Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie szanse na zatrudnienie 200 (101K 99M) mieszkańców m. Radom, wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym oraz zapobieganie zjawisku wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa, poprzez podniesiony poziom efektywności społecznej (min. 34%) i efektywności zatrudnieniowej (min. 25%) wśród osób z grupy docelowej – cel zostanie osiągnięty do 31.12.2022r. dzięki kompleksowemu wsparciu w postaci usług aktywnej integracji w projekcie. Projekt skierowany jest do 200 bezrobotnych mieszkańców m. Radom, którzy nie korzystali i nie korzystają ze wsparcia oferowanego w proj. pozakonkursowych wyłonionych w naborze RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. Do udziału w projekcie preferowane będą osoby korzystające z PO PŻ. Planowane wskaźniki realizacji projektu to: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie (200os.); Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu (120os.); Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) – 50os. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację 6 Zadań: (1) Diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów uczestników projektu, na potrzeby opracowania ścieżki reintegracji - opracowanie IPD, (2) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, (3) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym - poradnictwo zawodowe, (4) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze edukacyjnym, (5) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym - pośrednictwo pracy, (6) Instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym – staże zawodowe. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 200 (101K 99M) residents of the Council, excluded and at risk of social exclusion and to prevent social exclusion and poverty, through increased social efficiency (minimum 34 %) and employment efficiency (minimum 25 %) among the target group – the target will be achieved by 31.12.2022 through comprehensive support in the form of active inclusion services in the project. The project is aimed at 200 unemployed residents of Radom who have not benefited from and do not benefit from the support offered in the non-competition project selected in the vacancy RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. To participate in the project will be preferred people who benefit from the PŻ OP. The planned project implementation indicators are: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported by the programme (200 persons); Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme (120 persons); Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in post-programme employment (including self-employed) – 50 persons. As part of the project, 6 tasks are planned: (1) Diagnosis of the individual needs and potentials of project participants for the development of reintegration pathways – development of IPDs, (2) Active inclusion instruments of a social nature, (3) Vocational active inclusion instruments – career guidance, (4) Educational active inclusion instruments, (5) Vocational active inclusion instruments – job placements, (6) Vocational active inclusion instruments – internships. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité de 200 (101K 99M) résidents du Conseil, exclus et exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale et de prévenir l’exclusion sociale et la pauvreté, grâce à une efficacité sociale accrue (au moins 34 %) et à une efficacité de l’emploi (minimum 25 %) au sein du groupe cible — l’objectif sera atteint d’ici au 31.12.2022 grâce à un soutien global sous la forme de services d’inclusion active dans le projet. Le projet s’adresse à 200 résidents sans emploi de Radom qui n’ont pas bénéficié et ne bénéficient pas du soutien offert dans le cadre du projet de non-concurrence sélectionné dans le poste vacant RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19. Pour participer au projet seront préférés les personnes qui bénéficient de l’OPP. Les indicateurs de mise en œuvre du projet prévus sont les suivants: Nombre de personnes menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale soutenues par le programme (200 personnes); Nombre de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale ayant obtenu des qualifications ou acquis des compétences après avoir quitté le programme (120 personnes); Nombre de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale dans l’emploi post-programme (y compris les travailleurs indépendants) — 50 personnes. Dans le cadre du projet, 6 tâches sont prévues: (1) Diagnostic des besoins individuels et des potentiels des participants au projet pour le développement de parcours de réinsertion — développement de DPI, (2) instruments d’inclusion active active de nature sociale, (3) instruments d’inclusion active professionnelle — orientation professionnelle, (4) instruments d’inclusion active éducative, (5) instruments d’inclusion active professionnelle — placements dans l’emploi, (6) instruments d’inclusion active professionnelle — stages. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 200 (101K 99M) Einwohnern des Rates, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung ausgeschlossen und bedroht sind, zu verbessern und soziale Ausgrenzung und Armut zu verhindern, indem die soziale Effizienz (mindestens 34 %) und die Beschäftigungseffizienz (mindestens 25 %) unter der Zielgruppe erhöht werden – das Ziel wird bis zum 31.12.2022 durch umfassende Unterstützung in Form von Dienstleistungen zur aktiven Eingliederung im Projekt erreicht. Das Projekt richtet sich an 200 arbeitslose Einwohner von Radom, die nicht in den Genuss der Unterstützung gekommen sind, die im Rahmen des in der Leerstelle RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19 ausgewählten Nicht-Wettbewerbs-Projekts angeboten wird. Für die Teilnahme am Projekt werden Personen bevorzugt, die vom OP PŻ profitieren. Die geplanten Indikatoren für die Projektdurchführung sind: Zahl der durch das Programm unterstützten Personen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind (200 Personen); Zahl der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm Qualifikationen oder Kompetenzen erworben haben (120 Personen); Zahl der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Personen in Beschäftigung nach dem Programm (einschließlich Selbstständige) – 50 Personen. Im Rahmen des Projekts sind 6 Aufgaben geplant: (1) Diagnose der individuellen Bedürfnisse und Potenziale der Projektteilnehmer für die Entwicklung von Wiedereingliederungspfaden – Entwicklung von IPD, (2) Instrumente der aktiven Eingliederung sozialer Art, (3) Instrumente der beruflichen aktiven Eingliederung – Berufsberatung, (4) Instrumente zur aktiven Eingliederung im Bereich der Bildung, (5) Instrumente der beruflichen Eingliederung – Stellenvermittlung, (6) Instrumente der beruflichen aktiven Eingliederung – Praktika. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het vergroten van de inzetbaarheid van 200 inwoners van de Raad (101K 99M) die uitgesloten zijn en het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting, en het voorkomen van sociale uitsluiting en armoede, door een grotere sociale efficiëntie (minimaal 34 %) en werkgelegenheidsefficiëntie (minimaal 25 %) onder de doelgroep — de doelstelling zal tegen 31.12.2022 worden bereikt door middel van uitgebreide steun in de vorm van actieve inclusiediensten in het project. Het project is gericht op 200 werkloze inwoners van Radom die niet hebben geprofiteerd van en niet profiteren van de steun die wordt geboden in het kader van het in de vacature RPMA.09.01.00-IP.01-14-079/19 geselecteerde project. Om deel te nemen aan het project hebben de voorkeur mensen die profiteren van de P. OP. De geplande projectuitvoeringsindicatoren zijn: Het aantal personen dat door het programma met armoede of sociale uitsluiting wordt bedreigd (200 personen); Aantal personen dat met armoede of sociale uitsluiting wordt bedreigd en dat na het verlaten van het programma kwalificaties of competenties heeft verworven (120 personen); Aantal mensen dat risico loopt op armoede of sociale uitsluiting in postprogrammawerknemers (met inbegrip van zelfstandigen) — 50 personen. In het kader van het project zijn 6 taken gepland: (1) Diagnose van de individuele behoeften en mogelijkheden van projectdeelnemers voor de ontwikkeling van reïntegratietrajecten — ontwikkeling van IPD’s, (2) actieve inclusie-instrumenten van sociale aard, (3) instrumenten voor actieve inclusie in beroepsonderwijs — loopbaanbegeleiding, (4) instrumenten voor actieve inclusie op onderwijsgebied, (5) instrumenten voor actieve inclusie in het beroep — arbeidsbemiddeling, (6) instrumenten voor actieve inclusie in het beroep — stages.
