Celem projektu jest zwiększenie na obszarze rewitalizacji do 2023 r. jakości życia mieszkańców poprzez poprawę stanu infrastruktury społecznej i technicznej oraz środowiska naturalnego, co umożliwi podniesienie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej, wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych dzieci i młodzieży a także zintegrowanie i zaangażowanie mieszkańców. W tym celu wykonana zostanie modernizacja obiektów infrastruktury społecznej oraz zagospodarowanie terenów publicznych poprzez rozbudowę, nadbudowę i modernizację budynku byłego Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Wąpielsku oraz modernizację świetlicy wiejskiej w Ruszkowie. The aim of the project is to increase the quality of life of residents in the area of revitalisation by 2023 by improving the state of social and technical infrastructure and the natural environment, which will enable increased social and professional participation, equal educational opportunities for children and young people, as well as integration and involvement of residents. To this end, the modernisation of social infrastructure facilities and the development of public areas will be carried out through the extension, overbuilding and modernisation of the building of the former Municipal Cultural Centre in Wąpielsk and the modernisation of the rural community centre in Ruszków. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de vie des résidents dans le domaine de la revitalisation d’ici 2023 en améliorant l’état des infrastructures sociales et techniques et de l’environnement naturel, ce qui permettra d’accroître la participation sociale et professionnelle, l’égalité des chances en matière d’éducation pour les enfants et les jeunes, ainsi que l’intégration et la participation des résidents. À cette fin, la modernisation des infrastructures sociales et le développement des espaces publics seront réalisés grâce à l’extension, à la surconstruction et à la modernisation de la construction de l’ancien centre culturel municipal de Wąpielsk et de la modernisation du centre communautaire rural de Ruszków. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Lebensqualität der Bewohner im Bereich der Revitalisierung bis 2023 zu verbessern, indem der Zustand der sozialen und technischen Infrastruktur und der natürlichen Umwelt verbessert wird, was eine stärkere soziale und berufliche Teilhabe, gleiche Bildungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Jugendliche sowie Integration und Einbeziehung der Bewohner ermöglicht. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Modernisierung der sozialen Infrastruktur und die Entwicklung öffentlicher Räume durch den Ausbau, den Überbau und die Modernisierung des ehemaligen städtischen Kulturzentrums in Wąpielsk und durch die Modernisierung des ländlichen Gemeindezentrums in Ruszków erfolgen.
