Projekt pt. „Gotowi na zmiany!” realizowany w okresie 01.08.2020r.-30.06.2022r. skierowany jest do 195 osób (w tym 106K,89M), powyżej 18 roku życia, niepracujących, którzy zamiesz. (w myśl kod. cywiln.)na obszarze M. Ostrołęki (dalej: MO), pow. ostrołęck.(dalej: PO), pow. makowskiego (dalej: PM), pow. przasnyskiego (dalej:PP) lub pow. ostrowskiego (dalej: POS) woj. mazow., zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz.społ.,tj.os.korzystające ze świadczeń z pomocy społ.[dalej: PS] zg.z ustawą z 12.03.2004r.o pomocy społ.lub kwalifik.się do objęcia wsparciem PS,tj.spełniające min.1 z przesłanek określ.w art.7 ustawy z 12.03.2004r.o pomocy społ. W okresie real. proj., uczestnicy będą korzystali ze wsparcia, zgodnie z opracow. dla nich, na podstawie diagnozy, ścieżką reintegracji. Celem głównym Projektu jest aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa, wzrost kompetencji społecznych oraz zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia, w okresie 01.08.2020 r. – 30.06.2022r., przez 195 osób (106K,89M) niepracujących, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, zam. powiat ostrołęcki, M. Ostrołęka, powiat makowski, powiat przasnyski lub powiat ostrowski woj. mazowieckiego. Cele szczegółowe: 1) podniesienie umiejętności społecznych u min. 90% z 195 UP (106K, 89M) poprzez ukończenie warsztatów kompetencji społecznych, w okresie real. proj., 2) nabycie kwalifikacji/kompetencji zawodowych przez min. 90% z 195 UP (106K, 89M) poprzez ukończenie kursu zawodowego oraz zdanie egzaminu końcowego w okresie real. proj., 3) nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez 90% z 70 UP (38K, 32M) poprzez ukończenie 3-miesięcznych staży zawodowych w okresie real. proj., 4) zwiększenie samodzielności, zaradności i poczucia własnej wartości mierzonych jako efektywność społeczna u co najmniej 34% UP w ciągu 3 miesięcy od zakończenia udziału w proj (tj. do końca IX.2022r.) 5) uzyskanie zatrudnienie przez min. 25% UP w ciągu 3 miesięcy od zakończenia udziału w proj (tj. do końca IX.2022r.). Projet: «Prêt pour le changement!» mis en œuvre au cours de la période 01.08.2020-30.06.2022 s’adresse à 195 personnes (dont 106K,89M), âgées de plus de 18 ans, qui ne travaillent pas et qui ne vivent pas. (conformément au code civil) dans la zone de M. Ostrołęki (ci-après: Mo), région d’Ostroleka. (ci-après: Po), région de Makowski (ci-après: PM), la zone de Przasnyski (ci-après dénommée «PP») ou la région d’Ostrowski (ci-après dénommée: OPS) voïvodie, risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion, c’est-à-dire les personnes bénéficiant de prestations d’assistance sociale [ci-après: FVC] en vertu de la loi du 12 mars 2004 relative à l’assistance sociale ou à l’éligibilité à l’aide de la FVC, c’est-à-dire le respect des conditions fixées à l’article 7 de la loi du 12 mars 2004 relative à l’assistance sociale. Pendant la période de vrai proj., les participants bénéficieront d’un soutien, selon l’étude. pour eux, sur la base du diagnostic, le chemin de la réintégration. L’objectif principal du projet est l’activation socioprofessionnelle, l’augmentation des compétences sociales et l’accroissement de l’employabilité, entre le 1er août 2020 et le 30 juin 2022, par 195 personnes (106K,89M) qui ne travaillent pas, menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, dans le district d’Ostrołęka, M. Objectifs spécifiques: 1) l’augmentation des compétences sociales à un minimum de 90 % par rapport à 195 UP (106K, 89M) par l’achèvement d’ateliers de compétences sociales, au cours de la période réelle du projet, 2) l’acquisition de qualifications/compétences professionnelles d’au moins 90 % sur 195 UP (106K, 89M) par l’achèvement d’un cours professionnel et la réussite de l’examen final au cours de la période réelle du projet, 3) l’acquisition d’une expérience professionnelle de 90 % à partir de 70 UP (38K, 32 M) en effectuant des stages de trois mois au cours de la période réelle du projet, (4) l’augmentation de l’autonomie, de l’ingéniosité et de l’estime de soi, mesurée en tant que performance sociale dans au moins 34 % de l’UP dans les 3 mois suivant la fin de la participation au projet (c’est-à-dire jusqu’à la fin du IX.2022) en obtenant un emploi pour au moins 25 % de l’UP dans les 3 mois suivant la fin de la participation au projet (c’est-à-dire jusqu’à la fin du IX.2022). Projekt: „Ready for Change!“, der im Zeitraum 01.08.2020-30.06.2022 umgesetzt wurde, richtet sich an 195 Personen (einschließlich 106K,89M), über 18 Jahre alt, die nicht im Erwerbsleben sind. (gemäß Zivilgesetzbuch) im Gebiet von M. Ostrołęki (im Folgenden: Mo), Gebiet Ostroleka. (im Folgenden: PO), Region Makowski (nachfolgend: PM), das Gebiet von Przasnyski (nachstehend „PP“ genannt) oder das Gebiet Ostrowski (im Folgenden: Woiwodschaft, Armutsgefährdung und/oder Ausgrenzung, d. h. Personen, die Sozialhilfeleistungen erhalten [im Folgenden: FVC] gemäß dem Gesetz vom 12. März 2004 über Sozialhilfe oder Anspruch auf Unterstützung durch die FVC, d. h. die Voraussetzungen des Artikels 7 des Gesetzes vom 12. März 2004 über die Sozialhilfe zu erfüllen. Während der Zeit der realen Proj. profitieren die Teilnehmer von Unterstützung, gemäß der Studie. für sie, basierend auf der Diagnose, dem Weg der Wiedereingliederung. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die sozioökonomische Aktivierung, die Stärkung der sozialen Kompetenzen und die Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zwischen dem 1. August 2020 und dem 30.6.2022 durch 195 Personen (106K,89M), die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, den Bezirk Ostrołęka, M. Ostrołęka, Makowski, Landkreis Przasnyski oder den Landkreis Ostrowski woj. Mazowieckie. Spezifische Ziele: 1) Erhöhung der sozialen Kompetenzen auf mindestens 90 % von 195 UP (106K, 89M) durch Abschluss von Workshops für soziale Kompetenz, während des realen Projektzeitraums, 2) Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen/Kompetenzen um mindestens 90 % von 195 UP (106K, 89M) durch Abschluss eines Berufskurses und bestanden die Abschlussprüfung während des realen Projektzeitraums, 3) Erwerb von Berufserfahrung um 90 % von 70 UP (38K, 32 Mio.) durch den Abschluss von dreimonatigen Praktika während des realen Projektzeitraums, (4) Erhöhung der Eigenständigkeit, Einfallsreichtum und Selbstwertgefühl, gemessen als soziale Leistung in mindestens 34 % des UP innerhalb von 3 Monaten nach Abschluss der Projektteilnahme (d. h. bis Ende IX.2022), wodurch innerhalb von drei Monaten nach Abschluss der Projektteilnahme (d. h. bis Ende IX.2022) mindestens 25 % des UP eine Beschäftigung erhalten. Project: „Ready for Change!” uitgevoerd in de periode 01.08.2020-30.06.2022 is gericht op 195 mensen (waaronder 106K,89M), ouder dan 18 jaar, die geen werk hebben, die niet leven. (overeenkomstig het burgerlijk wetboek) in het gebied van M. Ostrołęki (hierna: Mo), gebied Ostroleka.
