Celem ogólnym projektu jest zwiększenie wykorzystania potencjału kompleksu pałacowo-parkowego Marianny Orańskiej i jego walorów, poprzez stworzenie warunków infrastrukturalnych umożliwiającej wykreowanie spójnej kompleksowej oferty będącej ciekawą formą spędzania czasu wolnego dla mieszkańców regionu i turystów. Projekt realizowany będzie w Polsce, w województwie dolnośląskim, w powiecie ząbkowickim, w Kamieńcu Ząbkowickim. Kompleks pałacowo-parkowy położony jest przy ul. Zamkowej na działce nr 936/4 (AM 22) w obrębie Kamieniec Ząbkowicki. Pałac jest największą budowlą epoki schyłku romantyzmu w Europie, stanowiącą neogotycką perłę architektury Dolnego Śląska. Jest on uznany za główny element identyfikacji gminy w regionie i poza nim. Obecnie, pomimo zaistniałych w ciągu minionych dziesięcioleci zniszczeń, Pałac Marianny Orańskiej wciąż wywiera na odwiedzających znakomite wrażenie. Przeprowadzone już na obiekcie roboty zabezpieczające pozwoliły w dużym stopniu zahamować dewastację, jednakże wciąż konieczne jest przeprowadzenie wielu działań, aby móc doprowadzić obiekt do dawnego stanu i nadać mu nowe funkcje kulturowe. Realizacja projektu jest kolejnym, samodzielnym operacyjnie i finansowo zadaniem szerszego planu rewitalizacji kompleksu pałacowo-parkowego Marianny Orańskiej i stworzenia spójnej i kompleksowej oferty kulturalnej nie tylko Gminy, ale także regionu. Projekt jest gotowy do realizacji, Wnioskodawca posiada zasoby oraz wszelkie niezbędne do realizacji projektu decyzje. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone prace remontowe i odtworzeniowe wybranych fragmentów zabytkowego Pałacu: rekonstrukcji zewnętrznej stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej sali jadalnej od przyziemia włącznie oraz zewnętrznej stolarki okiennej kaplicy pałacowej w pałacu w zespole pałacowo-parkowym. Uzupełnieniem zakresu będą niezbędne do osiągnięcia celu usługi: przygotowanie dokumentacji projektu; nadzór inwestorski; zarządzanie projektem i rozliczanie dofinansowania; promocja. (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to increase the use of the potential of Marianna Orańska’s palace and park complex and its assets, by creating infrastructure conditions enabling the creation of a coherent comprehensive offer which is an interesting form of leisure time for the inhabitants of the region and tourists. The project will be implemented in Poland, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in Ząbkowicki County, in Kamieńcu Ząbkowicki. The palace and park complex is located at ul. Castle on plot No 936/4 (AM 22) within Kamieniec Ząbkowicki. The palace is the largest building of the era of Romanticism in Europe, which is a neo-Gothic pearl of architecture in Lower Silesia. It is recognised as the main element of identifying the municipality inside and outside the region. Today, despite the destructions that have taken place over the past decades, Marianna Orańska’s Palace continues to impress visitors. The security works already carried out on the site have largely prevented devastation, but many actions are still needed to bring the site to its former state and to give it new cultural functions. The implementation of the project is another, operationally and financially independent task of a wider plan to revitalise Marianna Orańska’s palace and park complex and to create a coherent and comprehensive cultural offer not only of the Municipality, but also of the region. The project is ready for implementation, the Applicant has the resources and all the decisions necessary for the implementation of the project. As part of the project, some parts of the historic Palace will be refurbished and reconstructed: reconstruction of the exterior window and door joinery of the dining room from the ground and the exterior window joinery of the palace chapel in the palace in the palace complex. The scope will be complemented to achieve the objective of the service: preparation of the project documentation; investor supervision; project management and settlement of co-financing; promotion. L’objectif général du projet est d’accroître l’utilisation du potentiel du palais et du parc de Marianna Orańska et de ses atouts, en créant des conditions d’infrastructure permettant la création d’une offre globale cohérente qui est une forme intéressante de temps de loisir pour les habitants de la région et les touristes. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en Pologne, dans la voïvodie de Basse-Silésie, dans le comté de Ząbkowicki, à Kamieńcu Ząbkowicki. Le complexe du palais et du parc est situé à ul. Château sur la parcelle no 936/4 (AM 22) à Kamieniec Ząbkowicki. Le palais est le plus grand bâtiment de l’ère du romantisme en Europe, qui est une perle néo-gothique d’architecture en Basse-Silésie. Il est reconnu comme l’élément principal de l’identification de la municipalité à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de la région. Aujourd’hui, malgré les destructions qui ont eu lieu au cours des dernières décennies, le palais de Marianna Orańska continue d’impressionner les visiteurs. Les travaux de sécurité déjà effectués sur le site ont largement empêché les dévastations, mais de nombreuses actions sont encore nécessaires pour ramener le site dans son ancien état et pour lui donner de nouvelles fonctions culturelles. La mise en œuvre du projet est une autre tâche indépendante sur le plan opérationnel et financier d’un plan plus large visant à revitaliser le palais et le parc de Marianna Orańska et à créer une offre culturelle cohérente et complète non seulement de la municipalité, mais aussi de la région. Le projet est prêt à être mis en œuvre, la requérante dispose des ressources et de toutes les décisions nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du projet. Dans le cadre du projet, certaines parties du Palais historique seront rénovées et reconstruites: reconstruction de la fenêtre extérieure et de la menuiserie de porte de la salle à manger à partir du sol et de la menuiserie de fenêtre extérieure de la chapelle du palais dans le palais dans le complexe du palais. Le champ d’application sera complété pour atteindre l’objectif du service: préparation de la documentation du projet; la surveillance des investisseurs; gestion de projet et règlement du cofinancement; promotion. Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Nutzung des Potenzials von Marianna Orańskas Palast und Parkkomplex und seinen Vermögenswerten zu erhöhen, indem Infrastrukturbedingungen geschaffen werden, die die Schaffung eines kohärenten umfassenden Angebots ermöglichen, das eine interessante Form der Freizeit für die Bewohner der Region und Touristen darstellt. Das Projekt wird in Polen in der Woiwodschaft Niederschlesien im Kreis Ząbkowicki in Kamieńcu Ząbkowicki durchgeführt. Der Palast und Parkkomplex befindet sich bei ul. Schloss auf Grundstück Nr. 936/4 (AM 22) innerhalb Kamieniec Ząbkowicki. Der Palast ist das größte Gebäude der Zeit der Romantik in Europa, die eine neogotische Perle der Architektur in Niederschlesien ist. Es wird als das Hauptelement der Identifizierung der Gemeinde innerhalb und außerhalb der Region anerkannt. Heute, trotz der Zerstörungen, die in den letzten Jahrzehnten stattgefunden haben, beeindrucken Marianna Orańskas Palast weiterhin die Besucher. Die bereits auf dem Gelände durchgeführten Sicherheitsarbeiten haben Verwüstungen weitgehend verhindert, aber es sind noch viele Maßnahmen erforderlich, um den Standort in seinen früheren Zustand zu bringen und ihm neue kulturelle Funktionen zu verleihen. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ist eine weitere operative und finanziell unabhängige Aufgabe eines umfassenderen Plans zur Revitalisierung des Palastes und des Parkkomplexes Marianna Orańska und zur Schaffung eines kohärenten und umfassenden kulturellen Angebots nicht nur der Gemeinde, sondern auch der Region. Das Projekt ist für die Durchführung bereit, der Antragsteller verfügt über die Ressourcen und alle Entscheidungen, die für die Durchführung des Projekts erforderlich sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden einige Teile des historischen Palastes saniert und rekonstruiert: Rekonstruktion der Außenfenster und Türtischlerei des Speisesaals vom Boden und der Außenfenstertischlerei der Palastkapelle im Palast im Palastkomplex. Der Anwendungsbereich wird ergänzt, um das Ziel des Dienstes zu erreichen: Vorbereitung der Projektdokumentation; Aufsicht der Anleger; Projektmanagement und Abrechnung der Kofinanzierung; Beförderung. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het vergroten van het gebruik van het potentieel van het paleis en het parkcomplex van Marianna Orańska en zijn troeven, door het scheppen van infrastructuurvoorwaarden die het mogelijk maken een samenhangend allesomvattend aanbod te creëren dat een interessante vorm van vrije tijd is voor de inwoners van de regio en toeristen. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in Polen, in het woiwodschap Neder-Silezië, in het district Ząbkowicki, in Kamieńcu Ząbkowicki. Het paleis en parkcomplex is gelegen aan de ul. Kasteel op perceel nr. 936/4 (AM 22) binnen Kamieniec Ząbkowicki. Het paleis is het grootste gebouw van het tijdperk van romantiek in Europa, een neogotische parel van architectuur in Neder-Silezië. Het wordt erkend als het belangrijkste element van de identificatie van de gemeente binnen en buiten de regio. Ondanks de verwoestingen die de afgelopen decennia hebben plaatsgevonden, blijft het paleis van Marianna Orańska indruk maken op bezoekers. De reeds uitgevoerde beveiligingswerkzaamheden op de site hebben de verwoesting grotendeels voorkomen, maar er zijn nog veel acties nodig om de site naar zijn vroegere staat te brengen en het nieuwe culturele functies te geven. Het project is klaar voor uitvoering, de aanvrager beschikt over de middelen en alle besluiten die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering van het project. Als onderdeel van het project zullen sommige delen van het historische paleis worden gerenoveerd en gereconstrueerd: reconstructie van het buitenraam en deur schrijnwerk van de eetkamer vanaf de grond en het buitenraam schrijnwerk van de paleiskapel in het paleis in het paleiscomplex.
