Celem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnego procesu produkcyjnego mączki mineralnej, wykorzystywanej do produkcji granulowanego nawozu w oparciu o wyniki zleconych prac B+R. Wdrażany proces produkcyjny nie posiada swoich odpowiedników w Polsce dłużej niż 3 lata. Innowacyjność została potwierdzona w niezależnej Opinii o innowacyjności sporządzonej przez Politechnikę Warszawską. W ramach realizowanej inwestycji, Wnioskodawca planuje ponieść następujące koszty: - budowa hali produkcyjnej o powierzchni łącznej 1 000 m2, - zakup i instalacja wertykalnego młyna rolowo - misowego wraz z infrastrukturą o wydajności 20t/godzinę - nabycie oprogramowania do przetwarzania, gromadzenia i przesyłania informacji w formie elektronicznej (TIK). Realizacja niniejszego projektu pozwoli na zaspokojenie wszystkich zdiagnozowanych potrzeb wnioskodawcy w najbardziej optymalnym zakresie, ponadto odpowiada także na potrzeby rynku i jego Klientów. Ponadto realizacja projektu wpłynie na podniesienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa na rynku krajowym oraz międzynarodowym, poprzez zaspokojenie potrzeb rynkowych, sięgania po rozwiązania przyjazne środowisku naturalnemu. Uzyskanie wsparcia ze środków UE, umożliwi realizacje projektu, pozwalając na uzyskanie wskaźników: 1. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie – szt. 1. 2. The aim of the project is to implement an innovative production process of mineral meal, used for the production of granular fertiliser based on the results of commissioned R & D works. The implemented production process does not have its counterparts in Poland for more than 3 years. Innovation has been confirmed in the independent Opinion on innovation prepared by the Warsaw University of Technology. As part of the investment, the Applicant plans to bear the following costs: — construction of a production hall with a total area of 1000 m², – purchase and installation of a vertical arable-mill mill with infrastructure capacity of 20 t/hour – acquisition of software for the processing, collection and transmission of information in electronic form (ICT). The implementation of this project will allow to meet all the diagnosed needs of the applicant in the most optimal scope, and also responds to the needs of the market and its customers. In addition, the implementation of the project will improve the competitiveness and innovation of the company on the domestic and international market, by meeting market needs and reaching for environmentally friendly solutions. Obtaining support from EU funds will enable the implementation of the project, allowing to obtain indicators: 1. Number of enterprises receiving support – pcs. 1. 2. L’objectif du projet est de mettre en œuvre un processus innovant de production de farine minérale, utilisé pour la production d’engrais granulaires sur la base des résultats des travaux de R & D commandés. Le processus de production mis en œuvre n’a pas ses équivalents en Pologne depuis plus de trois ans. L’innovation a été confirmée dans l’avis indépendant sur l’innovation élaboré par l’Université de technologie de Varsovie. Dans le cadre de l’investissement, la requérante envisage de supporter les frais suivants: — construction d’une salle de production d’une superficie totale de 1 000 m², — achat et installation d’un moulin vertical arable d’une capacité d’infrastructure de 20 t/heure — acquisition de logiciels pour le traitement, la collecte et la transmission d’informations sous forme électronique (TIC). La mise en œuvre de ce projet permettra de répondre à tous les besoins diagnostiqués du demandeur dans le cadre le plus optimal, et répond également aux besoins du marché et de ses clients. En outre, la mise en œuvre du projet améliorera la compétitivité et l’innovation de l’entreprise sur le marché intérieur et international, en répondant aux besoins du marché et en recherchant des solutions respectueuses de l’environnement. L’obtention d’un soutien des fonds de l’UE permettra la mise en œuvre du projet, ce qui permettra d’obtenir des indicateurs: 1. Nombre d’entreprises bénéficiant d’un soutien — PCs. 1. 2. Ziel des Projekts ist die Einführung eines innovativen Produktionsprozesses von Mineralmehl, das für die Herstellung von Granulatdünger auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse der in Auftrag gegebenen F & E-Arbeiten verwendet wird. Innovation wurde in der unabhängigen Stellungnahme zur Innovation der Technischen Universität Warschau bestätigt. Im Rahmen der Investition plant die Klägerin, folgende Kosten zu tragen: — Bau einer Produktionshalle mit einer Gesamtfläche von 1 000 m², – Kauf und Einbau einer vertikalen Ackermühle mit einer Infrastrukturkapazität von 20 t/Stunde – Erwerb von Software für die Verarbeitung, Sammlung und Übermittlung von Informationen in elektronischer Form (IKT). Die Durchführung dieses Projekts wird es ermöglichen, alle diagnostizierten Bedürfnisse des Antragstellers im optimalen Umfang zu decken und auch auf die Bedürfnisse des Marktes und seiner Kunden zu reagieren. Darüber hinaus wird die Umsetzung des Projekts die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Innovation des Unternehmens auf dem heimischen und internationalen Markt verbessern, indem sie den Marktbedürfnissen gerecht wird und umweltfreundliche Lösungen anstrebt. Der Erhalt von Unterstützung aus EU-Mitteln wird die Durchführung des Projekts ermöglichen, um Indikatoren zu erhalten: 1. Anzahl der Unternehmen, die Unterstützung erhalten – Stk. 1. 2. Het doel van het project is het implementeren van een innovatief productieproces van mineraalmeel, dat wordt gebruikt voor de productie van granulaire meststoffen op basis van de resultaten van in opdracht gegeven O & O-werkzaamheden. Het uitgevoerde productieproces heeft zijn tegenhangers in Polen al meer dan 3 jaar niet. Innovatie is bevestigd in het onafhankelijke advies over innovatie dat is opgesteld door de Technische Universiteit van Warschau. In het kader van de investering is verzoekster voornemens de volgende kosten te dragen: — bouw van een productiehal met een totale oppervlakte van 1 000 m², — aankoop en installatie van een verticale akkerbouwmolen met een infrastructuurcapaciteit van 20 t/uur — aankoop van software voor de verwerking, verzameling en overdracht van informatie in elektronische vorm (ICT). De uitvoering van dit project zal het mogelijk maken om te voldoen aan alle gediagnosticeerde behoeften van de aanvrager in de meest optimale omvang, en beantwoordt ook aan de behoeften van de markt en haar klanten. Bovendien zal de uitvoering van het project het concurrentievermogen en de innovatie van het bedrijf op de binnenlandse en internationale markt verbeteren, door te voldoen aan de behoeften van de markt en te komen tot milieuvriendelijke oplossingen. Het verkrijgen van steun uit EU-middelen zal de uitvoering van het project mogelijk maken, zodat indicatoren kunnen worden verkregen: 1. Aantal ondernemingen dat steun ontvangt — pc’s. 1. 2.
