Projekt "Program Aktywności Lokalnej - Aktywni w Sępólnie Krajeńskim" jest kompleksowym działaniem skierowanym do 30 mieszkańców gminy Sępólno Krajeńskie zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym oraz ubóstwem oraz do 15 osób z ich otoczenia. Wnioskodawca będzie realizował typ projektu 1 wskazany w Regulaminie konkursu – Zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe działania umożliwiające aktywne włączenie społeczne, a także powrót na rynek pracy realizowane w oparciu o PAL.Projekt znajduje się na liście głównej projektów Strategii Obszaru Rozwoju Społeczno-Gospodarczego Powiatu Sępoleńskiego. Projekt zakłada zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe działania umożliwiające aktywne włączenie społ. a także powrót na rynek pracy realizowane w oparciu o Program aktywności Lokalnej (PAL). Obejmuje instrumenty aktywizacji zawodowej i społecznej oraz usługi społeczne świadczone w społeczności lokalnej aby zapewnić indywidualizację i kompleksowość wsparcia. Projekt dodatkowo wdraża innowacyjne rozwiązaniewypracowane w ramach PO KL tj. INNOWACYJNE WYKORZYSTANIE COACHINGU DO WSPIERANIA RÓWNOWAGI PRACA - RODZINA.Projekt realizuje PAL i zawiera: diagnozę zasobów, potrzeb i wyzwań, współpracę partnerów lokalnych, działania animacyjne, indywidualne wsparcieuczestników oraz ocenę rezultatów poszczególnych uczestników pod względem skuteczności, trwałości, efektywności oraz użyteczności. ZAPLANOWANO STAŁY MONITORINGUCZESTNIKÓW POPRZEZ ANALIZOWANIE ICH POSTĘPU PODCZAS SPOTKAŃ ZESPOŁU PRAC. REALIZUJĄCEGO BEZPOŚREDNIO REINTEGRACJĘ SPOŁECZNO - ZAWODOWĄ UCZESTNIKÓW. W ramach projektu objęte zostaną m.in. obszary zdegradowane gminy SępólnoKrajeńskie. Projekt jest zgodny z RPO -Woj. Kuj-Pom oraz SzOOP. (Polish)

The project “Local Activity Programme – Active in Sępólnie Krajeński” is a comprehensive action aimed at 30 residents of the municipality of Sępólno Krajeńskie at risk of social exclusion and poverty and up to 15 people from their surroundings. The applicant will implement the type of project 1 indicated in the Rules of the competition – Individualised and comprehensive actions enabling active social inclusion and return to the labour market based on PAL. The project is included in the list of main projects of the Strategy of the Social and Economic Development Area of the Sępole District. The project involves individualised and comprehensive activities enabling active social inclusion and return to the labour market based on the Local Activity Programme (PAL). It includes occupational and social activation instruments and social services provided in the local community to ensure individualisation and comprehensive support. The project additionally implements an innovative solution developed under the HC OP, i.e. Innovative use of COACHING for the support of equal work – family. The project implements the PAL and includes: diagnosis of resources, needs and challenges, cooperation of local partners, animation activities, individual support for participants and evaluation of the results of individual participants in terms of effectiveness, sustainability, efficiency and usefulness. PERMANENT MONITORINGS ARE PLANNED BY ANALYSING THEIR PROGRESS DURING THE MEETINGS OF THE WORK TEAM. DIRECTLY IMPLEMENTING SOCIO-PROFESSIONAL REINTEGRATION OF PARTICIPANTS. The project will cover, among others, the degraded areas of the municipalities of SępólnoKrajeńskie. The project complies with the ROP-Woj. Kuj-Pom and SzOOP. (English)

Le projet «Programme d’activités locales — Actif à Sępólnie Krajeński» est une action globale destinée à 30 résidents de la municipalité de Sępólno Krajeńskie exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale et de pauvreté et jusqu’à 15 personnes de leurs environs. Le demandeur mettra en œuvre le type de projet 1 indiqué dans le règlement du concours — Actions individualisées et globales permettant l’inclusion sociale active et le retour au marché du travail sur la base du PAL. Le projet figure dans la liste des principaux projets de la stratégie de développement économique et social du district de Sępole. Le projet comporte des activités individualisées et globales permettant l’inclusion sociale active et le retour au marché du travail sur la base du programme d’activités locales (PAL). Il comprend des instruments d’activation professionnelle et sociale et des services sociaux fournis dans la communauté locale pour assurer l’individualisation et un soutien complet. Le projet met également en œuvre une solution innovante développée dans le cadre du PO HC, i.e. Utilisation innovante de COACHING pour le soutien de l’égalité de travail — famille. Le projet met en œuvre le PAL et comprend: le diagnostic des ressources, des besoins et des défis, la coopération des partenaires locaux, les activités d’animation, le soutien individuel aux participants et l’évaluation des résultats des différents participants en termes d’efficacité, de durabilité, d’efficience et d’utilité. DES SUIVIS PERMANENTS SONT PRÉVUS EN ANALYSANT LEURS PROGRÈS LORS DES RÉUNIONS DE L’ÉQUIPE DE TRAVAIL. MISE EN ŒUVRE DIRECTE DE LA RÉINSERTION SOCIOPROFESSIONNELLE DES PARTICIPANTS. Das Projekt „Lokales Aktivitätsprogramm – Aktiv in Sępólnie Krajeński“ ist eine umfassende Aktion für 30 Einwohner der Gemeinde Sępólno Krajeńskie, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung und Armut bedroht sind, und bis zu 15 Menschen aus ihrer Umgebung. Der Antragsteller wird die in den Wettbewerbsregeln angegebene Art von Projekt 1 umsetzen – Individualisierte und umfassende Maßnahmen, die eine aktive soziale Eingliederung und Rückkehr in den Arbeitsmarkt auf der Grundlage von PAL ermöglichen. Das Projekt ist in der Liste der wichtigsten Projekte der Strategie für den sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungsraum des Bezirks Sępole enthalten. Das Projekt umfasst individualisierte und umfassende Aktivitäten, die eine aktive soziale Eingliederung und die Rückkehr zum Arbeitsmarkt auf der Grundlage des lokalen Aktivitätsprogramms (PAL) ermöglichen. Sie umfasst Instrumente zur beruflichen und sozialen Aktivierung sowie soziale Dienste, die in der lokalen Gemeinschaft angeboten werden, um Individualisierung und umfassende Unterstützung zu gewährleisten. Das Projekt implementiert zusätzlich eine innovative Lösung, die im Rahmen des HC OP entwickelt wurde, d. h. Innovative Nutzung von COACHING zur Unterstützung gleicher Arbeit – Familie. Das Projekt implementiert das PAL und umfasst: Diagnose von Ressourcen, Bedürfnissen und Herausforderungen, Zusammenarbeit lokaler Partner, Animationsaktivitäten, individuelle Unterstützung der Teilnehmer und Bewertung der Ergebnisse einzelner Teilnehmer in Bezug auf Wirksamkeit, Nachhaltigkeit, Effizienz und Nützlichkeit. PERMANENTE ÜBERWACHUNGEN WERDEN DURCH EINE ANALYSE IHRER FORTSCHRITTE WÄHREND DER SITZUNGEN DES ARBEITSTEAMS GEPLANT. DIREKTE UMSETZUNG DER SOZIOPROFESSIONELLEN WIEDEREINGLIEDERUNG DER TEILNEHMER. Het project „Local Activity Programme — Actief in Sępólnie Krajeński” is een uitgebreide actie gericht op 30 inwoners van de gemeente Sępólno Krajeńskie die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting en armoede en tot 15 mensen uit hun omgeving. De aanvrager zal het type project 1 uitvoeren dat is vermeld in de wedstrijdregels — Individuele en alomvattende acties die actieve sociale inclusie en terugkeer naar de arbeidsmarkt op basis van PAL mogelijk maken. Het project is opgenomen in de lijst van de belangrijkste projecten van de strategie van de sociale en economische ontwikkelingszone van het district Sępole. Het project omvat geïndividualiseerde en omvattende activiteiten die actieve sociale inclusie en terugkeer naar de arbeidsmarkt mogelijk maken op basis van het lokale activiteitenprogramma (PAL). Het omvat instrumenten voor beroeps- en sociale activering en sociale diensten die in de lokale gemeenschap worden verleend om te zorgen voor individualisering en alomvattende ondersteuning. Het project implementeert bovendien een innovatieve oplossing die is ontwikkeld in het kader van het HC-OP, d.w.z. Innovatief gebruik van COACHING voor de ondersteuning van gelijk werk — gezin.
