Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja związana z modernizacją i wyposażeniem obiektu w Klementowie celem wdrożenia nowych usług w firmie Wnioskodawcy. Wybrane rozwiązanie jest technologiczne nowoczesne, ekonomiczne, przyjazne środowisku oraz pozytywnie wpływa na bezpieczeństwo pracy w przedsiębiorstwie. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone prace budowlane, zakupione wyposażenie, wózek widłowy oraz oprogramowanie w celu wprowadzenia nowych usług- związanych z handlem materiałami budowlanymi. Inwestycja realizowana jest w związku z negatywnymi konsekwencjami oraz ograniczeniami związanymi z epidemią COVID-19 i spadkiem przychodów oraz efektywności działania firmy na rynku. Wartość inwestycji ogółem wynosi 934 800,00 zł, koszty kwalifikowalne projektu wynoszą 760 000,00 zł. Poziom dofinansowania inwestycji wynosi 646 000,00 zł- co stanowi 85,00% kosztów kwalifikowalnych projektu. Inwestycja została wyrażona w następujących wskaźniku rezultatu : - Liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy kobiety / mężczyźni- 0/1, - Liczba utrzymanych miejsc pracy kobiety / mężczyźni (wsparcie w związku z pandemią COVID-19) 0/2. Po zakończeniu realizacji niniejszego projektu Wnioskodawca pozostanie właścicielem opisywanych aktywów. Analizowana inwestycja stanowi rozwiązanie wysoce innowacyjne. Innowacja produktowa - polega m.in. na wprowadzeniu zupełnie nowych innowacyjnych usług do oferty asortymentowej firmy Wnioskodawcy. Inwestycja ta spowoduje znaczną poprawę konkurencyjności firmy na rynku województwa łódzkiego, jak i na terenie całego kraju. (Polish)

The object of the project is an investment related to the modernisation and equipment of the facility in Klementów in order to implement new services at the Applicant’s company. The chosen solution is modern, economical, environmentally friendly and has a positive impact on the safety of work in the company. The project will carry out construction works, purchased equipment, forklift and software to introduce new services related to the trade in building materials. The investment is carried out in connection with the negative consequences and constraints associated with the COVID-19 outbreak and the decrease in revenues and efficiency of the company’s operations on the market. The total value of the investment is PLN 934 800.00, the eligible costs of the project amount to PLN 760 000.00. The level of co-financing for the investment is PLN 646 000.00 – which represents 85.00 % of the eligible costs of the project. The investment is expressed in the following result indicator: — Number of newly created jobs women/men – 0/1, – Number of jobs maintained by women/men (support in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic) 0/2. Upon completion of this project, the Applicant will remain the owner of the assets described. This investment is a highly innovative solution. Product innovation – involves, among others, the introduction of completely new innovative services to the Applicant’s assortment offer. This investment will significantly improve the competitiveness of the company on the Łódź voivodship market as well as throughout the country. (English)

Le projet a pour objet un investissement lié à la modernisation et à l’équipement de l’installation de Klementów afin de mettre en œuvre de nouveaux services dans la société de la requérante. La solution choisie est moderne, économique, respectueuse de l’environnement et a un impact positif sur la sécurité du travail dans l’entreprise. Le projet réalisera des travaux de construction, des équipements achetés, des chariots élévateurs et des logiciels pour introduire de nouveaux services liés au commerce des matériaux de construction. L’investissement est réalisé en relation avec les conséquences négatives et les contraintes liées à la pandémie de COVID-19 et à la diminution des recettes et de l’efficacité des opérations de l’entreprise sur le marché. La valeur totale de l’investissement s’élève à 934 800,00 PLN, les coûts éligibles du projet s’élevant à 760 000,00 PLN. Le niveau de cofinancement de l’investissement est de 646 000,00 PLN, ce qui représente 85,00 % des coûts éligibles du projet. L’investissement est exprimé dans l’indicateur de résultat suivant: — Nombre d’emplois nouvellement créés femmes/hommes — 0/1, — Nombre d’emplois maintenus par les femmes/hommes (soutien dans le contexte de la pandémie de COVID-19) 0/2. À l’issue de ce projet, le demandeur demeurera propriétaire des biens décrits. Cet investissement est une solution hautement innovante. Innovation de produits — implique, entre autres, l’introduction de services innovants totalement nouveaux dans l’offre d’assortiment de la requérante. Cet investissement améliorera considérablement la compétitivité de l’entreprise sur le marché de la voïvodie de Łódź ainsi que dans tout le pays. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist eine Investition im Zusammenhang mit der Modernisierung und Ausstattung der Anlage in Klementów, um neue Dienstleistungen bei der Firma des Antragstellers zu realisieren. Die gewählte Lösung ist modern, wirtschaftlich, umweltfreundlich und wirkt sich positiv auf die Arbeitssicherheit im Unternehmen aus. Das Projekt wird Bauarbeiten, gekaufte Ausrüstung, Gabelstapler und Software durchführen, um neue Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Handel mit Baustoffen einzuführen. Die Investition erfolgt im Zusammenhang mit den negativen Auswirkungen und Zwängen im Zusammenhang mit dem COVID-19-Ausbruch und dem Rückgang der Einnahmen und der Effizienz der Geschäftstätigkeit des Unternehmens auf dem Markt. Der Gesamtwert der Investition beträgt 934 800,00 PLN, die förderfähigen Kosten des Projekts belaufen sich auf 760 000,00 PLN. Die Kofinanzierung der Investition beläuft sich auf 646 000,00 PLN, was 85,00 % der förderfähigen Kosten des Projekts entspricht. Die Investition wird in dem folgenden Ergebnisindikator ausgedrückt: — Zahl der neu geschaffenen Arbeitsplätze Frauen/Männer – 0/1, – Zahl der von Frauen/Männern erhaltenen Arbeitsplätze (Unterstützung im Zusammenhang mit der COVID-19-Pandemie) 0/2. Nach Abschluss dieses Projekts bleibt der Antragsteller Eigentümer der beschriebenen Vermögenswerte. Diese Investition ist eine hochinnovative Lösung. Produktinnovation – beinhaltet unter anderem die Einführung völlig neuer innovativer Dienstleistungen in das Sortiment des Antragstellers. Diese Investition wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens auf dem Woiwodschaftsmarkt Łódź sowie im ganzen Land erheblich verbessern. (German)

De investering wordt uitgevoerd in verband met de negatieve gevolgen en beperkingen van de COVID-19-uitbraak en de daling van de inkomsten en efficiëntie van de activiteiten van de onderneming op de markt. De totale waarde van de investering bedraagt 934 800,00 PLN, de subsidiabele kosten van het project bedragen 760 000,00 PLN. De medefinanciering voor de investering bedraagt 646 000,00 PLN — wat neerkomt op 85,00 % van de subsidiabele kosten van het project. De investering wordt uitgedrukt in de volgende resultaatindicator: — Aantal nieuw gecreëerde banen voor vrouwen/mannen — 0/1, — Aantal banen dat door vrouwen/mannen wordt behouden (steun in de context van de COVID-19-pandemie) 0/2. Na voltooiing van dit project blijft de aanvrager eigenaar van de beschreven activa. Deze investering is een zeer innovatieve oplossing. Productinnovatie — omvat onder meer de introductie van volledig nieuwe innovatieve diensten in het assortimentsaanbod van de aanvrager.
