochodzące ze słońca, a następnie wprowadzenie jej do sieci elektroenergetycznej, wpływając tym samym na zwiększenie udziału produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych. Przedmiotem realizacji projektu jest budowa dwóch instalacji elektrowni fotowoltaicznych: - OŁDAKI 3 o mocy 999,68 kW - OŁDAKI 4 o mocy 999,68 kW łącznie 1999,36 kW w miejscowości Ołdaki – Magna Brok. Inwestycja polega na montażu paneli fotowoltaicznych (monokrystalicznych) połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z falownikami, z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. Panele fotowoltaiczne wykorzystują zjawisko fotowoltaiczne do przetwarzania promieniowania słonecznego na energię elektryczną. Za pomocą połączeń kablowych przekazują energię do falowników, gdzie następuje zmiana prądu stałego w prąd zmienny. Wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie wykorzystywana w celach komercyjnych i w 100% będzie wprowadzona do sieci elektroenergetycznej w celu odsprzedaży. W celu realizacji projektu niezbędne jest przeprowadzenie postępowania wyboru i wybór Generalnego Wykonawcy, odp. za przeprowadzenie wszystkich zadań związanych z rzeczową realizacją Projektu. Promocję projektu Wnioskodawca przeprowadzi we własnym zakresie. Wdrożenie dofinansowanej inwestycji zaspokoi wszystkie potrzeby Wnioskodawcy i będzie wpływało na zaspokajanie potrzeb dystrybutorów energii elektrycznej, końcowych odbiorców energii, samorządu lokalnego i regionalnego oraz mieszkańców powiatu. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźników produktu: − Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE: 2 szt.; − Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 1683,55 (tony równoważnika CO2); − Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie: 1 szt. The main objective of the project is to launch the production of electricity based on a renewable energy source from the sun, and then to enter it into the electricity grid, thereby increasing the share of renewable energy production. The object of the project is the construction of two photovoltaic power plants: — OŁDAKI 3 with a power of 999.68 kW – OŁDAKI 4 with a power of 999.68 kW in total 1999.36 kW in the municipality of Ołdaki – Magna Brok. The investment consists of the installation of photovoltaic (monocrystalline) panels connected into stand-alone systems with inverters, with the necessary wiring and accessories. Photovoltaic panels use photovoltaic phenomenon to convert solar radiation into electricity. By means of cable connections, they transmit energy to inverters, where there is a change of DC to alternating current. The electricity produced will be used for commercial purposes and will be 100 % fed into the electricity grid for resale. In order to carry out the project, it is necessary to carry out the selection procedure and the selection of the General Contractor, with responsibility for carrying out all tasks related to the actual implementation of the Project. Promotion of the project will be carried out by the Applicant on its own. The implementation of the co-financed investment will meet all the needs of the Applicant and will contribute to meeting the needs of electricity distributors, end-users of energy, local and regional self-government and residents of the district. The project assumes the achievement of output indicators: − Number of RES electricity generation units built: 2 pieces; − Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions: 1683,55 (tonnes of CO2 equivalent); − Number of enterprises supported: 1 pcs. L’objectif principal du projet est de lancer la production d’électricité à partir d’une source d’énergie renouvelable à partir du soleil, puis de l’introduire dans le réseau électrique, augmentant ainsi la part de la production d’énergie renouvelable. L’objet du projet est la construction de deux centrales photovoltaïques: — OŁDAKI 3 d’une puissance de 999,68 kW — OŁDAKI 4 avec une puissance de 999,68 kW au total 1 999,36 kW dans la commune d’Ołdaki — Magna Brok. L’investissement consiste en l’installation de panneaux photovoltaïques (monocrystallins) reliés à des systèmes autonomes avec onduleurs, avec le câblage et les accessoires nécessaires. Les panneaux photovoltaïques utilisent le phénomène photovoltaïque pour convertir le rayonnement solaire en électricité. Au moyen de connexions par câble, ils transmettent de l’énergie aux onduleurs, où il y a un changement de courant continu en courant alternatif. L’électricité produite sera utilisée à des fins commerciales et sera alimentée à 100 % dans le réseau électrique en vue de sa revente. Pour mener à bien le projet, il est nécessaire de procéder à la procédure de sélection et à la sélection du contractant général, avec la responsabilité de l’exécution de toutes les tâches liées à la mise en œuvre effective du projet. La promotion du projet sera réalisée par la requérante seule. La mise en œuvre de l’investissement cofinancé répondra à tous les besoins de la requérante et contribuera à répondre aux besoins des distributeurs d’électricité, des utilisateurs finaux d’énergie, de l’autonomie locale et régionale et des résidents du district. Le projet suppose la réalisation d’indicateurs de réalisation: − Nombre d’unités de production d’électricité SER construites: 2 pièces; − Diminution annuelle estimée des émissions de gaz à effet de serre: 1683,55 (tonnes d’équivalent CO2); − Nombre d’entreprises bénéficiant d’un soutien: 1 pcs. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Erzeugung von Strom auf Basis einer erneuerbaren Energiequelle aus der Sonne zu starten und dann in das Stromnetz zu gelangen und so den Anteil der Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energien zu erhöhen. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau von zwei Photovoltaik-Kraftwerken: — OŁDAKI 3 mit einer Leistung von 999,68 kW – OŁDAKI 4 mit einer Leistung von insgesamt 999,68 kW in 1 999,36 kW in der Gemeinde Ołdaki – Magna Brok. Die Investition besteht in der Installation von Photovoltaik-Panels (monokrystalline), die in eigenständige Systeme mit Wechselrichtern verbunden sind, mit der notwendigen Verdrahtung und Zubehör. Photovoltaik-Panels nutzen Photovoltaik-Phänomen, um Sonnenstrahlung in Strom umzuwandeln. Mit Hilfe von Kabelanschlüssen übertragen sie Energie an Wechselrichter, bei denen es einen Wechsel von Gleichstrom zu Wechselstrom gibt. Der erzeugte Strom wird für kommerzielle Zwecke verwendet und wird zu 100 % für den Weiterverkauf in das Stromnetz eingespeist. Zur Durchführung des Projekts ist es erforderlich, das Auswahlverfahren und die Auswahl des Generalvertragsnehmers durchzuführen, der für die Ausführung aller Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der tatsächlichen Durchführung des Projekts verantwortlich ist. Die Förderung des Projekts wird vom Antragsteller selbst durchgeführt. Die Durchführung der kofinanzierten Investitionen wird allen Bedürfnissen des Antragstellers entsprechen und zur Deckung des Bedarfs der Stromverteiler, der Endnutzer von Energie, der lokalen und regionalen Selbstverwaltung und der Einwohner des Bezirks beitragen. Das Projekt geht davon aus, dass Output-Indikatoren erreicht werden: − Anzahl der gebauten EE-Stromerzeugungseinheiten: 2 Stück; − Geschätzter jährlicher Rückgang der Treibhausgasemissionen: 1683,55 (Tonnen CO2-Äquivalent); − Zahl der unterstützten Unternehmen: 1 Stk. Het belangrijkste doel van het project is de productie van elektriciteit op basis van een hernieuwbare energiebron uit de zon op gang te brengen en vervolgens in het elektriciteitsnet op te nemen, waardoor het aandeel van de productie van hernieuwbare energie wordt verhoogd. Het doel van het project is de bouw van twee fotovoltaïsche elektriciteitscentrales: — OŁDAKI 3 met een vermogen van 999,68 kW — OŁDAKI 4 met een vermogen van 999,68 kW in totaal 1 999,36 kW in de gemeente Ołdaki — Magna Brok. De investering bestaat uit de installatie van fotovoltaïsche (monokristallijne) panelen verbonden in stand-alone systemen met omvormers, met de nodige bedrading en accessoires. Fotovoltaïsche panelen gebruiken fotovoltaïsche verschijnsel om zonnestraling om te zetten in elektriciteit. Door middel van kabelaansluitingen zenden ze energie naar omvormers, waar er een wisselstroom van DC naar wisselstroom plaatsvindt. De geproduceerde elektriciteit zal voor commerciële doeleinden worden gebruikt en voor 100 % aan het elektriciteitsnet worden geleverd voor wederverkoop. Voor de uitvoering van het project moeten de selectieprocedure en de selectie van de hoofdcontractant worden uitgevoerd, die verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering van alle taken die verband houden met de daadwerkelijke uitvoering van het project. De promotie van het project zal door de aanvrager zelf worden uitgevoerd. De uitvoering van de medegefinancierde investering zal aan alle behoeften van de aanvrager voldoen en zal bijdragen tot het voldoen aan de behoeften van elektriciteitsdistributeurs, eindgebruikers van energie, lokaal en regionaal zelfbestuur en inwoners van het district. Het project gaat uit van de verwezenlijking van outputindicatoren: Aantal gebouwde eenheden voor de opwekking van elektriciteit uit hernieuwbare bronnen: 2 stuks; Geraamde jaarlijkse daling van de broeikasgasemissies: 1683,55 (ton CO2-equivalent); − Aantal ondersteunde ondernemingen: 1 st.
